Fantastic and would highly recommend. There were two of us...each with own twin bed on ground floor. Walking distance to pub street where all the restaurants and action are. Good a/c and good outlets with good hot water in bathroom too. Includes awesome breakfast buffet and fasntastic pool.we were there in February....we always had a lounge chair. There is a bar to serve food and drinks too. Lounge is nice. Staff are friendly. Stay here. Pool is worth it. You need it after sweltering heat at A... Read more

My girlfriend and I spent six nights at the Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel. Overall, the hotel was decent, though there are many options in the area for those looking for a more luxurious, or budget, accommodation. The hotel was centrally located, perhaps one of its best qualities. It was about a 10 minute walk to Pub Street, where most of the restaurants are located, and about a 3-5 minute walk to the Park Hyatt, which has a decent, if not overpriced, ice cream option. The pool was also nice, t... Read more

For less than USD20 a night, the hotel was a good deal because of its good location. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. The weakness of hotel--the grit in the bathroom, furniture in room were dated and not in good condition. Room door lock was flimsy. Soundproof was not good.

My family and I (total 5 of us) had been recommended by a family friend to book this hotel. We booked the hotel airport transfer a few days before and it only took us about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel. We were greeted warmly by the hotel receptionists. When we arrive, we were given rooms in the old wing of the hotel. It was really quite dissapointing at first as everything in the room looked old, smells and a few mosquitoes were sighted. However, we received excellent service from the hot... Read more

We read those comments before regarding the wi fi and we do expect this would happened during our stay. The thing is never imagine that was so bad. We still have coming 4 nights to suffer.

The hotel was fine and the breakfast is good, but the staff is not very helpful. I told them that I had a bus coming to pick me up in the morning and asked them to call my room. They did not, and I missed my bus.

Huge rooms and a big balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom is a bit dated and the safe is less than useless, my friend was able to pick his up with one hand, so no stopping any thieves there! The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful. I didn't have any wifi issues during my visit. The pool is really lovely and a necessity in May! Easy walking distance to the night market and night life. For what you pay it. Is excellent value for money.

This is our first time travelling to siem reap. After did some googling, we decided to stay in this hotel. They can pick you up free of charge from bus terminal or airport. In my case, it was bus terminal. We arrived early, around 5.30 AM and the tuktuk driver already there holding a signage with my name on it. Once we arrived in the hotel, we can check in to our room directly. Not many hotel give this service and we love it. The room is super spacious and can fit 3 persons. We were in room... Read more

This hotel was a very comfortable and nice place to stay. It was very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I paid only $30 a night for a room that was worth $50. My $30 room did not have a sit in the bathtub. If you require a bathtub, I am sure that the higher higher-priced rooms will have one. all rooms came with a complimentary breakfast. Room 501 was infested with mosquitos, the bathroom and sink drains don't work, and now the entire bathroom floor has turned into a miniature swimming pool. I was unable to finish my shower because of how gross it felt to have my feet submerged in the water (god knows what is inside of the drains and plumbing from previous inhabitants). I went down to the lobby to change rooms, but I was met with a sleeping employee. Granted, it was 1am so I cant fault him for sleeping in his fold up mattress. ... Read more

Although we have had a short stay (4 days) we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is clean airy and bright, with the benefits of a pool, bar and great restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and the food provided was of a high standard. The hotel Manager Orlande (not sure of the spelling) went out of his way to chat to us and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Highly recommended *****

Stayed here for 3 nights in July and really enjoyed it. We had a free pick up from the airport and the hotel is in a great location only about a 5 minute walk from the centre of Siem Reap and about 20 minutes on a tuk tuk from Angkor Wat. Hotel very clean and pool area is great, exactly what we needed after visiting the temples in the summer heat. Staff really helpful and friendly would definitely recommend.

They also organised our Angkor wat sunrise trip with tuk tuk and booked our coach on departure day. Pool / bar area was lovely. Excellent, clean and spacious room with large bathroom. Overall the room and breakfast are acceptable. I like the most is its location. Just 2 minutes walk there is a supermarket and 4 minutes walk there is a small shopping mall. Opposite the hotel, there is a good massage shop, you can have a massage at night. And it is near to Pub street and Night market, around 5 minutes with a Tutuk or around 15 minutes by walking.

Recently spent 4 nights in this Hotel. Hotel itself is in a good position within a 10 mins walk of Pub Street. Also I had a very good room ( number 311)and breakfast was fine. What prevents me from giving this Hotel a higher rating is that the command of English at Reception was poor. This is supposed to be an International Hotel and they should make sure that all front of house staff can speak fluent English. I had several problems getting myself understood!!!

Hard to find the place as it is down a small lane off the main road. All the local tuk tuk drivers know where it is. 10 minutes walk to pub street and old market. Rooms were great and clean. Has a lift and stairs. Good pool with small child pool next to main pool. Bar and dining room on ground level at end of pool. Transport at the front door. Great service and friendly staff. Laundry facilities are also 15 meters from reception at $1 per kilo. 3 minutes walk to super market.
