Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were the best thing about the hotel- they were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Free pick up from airport with a tuk tuk, cold water and towels- great way to start the stay. Pool area lovely, great for relaxing after a hot day at the temples. Breakfast was not buffet style, but we had freshly cooked omelette/toast and fruit delivered to the pool-side terrace. Our room was a little dated, but had air con, a safe and it was clean enough... I stayed at Hotel 20th for just over a month while I travelled Siem Reap and I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They even had a ramp built for me before I arrived to get up the two steps in to reception. If you are looking for a great place to relax just outside of town but close enough to b in town within 5 minutes then this is the place for u. When I go back to SR I will definitely be staying at 20th street again as I can't f... Read more

I can't rate this place highly enough! Helpful, friendly staff! Jay the manager cannot do enough for you. If you need advice on trips, flights, restaurants or indeed anything she knows her stuff! Enjoyed the food, rooms were immaculate and the pool is certainly a welcome bonus! See you next year!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and the entire experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean and fully stocked and comfortable. The pool was relaxing and a special time to have a pool side drink to relax and rejuvenate after a day visiting the temples. They advertise a continental breakfast but it is much more than that. A full hearty breakfast will greet you in the morning with fruit, eggs, pastries and coffee. You must try the French fries pool side. The owner is Belguim and adds her secret... Read more

Went here for lunch today. Good choice of Khmer and European food. Staff attentive. Lovely restaurant setting with a pool. Spent 20 minutes with the owner Ann (e), who helped us with the famous film star posters, and has a wealth of plant knowledge. It felt as if we were regular customers and not first time visitors. Very importantly, the toilet was clean. Recommended and definately going back.

The facilities were lovely; nice pool but the water was extremely salty due to the overuse of chlorine! Staff was generally accommodating and friendly. The manager, Jay, was very friendly and resourceful. It was quite noisy in the afternoon as the hotel is going through some renovations. Located near a mini market so buying stuff is rather convenient. There's a restaurant outside the market which serves exceptional pineapple fried rice.Tuk-tuks were always available(they were literally everywher... Read more

To be honest I haven't stayed at Hotel 20th Street, I just popped in for coffee. What great staff looked after me and as I casually read my morning paper by the pool as the excellent coffee arrived. It was just a short stopover, but this chill area is screened from the road and has some stylish photographic features that set it apart from other hotels in a similar price bracket.

The owner, manager and all Staff were wonderfully helpful, friendly, accommodating, and made every day a delightfully pleasurable experience. I stayed a month and NOTHING was too much trouble. I WOULDNT hesitate to recommed this place. Room big, good aircon. Comfy bed, quiet, too much to say but its all positive. I will certainly return nexr year and send anyone i know going to SR to the 20th street Hotel. Everything you need close by, walking distance, tuk tuk drivers available from outside h... Read more

I found Hotel 20th Street through another site and glad I did. We had an amazing time here and made great new friends. The hotel is tucked away on a side street that is very quiet yet there are plenty of stores nearby and usually a tuc tuc nearby for going to the attractions or anywhere else you desire. I cannot say enough about this place and am looking forward to going back to stay again soon.

Generally we enjoyed our stay here, my friend got really sick the first night and the hotel staff and manager were so friendly and helpful they could not do enough for you. The rooms were good sized with a decent clean bathroom. The location was good only a ten minute walk from pub street, the pool was nice and chilled. Breakfast was ok. The hotel food was good I had an incredible salad though my friend ordered lasagne which arrived stone cold and apparently there is no oven so it had just been ... Read more
