We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The rooms are really large and overall the hotel is really charming. The staff were all very accommodating and event ushered a tuk tuk driver to the airport for a forgotten item. Excellent!

My family of four had a brief two night stay here and loved every minute. We had a two bedroom suite which felt so decadent as the suite was enormous! Two ensuite bathrooms, beautiful and clean and two lovely comfy large King/queen beds. The staff at reception were very friendly and all staff made an extra effort to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good, with all the usual trimmings. Eggs and omelettes were made to order and were delicious. We raced ... Read more

There are many restaurants, massage nearby but the environment is quiet. Many tour information was ready at the room and the manager Mr. Chay Vichet provided us a reading lamp because it's too dark that I couldn't read at night time. The buffet breakfast is good. I appreciated so much for the airport pick up service and the driver send us to buy sim cards near the hotel instead of queuing at the airport. It can be better if they can make the rooms brighter.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and a 1 bedroom suite for my family. The rooms were awesome. Very large, clean rooms with washing machine included which was great for my family. The kids loved the swimming pool, and hotel towels provided next to the pool for guests to use was great. The staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant and hospitable, and in particular the restaurant staff and their manager Mr Chay Vichet were excellent. The food was great and their service was 1st class. Unlike other re... Read more

Stayed over the New Year 16/17 and the hotel is great, staff were excellent even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate, we had a 2 bed suite, what was disappointing was the furniture, very uncomfortable 4 wooden chairs (mentioned in other reviews) time they invested in some couches also the kitchen is big but missing a fundamental item a "microwave oven" the lighting could also be improved. if the management fix these 3 issues I believe many more visitors would give a 5 rating.

We enjoyed our stay here. The 2 bedroom suites are excellent for families, especially with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Breakfast was always enjoyable. Pub street is an easy walk for dinner. The biggest problem is the one that everyone else points out - the sitting room is unusable because of the furniture. The very small and hard chairs cannot be sat on for more than 5 minutes. We would give the hotel a 5 rating but for this. I don't understand why they aren't taking notice of what p... Read more

You can't beat the location for a family setting. It's off the main roads and a comfortable walking distance from Old Market, King's Road, and Pub Street. The staff is friendly and will/can book most of your outing/touring needs. My only complaints are that the beds are VERY firm, the hot water runs out quickly for a family of four, towels were replenished with no rhyme or reason, and there were no knives (of any sort) in the kitchenette. The positives were that was a nice sized refrigerator, ... Read more

This place has seen better days. We liked the traditional style, but it needs some freshening up. Staff and pool area. Were great. Breakfast was not exciting and baguettes were not feesh. Our biggest complaint was the uage of pesticides. A sign was posted that spraying was from. 7:00-8:00 so we made plans and reservations to be gone from. 6:30 until 9:00. Upon leaving our rooms at 6:35 we had to walk through thick clouds of the chemical to get out of the resort. This was exactly what we wanted... Read more

Tucked away from the main road, this heart warming hotel serves a good base for few days Siem Reap stay. The staff is kind & humble, the room is spacious and well equipped. We did not even turned up the AC with the balcony doors opened, as it can be well ventilated in this season. Will recommend this place for family with kids as they have big space to run around.
