Clean and spacious room with nice balcony. Bed was very hard. Staff were friendly. Food in resturant was good. Had to call a couple of times to get toilet paper as it wasn't refreshed when room was cleaned. Wasn't happy that after having lunch one day, I tried to pay with a $50 note to be told they don't have change for it. It's a hotel they should have change.

My family stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel provided us with their van and a driver to take us on tours. Tuktuks out the front were very accessible, if you need a driver to take you anywhere Sokkel is the driver for you. Management were amazing our last day as we did not fly out until later and gave us a later checkout time. If you want somewhere to stay in Siem Reap this is the place for you.

Mid range hotel with a home stay feel. Got two connecting rooms for the family...which had its own double door enclosure, keeping any vestiges of noise out. Fairly convenient to get to the Angkor main gates, hotel provided an independent driver/van for us to tour the sites and get around... Not much around in terms of dining options, except some street food and there is an open market for fresh fruits etc. Tuktuks are easy to hail to get to the night markets for shopping and food. Hotel has ... Read more

A beautiful hotel, very personalised although it seemed to be at the wrong end of the town and the areas didn't seem to walkable. Had dinner in the restaurant by ourselves and that was just average. We're left to our own planning for what to do as there was no maps or information available . We found out about the night market as we were leaving which was very disappointing. Nice place to stay, recommend you know what you want to do before you arrive

My wife & I stayed 3 very enjoyable nights here in November, using the hotel as a base to visit Angkor Wat, Sap Tonle and Pub Street. The hotel rooms have a colonial, third-world feel to them - lovely wooden floors and 4-poster beds, with balconies overlooking beautifully verdant gardens and pool. And the staff (incl Mao SomEng and Noem Ai) were all delightful. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that the hotel is not close to other hotels, but this does mean that a trip to the main street is... Read more

This was the best hospitality and kindness we have experienced in our four weeks of SE Asia. Particularly one man at reception - we kept forgetting to ask for his name, but nothing was ever a problem. Our rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and on the day we left at 4.30am to see Angkor Wat, we were given takeaway breakfasts which we thought was really sweet. The pools is really dreamy too. The only downside for us was the location - but to be honest it ended up being a non-issue. The h... Read more

We arrived @ 10am the morning, the staff provided us a breakfast, tea and fruits. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but after our meal everything was ready for us. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute tuk tuk ride from Pub Street and the old/market. It is off a busy active street with a large wet market. The location is very quiet and a very nice property. The staff were very friendly and did every thing to make our stay enjoyable. The free breakfasts were very good and the restaurant serviced ... Read more

Very nice boutique hotel, clean and peaceful with very kind staff who made our stay like home. The kids enjoyed the salted pool!!! Restaurant is fine with Khmer traditional food and more occidental. The rooms are spacious which is a good thing when you travel with children! Angkor Heritage boutique hotel is touk-touk distance from Angkor temples and the animated city center of Siem Reap. We had such a wonderful time!
