We had a very enjoyable six night stay at the Diamond d'Angkor Boutique Hotel. The hotel has a very airy and open design that helps to keep it cool. Open corridors lead to the rooms. Ours was spacious, elegantly furnished and had dark hard wood floors. We loved the breakfasts (oh ces croissants delicieux!) that we chose to take at a table under some tropical vegetation. The staff was attentive, smiling, and intent on making our stay as comfortable as possible. The best example was a staff member... Read more

If you are expecting a large fancy hotel room, this is probably not the place for you. But if you are looking for a clean, comfortable room in a hotel with outstanding staff who will try to accommodate your every request, you will be very happy here. It was very hot when we were there, and the endless supply of (free) bottled water was greatly appreciated. In addition when we returned from an outing, the staff was always there to greet us and provide us with chilled washcloths that provided reli... Read more

On our month long SE Asia trip, this was the best place we stayed. The room was large and modern, with good AC and wifi. The staff was the best we've experienced, always very helpful and friendly. Nice pool, good breakfast, etc. They will set you up with a Tuk Tuk to take you to the temples each day if you want. It is pricey compared to just finding a Tuk Tuk on the street, but our driver (Mr. Mab?) was very kind and knowledgable, and we felt it was worth the extra few dollars.

The perfect place to start our holiday in Siem Reap. Staff great, attentive. Rooms nice, comfortable clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was what you would expect for this level of hotel. The location was good with only a about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

Truly, it does live up to the reviews. We've been to a lot of hotels during our trip around indochina but this is the only one I gave a 5 stars to! They were on time during airport pick up and made it a point to take note of when we were leaving to have a car ready. The room was very big, clean and beautiful. It smelled good the moment we got in. Their selection of movies on Angkor Wat included Tomb Raider and several documentaries that we truly helped us appreciate the place before going ther... Absolutely lovely boutique hotel, with a number of bars, restaurants and shops within close proximity (the infamous Pub Street was about a 5-10 minute walk away; a fun place to go if want to grab a beer and people watch). Stayed for three nights. The hotel itself is extremely pleasant and good value for money. Its a short walk from the bustle of pub Street and the markets. The pool is a little enclosed so doesn't get sun throughout the day. Rooms were spacious and clean and well appointed. The free breakfast was excellent.. best we've had in a month of travelling. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It's in a great location, conveniently located near Pub Street, but not right in the center of the tourism (a quick 5 minute walk!). The staff is PHENOMENAL. From start to finish. I stayed there 6 nights, and on the first day, they lent me a cell phone to use on my trip (great way to communicate with my tuk tuk driver on my two temple touring days). Stayed at Diamond D'Angkor and had a great experience! I was greeted with fresh fruit juice when I was checking in. The room was huge and had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was amazing with so many options including French toast, made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit, potatoes and so much more! Pub Street is a 5-10 min walk which was very convenient. Tour guides had no problem finding the hotel for my temple tours as well. Overall, great stay at an extremely reasonable price!

Will always remember returning from a long day of sightseeing and getting those wet, scented face towels which the staff gave us right out of the fridge. The location was quite convenient. It was easy to get to restaurants and shopping. You could walk or take a tuck tuk which was always close by. The people were very nice and helpful. The room was great! The only negative was, for some reason, I was unable to get hot water no matter when I tried.

I've stayed at Diamond D'Angkor twice. It's a lovely boutique hotel within a 5-7 minute walk to Pub Street. The hotel is safe, clean and unique-looking with its beautiful open-air lobby. What really makes this hotel is the staff. They are always polite, helpful and thoughtful. I always look forward to returning!

I really love this hotel, they provide 6 stars service with affordable cost. There are only 15 rooms, but they are extending now. There are only 3 storeys without lift, but the staff there is very kind to help you carry your luggage to your room. We are served by Mr Nako during our 3D2N trip. He is very courteous, attentive, and speaks good English. Free tuk tuk is provided as and when you like. The driver is very polite too. Hotel will provide us 1 mobile and we can contact the driver/hotel ... Read more

Excellent staff, rooms, location. We stayed for 4 nights early September and it was our favourite accomodation on our 3 week holiday. Staff are attentive, helpful, food delicious, cocktails the best I've had anywhere, rooms large, clean, modern, King beds extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful hotel run by staff who look after you as well as any 5* hotel in England might! I was picked up at the airport and dropped off again - at the end of my trip you understand! Breakfast is available until 10.30 am which is helpful if you are a late riser. The hotel was also guest / girl friendly. All in all one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at for a long time. Oh! Although not advertised they have air conditioning - at least my room did! And it worked well!

