Don't order food unless your OK with waiting over an hour for a simple meal. I ordered 2 eggs on toast for break and it took an 1hour and 20 mins. After asking 2 times what was going on, they gave ys a rude reply. We only have one day to explore angkor wat and now it's shortened. Food is over priced too.

This is a great little place. It feels like a temple when you walk in. The rooms are a little tired, but clean. Its worth paying the extra to have the aircon on especially in the hot season. What really makes this place is the friendly service of staff, their tuk tuk drivers and the rooftop restaurant and pool. After spending a morning at Angkor Thom there's no better way to cool off the taking a dip and lounging poolside. The food was yummy!

I liked this place a lot! Especially after a long day of visiting Temples, it is soo nice to jump in a pool and cool down. If I should recommend 1 thing to future travellers visiting Ankor: "invest" in a hotel with a pool. This is definitely a nice and affortable option. Staff is super friendly, hotel room is clean and it is safe. The place is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walking to Old-Town,so keep that in mind.

We booked that hotel because it seems a good option. The entrance is very beautiful and the lobby have a full decoration in wood, even the roof, have a beautiful and small restaurant and swimming pool, and the location is ok. So, why the review is not good? Because there was so many details that gave me a bad feeling: - I requested a quiet room and they gave me one beside the elevator, that make noise every time the lift went up or down, at least we can change to another room. - The door of the ... Booked this hotel based on other reviews and the photos and was not disappointed! The rooftop pool is a great feature - clean and comfortable! Never had a problem getting a lounge chair either. The staff is very friendly and helpful - a few examples: the first night my A/C was not working so they immediately changed my room; they were supposed to provide transport to the hotel upon arrival but the driver was late - they apologized and in return provided transport to the airport on departure.... This hotel is good quality/price and the location is convenient but not close from old Market or Pub Street around 2minutes in tuk tuk - local transport ! I really liked the Pool, great to have a swim before bed and after walking Angkor, they have beers, natural drinks, burguers etc and price is normal. The staff is very helpful specially the receptionist Thean Monus and other concierges, they will help you with all! Hotel is safe and they have tuk tuks outside, ATM machine and can help you w/ c... What a great place to come back after a long day of exploring Siem Reap! True to its advertisement, we had a nice and clean room with a fan that kept us cool (but at times was a bit noisy). Comfortable bed and good shower. Neang was a wonderful, helpful and kind lady who was extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool on the top floor was a well needed and refreshing way to finish a day of temple seeing. The hotel is also very central to the night market and pub street and we walked every nig... Read more

First day we were arrived it was too early, we have booked to stay couple of days, so arrived there early at maybe 5 am, n we were decided to checked in a half day charged, n it wasnt that bad, we checked in in a very large nice, n clean room on the 4th floor, n it was about the sun rise. Excited bout Sunrise, after we settled in our nice large room, we went to roof top, n there lay a very nice swimming pool, by a restaurant with stunning view overlooking all over Siem Reap. Service was nice, n... Read more

We loved a lot about the place like de decor, rooms and rooftop swimming pool. Paying very little, the room was good value. Pub street is a 15 minute walk or a $2TukTuk. By bicycle you can see pretty much everything with a little bit of fitness as everything is flat. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between the staff. Our first impression was for that reason not very good. As we were desperate for some food after our 30hour journey, the reception told us the restauran... Read more

It's pretty basic but it's near town and also a pretty good deal for the price. We checked out the guesthouse next door and for a few extra USD okay 1 villa was definitely a better choice. The staff come round every morning to check on wether the room is occupied and also call to see if you want to check out or not. There's a cafe on the roof and a pool which looked quite nice. I would book this if you're looking for something a bit better than the standard Asian budget hotel.

