I booked a 2 bedroom suite and a 1 bedroom suite for my family. The rooms were awesome. Very large, clean rooms with washing machine included which was great for my family. The kids loved the swimming pool, and hotel towels provided next to the pool for guests to use was great. The staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant and hospitable, and in particular the restaurant staff and their manager Mr Chay Vichet were excellent. The food was great and their service was 1st class. Unlike other re... Read more

Stayed over the New Year 16/17 and the hotel is great, staff were excellent even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate, we had a 2 bed suite, what was disappointing was the furniture, very uncomfortable 4 wooden chairs (mentioned in other reviews) time they invested in some couches also the kitchen is big but missing a fundamental item a "microwave oven" the lighting could also be improved. if the management fix these 3 issues I believe many more visitors would give a 5 rating.

We enjoyed our stay here. The 2 bedroom suites are excellent for families, especially with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Breakfast was always enjoyable. Pub street is an easy walk for dinner. The biggest problem is the one that everyone else points out - the sitting room is unusable because of the furniture. The very small and hard chairs cannot be sat on for more than 5 minutes. We would give the hotel a 5 rating but for this. I don't understand why they aren't taking notice of what p... Read more

You can't beat the location for a family setting. It's off the main roads and a comfortable walking distance from Old Market, King's Road, and Pub Street. The staff is friendly and will/can book most of your outing/touring needs. My only complaints are that the beds are VERY firm, the hot water runs out quickly for a family of four, towels were replenished with no rhyme or reason, and there were no knives (of any sort) in the kitchenette. The positives were that was a nice sized refrigerator, ... Read more

This place has seen better days. We liked the traditional style, but it needs some freshening up. Staff and pool area. Were great. Breakfast was not exciting and baguettes were not feesh. Our biggest complaint was the uage of pesticides. A sign was posted that spraying was from. 7:00-8:00 so we made plans and reservations to be gone from. 6:30 until 9:00. Upon leaving our rooms at 6:35 we had to walk through thick clouds of the chemical to get out of the resort. This was exactly what we wanted... Read more

Tucked away from the main road, this heart warming hotel serves a good base for few days Siem Reap stay. The staff is kind & humble, the room is spacious and well equipped. We did not even turned up the AC with the balcony doors opened, as it can be well ventilated in this season. Will recommend this place for family with kids as they have big space to run around.

Lovely hotel in good location, massive rooms with kitchen and lounge. Pool cool and calm after a busy day. Breakfast good. Staff courteous and helpful, special mention to the young hotel driver who we hired for the day, he was friendly and professional, on visiting Angor Wat he found us a lovely restaurant for lunch was very knowledgeable and a great driver,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siem Reap. The staff were really lovely and were always on hand to help. The breakfast was really nice and was included in the price. Airport pick up was great and the driver was really lovely, informing us on tours we can do etc. The tuk tuk drivers who work for the hotel were great especially Shaun. We cannot recommend him enough, he is great and speaks amazing English and will go out of his way to help. We recommend a stay here :). We really enjoyed it!

My partner and I just returned from staying 14 nights at Chateau d'Angkor La Residence. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is very centrally located in the french quarter district - very close to Pub Street and river - $2.00 tuk tuk fare. Great pool, good choices at breakfast, very attentive reception, restaurant, housekeeping and security staff. There is no lift but that did not seem to cause any problems. We had a room overlooking the front entrance and main entrance road but there were n... Read more
