For once, a place that merits its name, Natura. This recently built boutique resort of only 23 rooms was built in respecting the original trees and planting, so despite being new looks like it's always been here. As a result, the water in the beautiful pool remains cool thanks to the shade of the trees, even when the sun is blazing hot. Owned, designed and managed by a young French-born Cambodian, the service could not be more attentive or gentle. Just a short tuk tuk away from the centre, it r... Read more

We had a short 3 night stay here & it couldn't of been more pleasant. The staff were fantastic very friendly, couldn't do enough for us. We were allowed to check in early & check out late without any hassle. Food/drinks were great. Siem Reap Center was 5 minutes by tuk tuk approx 2usd. Would definitely recommend

An absolute delight, an oasis of calm and tranquility amongst the hectic bustling town of Siem reap. Staff kind and gracious without exception. Always greeted on our return from a day out with a smile and a cool flannel, very very welcome after a day of temple viewing in 90 degrees! Simple, elegant spacious rooms, beautifully decorated with artefacts. The hotel comprises of four, two story style buildings with thatched roofs which enclose a lush garden, filled with fruit trees and ferns, a pool,... Read more

Stayed two nights. Bathroom clean. Bedding spotless. Pillows Good quality. Food minimal but good. Pool needs tiles fixed as they are sharp and potentially very dangerous to guest when walking on the steps of pool. Very slippery on tiles leading into pool...

We made a group booking for 12 people for a 4-day meeting. Management and staff was very accommodating, adjusting to our changing schedule. We had a friendly welcome, the swimming pool & bar area was such a lovely retreat in the early evenings. Rooms are spacious and, even though we were there during the hottest time of the year (end of April/ beginning of May) the room design, cool floors and tranquil décor, green garden and ambiance eased us a bit through the heat. The beautiful decorated jui... Read more

Natura resort was calm and quiet, unlike the over touristy city center. The pool is lovely and the rooms are good. My family thought that the beds were a bit hard, but it did not bother me. A couple of dollars for a tuk-tuk into town. Staff was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fairly tasty!

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days , found it clean and tidy. Service was very good but food menu should be changed and more variety offered. I was woken most nights by dogs barking and fighting which was annoying ,hotel a little to far out of the town and as we got plenty of rain could not walk anywhere. The hotel itself was lovely but would recommend this place as a few days only hotel.

Staying there for three nights last week, find myself falling in love with the natural beauty and caring of this place. The garden is beautiful and the salt water swimming pool is great. The people are amazing, the bed was comfortable and love the food!! Nature and luxury-Great principles! Such a memorable experience. Will come back again later for sure. Well done team!

The hotel is a selection of rather large rooms around a garden with a mostly out door restaurant and a cosy bar by the pool. The grounds are grass/plant covered with stones walk paths. All rooms have individual entrances (no corridors). We got one room on the ground and three one floor up. The ground floor room entrance was directly into the living-room area and felt a little like it lacked an entrance. The three upper floor rooms had a small hall to store shoes and umbrellas and balconies. Th... Read more

Coming from Phnom Penh to this place was such a pleasant surprise. Natura Resort was exactly what we were hoping for from a holiday resort in a city ladened by the jungle. This resort, built around trees was dream like. A little further out of the city centre which will reward you with peace and quiet. A tuk tuk fair will cost US$2.50, (50cents more than what you would pay closer to town). The staff were wonderful, anything that we wanted they were always available to assist with an honest fri... Great, comfortable rooms, shady garden setting, nice pool, a perfect retreat. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially the manager. We felt like we could make ourselves at home. It was perfect to hang out with our two year old son. The breakfasts were made to order and really yummy. They were happy to bring extra items too. I can recommend this hotel. It's a bit out of town but we enjoyed the peacefulness.

A lovely picturesque and tranquil location with a lovely pool and garden, a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride from the centre of town. The food was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly and could not be more helpful.

We stayed at this so-called ‚??resort‚?? for 4 nights. It was a major disappointment and grossly overpriced ($70 per night) for an updated guesthouse. First, the staffs were totally incompetent. Second, the furniture was ways too big for the small rooms. While the furnishings looked ‚??modern‚??, they were not at all practical. Yes, that seems to be what this so-called ‚??Natura Resort‚?? is about, giving guests a deceptively modern look on their website. Indeed, it is about the look and no subs... Read more

We stayed in the family room (2 adults plus 3 children) for 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was a relaxing place to rest after exploring the temples.

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights while exploring Siem Reap, staff was friendly, rooms are great with balcony/terraces. Small pool, great breakfast (and dinner). Hotel is located quietly along the river but only 10 min by tuktuk to old French quarter/ pub street etc ($3 for the ride)

This is one of the best gems of Siem Reap. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed. It's a real boutique hotel, unlike many others in the town. Our stay here was great. The food was excellent and the wine menu well thought through. It's excellent value, combined with great service. It's a little way out of Siem Reap, which works well as it is quiet. There is a lot of noise around the more central hotels, especially building work. The pool area is lush and quiet. Happy to recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a nice pool, attentive staff and comfortable air conditioned rooms. Prices are very high for food and drink compared to in town but the service is excellent. Staff helped us book tuk Tuks to get around as it is located a little out of town and arrange travel to the airport. Cost of a tuk tuk in to town was around 2USD, 3 at night
