The staff are super friendly and attend to all your needs. All speak English. As a part of our booking.com deal, they also met us at the airport holding a sign with my name to give us a ride to the hotel. I arranged something with the hotel prior to our stay for my girlfriends birthday and they sorted it all out. We don't normally eat at hotel restaurants, but the food on the rooftop restaurant in the evening was incredible, so ate here two out of four nights. Breakfast was good, not amazin... Read more

Of all the places we stayed in Cambodia this hotel has by far the best trained, most attentive, friendly and kind staff. The room was ready on our arrival, several hours before check in commenced. Although we received no reply when we requested an airport transfer, we called on arrival and the Manager was extremely apologetic, immediately arranged a car to pick us up, personally checked us in and showed us to our room before arranging a complimentary transfer at the end of our stay! I commend th... Read more

Enjoyed our stay at this small hotel that was convenient to the old town. People at the front desk and restaurant were wonderful. Especially Mario and Jack. Loved the contemporary room design with tile floors, teak doors and modern fixtures. The small pool area was just outside our door and a hit after a day of sightseeing. The dinner food and menu choices were very good . I would stay here again.

The Lynnaya River resort sounded like a perfect retreat from the hectic days travelling through Asia and whilst it is a pleasant hotel it is unlikely to be to everyone's taste. The hotel is very compact although the rooms are of a very good size. The rooms are mainly furnished with polished concrete which whilst perfectly clean is not the most attractive, and not inconsistent with many budget hotels. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming and always waiting with a fresh towel on arri... Read more

This is a great little hotel/spa resort. Very comfortable, spacious room. I really liked the patio. The location is perfect... across from the canal and a short walking distance to old town. The staff was more than pleasant. Perfect for the traveler who wants to avoid the big busy touristy hotels. I loved my stay here!!

Actually stayed here last year but decided to make a review now. We loved Siem Reap and this hotel just made the trip close to perfect. Very happy we chose to stay here as it is a cozy, clean but modern hotel right by the river. Going around wasn't a problem as there are tuktuks abound - would highly recommend that you get the services of Mr. Samsok San who took us around town and in the outskirts as well. As for the hotel, the room we got was beautifully decorated, was very spacious, and we eve... Read more

Airport pickup was a breeze, we were greeted with water and cold towels. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and remembered our names throughout the stay. Always greeted us with warm smiles and answered all our questions. We had a car drive us to Angkor wat instead of tuk tuk through the hotel which was also great and more comfortable (with not a huge price difference). At the end of the trip the hotel charged us for 2 of our car rides which we had already paid directly to the driv... Read more

The staff at Lynnaya were amazing! Great attention to detail and very helpful. Our concierge, Jack, always greeted us as we entered and did his best to help us fully enjoy our stay. The only downside was the Wifi was a little spotty.

A pleasant hotel with extraordinary service in a good location along the river, only 10 min. walk or 1-2 USD by tuk-tuk to Pub Street and night market. I stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Garden View room on the first floor, the room is spacious and very quiet, concrete is used for part of the furniture and the flooring; it is somewhat unusual and a bit hard to get used to. The breakfast is good and satisfying for Westerners and ample for Asians. I hired a tuk-tuk via the hotel on two of the d... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. It is located on the river but is 1 block away from shops, restaurants and cafes. It as also an easy walk to areas on the other side of the river. The property itself has a beautiful layout and local sculptures interspersed throughout the walkways. The rooms are very spacious with a lounge area. Bathrooms are "open" (if that is a concern for some travelers) but there is a door to close off the toilet. The rooftop bar offer... Read more
