A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning. Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool, a children's pool, a health club, a spa tub, and a sauna. Spa amenities include spa services, massage/treatment rooms, facials, and body treatments. This 4.5-star property has a 24-hour business center and offers a meeting/conference room, audiovisual equipment, and business services. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and the resort has a computer station. The property has event space consisting of a conference center and banquet facilities. For a surcharge, shuttle services include a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and an area shuttle. Wedding services, concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and tour assistance are available. Guest parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include a rooftop terrace, a library, and a coffee shop/café. A total renovation of this property was completed in June 2011.

Beds come with triple sheeting, down blankets, and premium bedding. These individually furnished rooms include desks. Accommodations include refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations with jetted bathtubs and handheld showerheads. They also offer double sinks, makeup/shaving mirrors, and bathrobes. In addition to complimentary newspapers, guestrooms offer direct-dial phones. 24-inch LCD televisions have premium cable channels. Rooms also include windows that open, slippers, blackout drapes/curtains, and welcome amenities. Guests may request microwaves, irons/ironing boards, and wake-up calls. A nightly turndown service is offered and housekeeping is available daily.
