We have been traveling and are very favorite spot was Lynnaya urban hotel. Are room was large and very beautiful. The beds were very comfortable with soft blankets. The grounds and pool kept very clean. The free breakfast included in stay also was very good and you could eat as much as you like. I loved that they would give you a chilled wash cloth with mint on it to refresh you after being out in the heat. The very best part of the whole experience, was how attentive the staff was. We visited in May 2016 for a 3 night stay. It was a good welcome and easy checkin, room ready before 2pm which was appreciated. We had booked the Suite with private outdoor bath. Room is lovely, spacious, well appointed and maintained. We tried breakfast, lunch and Dinner at Palate. Meals are ok, they have a mid range for breakfast and small to mid size menu for lunch and dinner (same menu) They serve groups in the day time. Nice lobby shop. Tried to have a drink at the rooftop bar - however... Read more

Great place to stay. Location is great as it is pretty much central to most places. Beautiful poolside and bedrooms. Service and staff are all polite and courteous. Breakfast is of high quality as well. Be sure to try their mouth-watering 'Pumpkin Cheesecake'!! Highly recommended!

Having travelled around Cambodia we spent our last 4 days here in Siem Reap. From the time that Mr Sun picked us up from the airport and drove us round to get a glimpse of Angkor Watt on the way to the hotel, to the time we left - we felt very welcomed and cared for. We did not have a single complaint about the hotel, everything was just right - the facilities, the staff, the 20 minute free foot massage, the pool, the room, the great breakfasts and not to forget the rooftop bar to enjoy the man... We had the Deluxe suite booked through a Groupon Deal. This Resort is better than what we've expected. They have a good breakfast buffet(even have blue cheese) that comes along with ala-carte choice of mains like Eggs Benedict etc. They're also able to communicate if English and provided us with information on activities that we can engage ourselves in. No Hard Selling here! Their Spa and Mini Open-top Bar is great! I love their washroom that comes with a rainforest shower system and Ceramic toi... Read more

We stayed here for a few days for our honeymoon and it was an amazing stay. We were welcomed by the gracious staff and saw that our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The infinity edge like pool was very relaxing and the selections and quality of food was impeccable (even for a vegetarian!). The rooftop and happy hour specials were an added bonus that should definitely be taken advantage of.

I've stayed at Lynnaya twice now in the past year, and I have to say that it will be the ONLY place I will stay in Siem Reap for as long as its around. The hotel may look unassuming from the outside, but is a modern oasis in Siem Reap, with beautiful rooms and exceptional service. I've stayed both times in the junior suites, which are absolutely stunning! The outdoor shower and bath is amazing and a very rare treat in any setting. The beds and bedding were fantastic, and were a much appreciated ... Read more

Our party of four enjoyed the excellent service and facilities of this hotel which was conveniently situated for town, airport and Angkor Wat. It's smaller scale and "homely" feel was a welcome change from the large impersonal modern hotels. Without exception, all the staff and management were friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooftop restaurant served excellent food.

Had a wonderful stay at Lynnaya for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable as were the bathrooms (great shower!). Great location - very quiet but only a short tuk tuk ride into the centre of town ($1). Staff were wonderful and very helpful with any inquiries or booking outings. Lovely pool and surrounds to relax in. The day spa treatments were great. Wish we had planned to stay longer but will definitely be back!

Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are extremely welcoming, attentive and go to great lengths to make you feel welcomed. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated and the hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to all the sights. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel offers excellent customer care with a staff that is genuinely interested in their guests' well being. The rooms are comfy and we also enjoyed the enchanting pool. I would also like to commend on the great food and drinks that are served in the hotel's restaurante named Palate (Don't miss the happy hour because it is the best!) The hotel is also located pretty close to the city center (old market).

I had a very enjoyable time while traveling to Siem Reap. The resort was amazing with a fabulous decoration. What made me very enjoyed and amazed was the Singapore sling cocktails. Oh it was very exceptional with amazing service. Thanks Mr. Vireak for doing your extra mile to make me feel at home in your lovely resort.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in December 2015, and it's now October 2016, I can still remember how nice of an experience we had with Lynnaya. Make sure you book the hotel with their own website (and not with Priceline/ Expedia), you will most likely get better room and rates / other services. When we arrived, they gave us tea, and they asked where would we rather stay (upstairs, downstairs). This place is spacious and clean. I would definitely come back!

Amazing staff that make you feel special from the moment you walk through the door. Jack went out of his way to make one of our groups birthday special without even being asked. We were greeted every time with a smile and a bow. Breakfast is incredible and rooms are beautiful. The pool is also a refreshing refuge when you return after a long hot day of touring temples!

Stayed at Lyannaya as a last minute change to plan. It ticked every single book, luxury, location, friendliness, cleanliness and all the facilities you would need to make it the most enjoyable stay. All of the staff very welcoming and made it feel like home and you were part of the family. Jack was extremely helpful at suggesting and booking day trips as well as ensuring everything was in order to enjoy our stay. So this is now our 15th visit to Siem Reap - we love the Country, the city, the people and we always find lots to see and do. Siem Reap now has many hotels; we've tried quite a number of them but Lynnaya is the perfect balance. It may not be truly 5 star but my word it is not far short. Hotels depend on staff and Mr Vireak, the charming Front Office Manager has a delightful team to support him. The staff at Reception are wonderful, very friendly and helpful, they even negotiate tuk-tuk prices for you. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom has a good rain shower, but they should provide some drawer space in the central console table as well as the bedside tables. The service at the restaurant, while very pleasant and friendly, is hampered by generally low level of English proficiency. This can be improved with focused training. A pleasant hotel with extraordinary service in a good location along the river, only 10 min. walk or 1-2 USD by tuk-tuk to Pub Street and night market. I stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Garden View room on the first floor, the room is spacious and very quiet, concrete is used for part of the furniture and the flooring; it is somewhat unusual and a bit hard to get used to.
