Friendly and comfortable, well run hotel. Breakfast was good, service was good, room was comfortable and clean. Well positioned near to the town center and within easy reach of pubs and restaurants. Would recommend.

Pool, air conditioning, all the basics you need without it being flashy. Service is good and you can walk to pub street in 10-15 mins. We booked 10 rooms all double beds with bath and shower. Mini bar in fridge. It's in the quieter part of town also.

We loved this place. Quiet, friendly place to stay. Close to town but out of the hotel belt. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although the beds were typically hard in the way all the beds we slept on in Asia were. We made good use of the lovely pool and balcony. The staff were very helpful and when I asked they sent a TukTuk driver into town to buy something I asked for. None of the staff tried to overcharge us and we were given a free upgrade of our room to a nice pool view room.... Read more

Unmatched! From the friendly and helpful staff to the beauty of the grounds and rooms, this hotel is unmatched. Yes you can stay at a more expensive 5 star hotel, but you will not get this excellence and quality for the price anywhere else. We had a very sick person in our travel group and the hotel staff helped us get him a doctor and aid he needed. Kind and professional. We use their conference room when we need meeting space also. Great breakfast buffet with a soup bar, omelette bar and small... Read more

Great value hotel. If staying more than one night it's worth upgrading to a room with city or pool view otherwise you are staring at a block wall and room is dark. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is amazing and great for cooling off after a day round the temples. Tuk tuk always available to take you into town for $2. Would definitely come back.

Great building, location, staff, service and ethics. Highly recommended. This small chain of hotels works to help disadvantaged locals to live a better life. It has a great feel and you will be well looked after.

We stayed here for four nights whilst in Siem Reap and loved it! The staff where cracking, always asking us about our day, wishing us a good day/night, asking us if we wanted any help getting somewhere and forever smiling! The rooms were great with a good bed. The pool was good but only 1.3m deep but the setting under the frangipani trees was terrific. Great buffet breakfasts, with terrific omelets. Good location, about a 7/8 minute walk to the night markets or pub street - easy to navigate t... Read more

I can't speak too highly of this hotel. My husband and I were booked to stay 5 nights and upon our arrival we were shown to our room. I found it to be a little dark as there was another building close by so we asked if it was possible to move..no problem they moved us to another room immediately. The hotel is clean and the staff are caring and go out of their way to ensure their guests needs are catered for. On our 2nd day I unfortunately broke my foot at one of the Temples and the staff ensured... Read more

I've stayed in many hotels around the world and this would have to be one of the best, especially for the price. The rooms are reasonable size, pillows were excellent, bathroom is clean, towels are fluffy. Yes, some rooms are a little dark but that has its advantages if you are trying to sleep in. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely interested in our wellbeing. The hotel also has a variety of public sitting areas including a great pool and garden. It would be a terrific location for g... Read more

Frangipani Villa Hotel in Siem Reap provided clean and convenient accommodation a block from the river in Siem Reap. On the other side of the river from the main Pub Street, but a quick tuktuk ride or 10 minute walk away. Staff are friendly, polite and attentive, the pool and surrounds are lovely and the rooms are clean and well appointed. Only three rooms of the twenty on each floor have balconies (which overlook the pool), so beware of this when booking. We had the balcony rooms, which were gr... Read more

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Only 10 min walk away from central market and pub street. Bicycle rental and minimart across tje hotel is helpful!

This place is a stunner. The grounds, surroundings are beautiful, from lobby, pool area, spa and restaurant. The room has charming decor. At night, the lobby area has a musician that plays (what I think is) a local string instrument. I used the spa for a massage, wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, but the price is super great value. That goes for spa services and drinks as well. Full service, buffet style breakfast is included. Did I mention great value? Had a 4 nights stay in this hotel. It is located in the city of Siem Reap, around 15-20 minutes to Angkor Wat by tuk tuk. I had many meals in the restaurant, the food are delicious with decent price. The swimming pool is relaxing at well. I would recommend this hotel.

I am very surprised that there are hotel chains in Cambodia the promote non-sex tourism. This Frangipani Boutique Hotel chain do not support sex tourism in their brochures. Their service from the point of arrival at the road side is received by the baggage handlers. We loved our stay at the Frangipani. I think the word means ??fragrant?? or ??flower,?? and it was all that ?? we almost didn??t want to leave our room, it smelled so good ?? a welcome haven in the midst of a hot, dusty day. The hotel has lots of pleasantly-shaded balconies and nooks to relax over a journal or a cup of tea, and is super-quiet; perfect for a nap for those who want to take a break in between sunrise and sunset temple-viewing (which we did ?? midday was just ridiculously ... My husband and I stayed at the Frangipani in January, and it was wonderful. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was beautiful and comfortable, the pool was refreshing and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. It was relatively close to Angkor (we rented bikes across the street and rode them to the ruins one day, but we were definitely worn out by the end) and we took a pretty inexpensive tuktuk another day. It's also an easy walk into town to explore/eat/drink etc. Would... Read more

We transfered rooms 2 times; one room was musty, second was right above the kitchen and it seemed cooking started at 4 am. 3rd room was very satisfactory. There was a waiter who got upset because we wanted condensed milk (which was what we ordered in the first place) instead of fresh milk for our iced-coffee. He probably realized what he did, so when he brought the right milk, he was smiling and placed them down on the table gracefully. Over-all the Frangipani is my first choice of hotels, in Ph... I've stayed at 3 separate Frangipani hotels now and love the service from staff at all locations. This hotel has a lovely spread out layout with a great pool area, spacious lobby and halls with cozy balconies. Staff can help with everything you need from tuk tuks to spa treatments and the breakfast is always an amazing spread.

We arrived in Siem Reap after a long day and a half from the US. Staff was very welcoming from check in to porter service. You can sit in pool and they will serve you there. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nothing extravagant but for the price a very good deal. Staff will arrange for anything you need and most do speak some English which was helpful.

The villa is gorgeous and there is an amazing pool and spa on site. I would recommend the spa for all your treatments. It might be a little more expensive then down the road but its top quality. On arrival we immediately switched our double room for one with a balcony overlooking the street - no difference in the size or quality of the room but it did give us more light and the ability to be outside - although we didn't have any seats on the balcony. Both rooms, although clean, were in need of an upgrade and I would suggest more at a hostel than hotel standard. Pillows didn't smell that fresh and towels were quite thin from use. Tuk tuk available at front door when needed. Foyer of frangipani hot. Repellent needed in and out of resort. Centerally located. Close to temples, river and cafes.
