We recently stayed here for two nights and were completely taken back with the the level of service we recieved, particularly from Sothea, who worked the front desk. As soon as we arrived he treated us with cold towels and apple juice. His demeanor was very respectful and always had a smile on his face. Had a lovely big room with a 4-poster bed and drapes around it. Modern bathroom and of course, TV and we could get CNN and BBC. One drawback is that it is a taxi ride away from the main area. Siem Reap is very hot and it is good to do any tours in the morning and relax back at the hotel in the afternoon. Most tours do this.
