We checked in to this hotel as was booked by the local tour company Khiri travel. We checked out 2 hours later. The sheets on one of the beds were torn and they were amazed we wanted them changed. Toilet door did not close , we were told let it open, safe did not work and n lights to read by. Fiona Ireland

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was generous in size, however, the air conditioner was not big enough to cool which would have been nice after a 42 degree day at temples. With the choice of 2 pools & great cocktails we had options to cool off. Management & staff are very friendly, helpful & accommodating & the breakfast was lovely - especially the fresh omelette. Close to night market, pub street & many great little restaurants.

Enjoyed this hotel with my young family. The staff are helpful, offering lots of assistance with tours and travel. The rooms are comfortable and cool with simple but clean bathrooms. The hotel itself is stunning with an outdoor restaurant and reception. They have two lovely pools, unfortunately one of which was not usable during our stay. Wi-Fi is great, which is always a big plus.

Lovely hotel, with rooms set around a central pool surrounded by shady trees.. Just a short walk into the main attractions of the town such as restaurants, night markets, etc.. Short tuk tuk ride to the temples and the hotel also arranged some other nice activities for us and our kids, like cooking class at a place that helps the community, pottery with a local family...

Whether you are looking for a resort environment or a good base for exploring the cultural riches of the region, it's worth considering this hotel. It is located in a workaday area on the fringes of the touristy centre of town, an area with cheap but decent restaurants. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the main tourist centre (bars and restaurants) and a little longer to the river. For relaxing there are two lovely pools. Our room was spacious and had a little verandah, just a few steps from a ... Read more

I stayed here last year and again this year and most likely next year again. Checking in and out is easily done and all the staff are fantastic, with super English skills who are all extremely friendly. Sareth at the restaurant is fantastic at his job, though he should be at the front desk. Rooms are spacious and the hotel facilities are perfect, great pools and massage area also available. Bedrooms are kept clean and tidy, the bed is a little uncomfortable, though manageable, the breakfast is g... Read more

Great location, walking distance from vibrant area around Pubstreet at the Old Market with its bars, live music and lots of restaurants. Nice room next to one of the 2 swimming pools. Nice breakfast in half-open restaurant. Very clean swimming pool. Airco on room 22 was not enough powerful. Must say during day outside temp was 34°C plus. Very friendly staff. Recommended for families.

I came here for a service trip and the whole place was amazing, the hotel itself isn't too crowded and the staff are amazing, one night we got back later at around 11 and room service was over by an hour, since we hadn't had a chance to eat the kind staff allowed us to order they were able to feed 32 hungry kids.

This hotel has 2 pools, a welcome respite from the heat and all those steps you walk when visiting the temples. I arrived here unwell with a cold and the staff in the restaurant went out of there way to deliver honey, ginger & lemon tea to my room for my cold and salt to gargle for my sore throat. Each day they would enquire about my health with concern. They were caring and considerate and very helpful. On leaving to go to the airport I left a package at reception by mistake, I made a phone cal... Read more

We booked this hotel and our stay was very nice! Very pleasant place! It was very nice to stay in a place which a good and friendly staff, and also they were very helpful! This is a well placed hotel, perfect to discovery the redoubts of Siem Reap. The signal of wifi was very good and strong, and the breakfast was really enjoyable, with a good and clean restaurant. We loved the experience, and we hope to come back very soon!

The central boutique hotel in Siem reap was a very nice hotel. It has two lovely pools and a very nice v Breakfast restaurant. It costs about $2usd for a tuk tuk to pub street. There is a handy laundry across the road but don't send a thing white as it comes back grey. Would definitely recommend

This was our last stop of Indochina tour. We spent 3 nights there and problem had the smallest triple room of all the 7 different 3 star hotels we had stayed in Vietnam & Cambodia. Room was clean as was bathroom. Bathroom had a tub w shower. They knew 3 people were staying but they had only 2 sets or towels set out. Quickly fixed by Housekeeping. Hotel has 2 pools which was a welcome respite after hot humid days of temple visiting... Lots of greens which resulted in many mosquitos... We ... Read more

This would best be called a 4.5 star. Pool and restaurant staff are excellent. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. We had the most amazing flowers awaiting us in our room. Good in room coffee, tea selection. A/C not really able to cool the room to a great extent. Wifi is mediocre. TV reception is garbage (not that I want to watch TV but the Olympics are on!). Overall a great choice.

I stayed here with my husband amd I honestly could not fault the hotel. Our room was very big and spacious with air con and balcony. The staff at the reception were very friendly and would do anything to help you. The staffs English was excellent. Both pools were equally good. The hotel is a little pricey for hotels near by cheaper but I honestly can't find fault with this hotel. Brilliant 2 weeks

Nice pool. Rooms are okay but the upper floor got balconies and bed facing the pool. Better deal. Food and service are OK depending of who do it. The booking was fastidious despite our early booking by phone.

I booked the hotel through my travel agent and paid for everything before I headed there, including breakfast. I only had to show our reservation and that it had already been paid when we left. We stayed 10 days. I would have to say it is a little hidden gem in Siem Reap because you have to walk down an ally way. - the staff spoke English well - the restaurant is in an open with just a roof but we had no problems with bugs - breakfast had a good range - we ordered drinks by the pool and room se... From the front desk, restaurant, security and cleaners the staff are helpful and friendly. An easy walk to Pub street and Night Market. Second time we have stayed here and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Tuk Tuk's in the lane outside will get you to your destination cheaply and safely. laundry can be done at little shop outside, also cheaply. Sarat the waiter is a gem, always at hand and speaks good English. Mr. Rathna the manager also is a great young man. The Hotel has two Pools and are both clea... Read more

Great hotel with good services. Two small swimming pools are great for cooling of and relaxing. Especially after visits to Angkor Wat this very welcome. There restaurant is okay for a drink and breakfast but I suppose most guests decide to go out to Pubstreet for other dining options (so did we). Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Laundry service is also good. It's almost 5 stars, but the noise of the construction builders next door was a little annoying ( at night is very quit). We had a g... Read more

A very friendly welcome at the hotel and then to our surprise a very spacious room with a balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools. Very clean and decorated in local style with comfortable beds. Breakfast had a range of options to suit all tastes. Hotel is down a lane with rickshaws willing to take you into town, although close to walk, and to the sights. End of lane numbers of very reasonably priced bars/ restaurants to balance going to Malis twice. Recommend hotel as a haven of quietn... Read more

To get to this hotel you have to travel down a dirty lane way, no street frontage .This hotel is not as it is advertised. I travelled as a single with a tour group. We took 8 rooms in the hotel and none of them looked anything like the photos in the brochure. Hair dryer in the bathroom but no power point to use it in. Shower over bath but no shower curtain so floor gets soaked then the water runs across the room and down the drain. Overall pretty ordinary.
