Rambutan Resort is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone greets you at the hotel with a smile and a friendly face. Convenient to down town, yet the few blocks distance insulates from the hustle and bustle. It is a great place to stay when you are in Siem Reap.

The Rambutan Resort in Siem Reap is truly a gem. Tucked away in a side street corner, the resort is intimate and provides a nice respite after a day at the temples. The salt water pool offers cool relief after a hot day. Located conveniently close to the old Market, it is walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff is ever helpful and gracious.

We loved this tiny resort! Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us organize dinners and excursions. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. We had a less than wonderful massage (outside service brought in) by two young women who seemed nominally trained. I'd pass on that next time around! The free half-hour leg massage given by hotel staff was significantly better.

This was my first visit to Siem Reap, and I had two sets of friends that had stayed at Rambutan Resort hotel previously and thoroughly recommended it. I'm glad I listened to them. From the moment I arrived, until checking out three days later I was captivated by the place. Check in was a breeze, and staff were eager to assist with baggage. I was in the Jasmine room, which is one flight of stairs above ground level. The room was large, with large windows letting in natural light, and t... Read more

Small hotel, excellent service, quiet, clean, wonderful, much needed pool. What is there not to like about the Rambutan Resort. Small issue with a bottle of cognac in my luggage handled professionally. Frequently ate at the restaurant, on the property. The food was excellent. See you again, Rambutan.

We had a medical emergency and were escorted by staff members, to a well recommended hospital. Map was with us through the treatment along with the driver david. Superb place in an excellent location, excellent value and amazing staff.

This wonderful resort was everything I was hoping it would be and more. The staff and their fantastic manager, Tommy, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my partner and I feel welcome and accomodate my extra requests. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the huge rain shower was the perfect way to finish a day at the temples. I stayed at the Eucalyptus... double storey... first floor was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed... the door opens to the pool. the second floor has deck chairs, a lounger, an outdoor shower and tub! Rambutan Resort was a perfect stay for my time in Siem Reap. The resort is centrally located in easy walking distance to the markets and to Pub Street, while maintaining a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. - Convenient location close to night market and Pub Street - Nice feature for the price, especially the pool which is real nice after a hot day outside - Couple of bugs found in the room, a bug spray is provided in the closet to take care of it. Not a big deal for me (roaches and moths), but my city kids did not like it at all. - Nice breakfast. - Comfortable big room - Wifi available but not very fast and reliable.

Rambutan Resort is in a easy location to the downtown to markets and pub street. The staff is remarkable and always take care of your needs in a very friendly atmosphere. The pool is situated in the main centre of the hotel which creates a sense of community for the guests. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a drink after spending the day out exploring the temples and other attractions.