We are very lucky to have a chance to stay with this finest boutique hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Reception staff was very friendly and always pay high attention to our request. It is also well located in the heat of the city too. Love it!

I haven't stayed for a while but was looking up the address for a mate and realised I hadn't reviewed yet! This is my number one recommendation whenever someone asks me where to stay (I lived in Cambo for 2 years). Really traditional style wood furniture etc, but done in a really classy way. Rooms are awesome, and it's on the best street to stay on - about 5 mins from the centre of town. You don't want to stay too close to pub street or you won't sleep for the noise. They also have a pimp 1980's... Read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! We stayed 4 nights here. The wooden interior is charming, the breakfast was very good and always fresh (my husband and I love their rice noodle soup!) but the part I'm most impressed is the service! All of the staff were very friendly and incredibly attentive, we felt very welcomed. We even received little souvenirs from the manager at the end of our stay. Location is close to night market and pub street but still secluded enough so it isn't noisy... Read more

A lovely place to stay, rooms are superb, clean and welcomimg, bed (almost) as good as mine back in the UK..Couldn't fault a thing. We loved the open feeling in the hotel and was really nice whilst having breakfast. The hotel has tuk tuk drivers and ours was a superb guide also, nominal fee. We only stayed 3 nights but can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

We had a slight hiccup in getting picked up at the airport (which was our fault), and the hotel were great at sending a Tuk-Tuk at short notice to collect us. The front of house were really chatty and made us feel at home, and upgraded our room to boot. The hotel is a short walk from the main part of town, on the same road as several good restaurants - we didn't feel it was particularly busy though. The room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the street - we'd recommend you ask for a poo... Read more

We stayed here for 3 nights and my friend told me this was the best decision we've made for our Siem Reap trip. Everything was just perfect. Our package included free two way airport transfer, free tuk tuk, free mini bar and laundry service. And yes there's also a complimentary meal! The staffs here were super super friendly and helpful. The first day when we arrived, they already prepared towel and fruit juice to welcome us. Then we got upgraded. And they helped us on everything from booking th... Read more

The hotel is very nice and slightly better than you would expect for the price, but its customer service is what sets it apart. Free pick off and drop off (a member of staff even came to the airport just to help with our bags, as my wife was on crutches), free mini bar and laundry (very rare these days), all of which are nice to have but it was the attitude and the eagerness to please of all the staff which is really its best asset and a credit to the hotel! Definitely recommend this hotel, do ... Read more

I give this hotel 5+ stars for service and 4 stars for the actual accommodations. When we walked in, we were greeted warmly with a wet towel and a cool, fruity drink. The hotel staff took the time to explain everything that we received with our package (unbeknownst to us, a nice surprise!) including free tuk tuk service during our stay, free minibar, free laundry, a complimentary dinner and of course free breakfast. They went above and beyond through the entire course of our stay. I felt in ve... Read more

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were given top class service. We were upgraded to a junior suite when we only booked a deluxe room, and on arrival at the hotel were briefed on all the information we could possibly need for our stay in Siem Reap. Mr Nako and his team of staff were excellent throughout our entire stay, always greeting us with smiles; wet towels each time we returned back to the hotel from an outing, and organising Tuk-Tuks for us when requested at a reason... We stayed five nights and found it to be a perfect launchpad for our exploration of the area. Diamond D'Angkor will provide airport pick-up for free if you contact them in advance with your reservation. We arrived quite late our first night (after 22:00), and the gentleman checking us in seemed in a bit of a hurry. As a result I don't think it was made clear everything that was included in our "package." Over the next several days we found out several items were included with our stay, so be sur... Read more

This was just what we were looking for. The staff is super friendly, the location is on a side street with just a 5-10min walk to pub street and with many restaurants on the way there. The room was very good with all we were looking for (AC, good bed and bathroom), even had a small complimentary minibar.

The hotel staff is very helpful, room is very comfortable and the location is great. Walking distance to the night and day markets, although if you want to use a tuk tuk the hotel can also help arrange for one very easily. They are also usually in front of the hotel.

We stayed there for 5 nights and during all our stay we enjoyed it very much! The reasons for it are the following: excellent staff & service, clean, comfortable and spacious room and great location. We were surprised how attentively and with loving care they treat their guests! Thank you so much, guys. You are the most friendly and accommodating people I've ever met during my stay in different hotels! By the way, we are vegans and on breakfast buffet we didn't find much for us, so we asked to b...