Room is clean, the bathroom is big and wood floor design is very neat. The bathroom though does not have separate shower area. Room and bed are spacious, has closet, veranda and everything basic you needed. Staff are very accommodating and really really nice. The roof top restaurant has great selection of food and its good. It also has a bar and A swimming pool with the great view of the city. Hotel is closed to the city and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone traveling to Siem Re... Read more

This hotel was recommended to us by Okay 1 Phnom Penh. The attention and service in Phnom Penh was excellent and we had great expectations towards the Okay 1 Villa. We were disappointed. The staff was not as friendly as in the capital. Our rooms were also not in the same level. The breakfast was just a couple of options from a menu and it was not much, completely different than the breakfast buffet we got in Phnom Penh. Wifi was working just fine. The location is OK, 15 min walking to the night ... Read more

I stayed here with my husband, my sister-in-law and her husband, all in our 30s, and my mother-in-law who is 70. I got the impression that the staff were used to dealing with backpacker-types, but they adjusted pretty quickly. There were definitely a lot of younger guests staying there at the same time, as well as families, but it was never too crazy. Pub Street was only a $2 tuk-tuk ride away, and the night market and all the restaurants. We ate at the hotel a bunch of times, breakfast or dinne... Read more

Its close to the market and the pub street. We got the cheapest room and it was OK, they also offer more expensive and very very nice rooms. The swimmingpool is amazing! I had a great time at the hotel. They should improve the bathroom, but again it was very cheap, we are satisfied.

It looks nice from the photos and its cheap, but it's also quite hard to find down a back alley and it's a bit of a walk to pub street, probably only 10 minutes, but in 35C that feels like a long way. The pool and roof top bar are very nice! We were originally shown a room more akin to a prison cell up some very steep stairs, however the maid decided we were moving and we went to a lovely large room on the ground floor. So it depends a lot of what room you get. AC is extra and if it rains you pr... Read more

We stayed in this Villa in July 2016 and we enjoyed it. The hotel was pretty clean. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a swimming pool in the 6th floor and a terrace with great views! Hot water works by pressing a button in the heater. And the fridge by plugging it. Negative point: The staff in the restaurant is very slow. One day it took us ages to get our food. And the food was not outstanding. It is better to walk to the city center. where you can find better food twice cheaper.

Tuc tuc driver Mr. Teeang (connected to Okay guesthouse) was very nice and drove me and my girlfriend all over Angkor Wat in just 2 days (free, cold water included in the trip). In the afternoon / evening we could relax at the rooftop pool, which is clean! The food is nice also, but I wouldn't recommend eating there if it's crowded at the restaurant due to long waiting. Plenty of restaurants at Pub St. though.

The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, the pool area is fantastic and really relaxing. The reception staff were very attentive and friendly. The staff at the poolside restaurant & bar were also great, this is where breakfast is served and it is made to order from their menu and it set us up well for the day. The only reason I have given a 'very good' score as apposed to 'excellent' is the distance from bars/restaurants outside of the hotel but to be fair it's not really a problem as the... Read more

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. He staff are very nice, accommodating and helpful. They booked most of my tours and I felt so safe with the tour company they've booked for me. The hotel is also near to pub street (15 mins if you walk which is a good exercise), to grocery stores and to the Catholic Church. The food at the sky bar were all delish! I would definitely come back here in my next visit.

Situated at strategic location, with a Tuk-tuk services that always ready at the hotel entrance. I can say it's 2 in 1 hotel, it's a nice hotel with elevator and roof top pool at the front, and guesthouse at back, where you need to go through back of the hotel, and climb stairs to get to your room which I bet the room rate is more cheaper. During our visit, we managed to go to the rooftop pool, there's cafe beside the pool but the pool is too crowded, so we only drop by and left. The room at t... Read more

We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights whilst we went to the temples. We arrived pretty jet lagged and within a few hours got ourselves a $8 full body massage which was very pleasant. There is a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant which is perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. We didn't mind at all but there is no aircon in the rooms. The fan was very powerful though so it was still a comfortable nights sleep. We used the tuk-tuk man called Dreem, outside the hotel for the whole day ... Read more
