We stayed here for a week. The hotel is poor. There is dirt in every corner, and the cleaning is very poor til not existing. The pool was dirty and a lamp hang loose. So much noise in the surroundings very early in the morning during nighttime also, from dogs, weddings etc. We have travelled a lot, and stayed lots of places, but this hotel doesn't live up to its stars at all. The staf was okay, no more than that, but our tuk tuk driver, who drove for guest at the hotel was so nice and helpfull. ... Read more

The staff at this hotel were very polite and helpful - our room was very large and clean with a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool and garden - but the general appearance of the hotel was tired and could do with some redecoration. There was only a few sun beds around the pool and they should put more out - people were having to sit on their towels on the concrete. Breakfast - eggs were excellent. The swimming pool was not clean - it was cloudy - we did not get in it. The hotel is also... Read more

Clean and spacious room with nice balcony. Bed was very hard. Staff were friendly. Food in resturant was good. Had to call a couple of times to get toilet paper as it wasn't refreshed when room was cleaned. Wasn't happy that after having lunch one day, I tried to pay with a $50 note to be told they don't have change for it. It's a hotel they should have change.

My family stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel provided us with their van and a driver to take us on tours. Tuktuks out the front were very accessible, if you need a driver to take you anywhere Sokkel is the driver for you. Management were amazing our last day as we did not fly out until later and gave us a later checkout time. If you want somewhere to stay in Siem Reap this is the place for you.

My wife & I stayed 3 very enjoyable nights here in November, using the hotel as a base to visit Angkor Wat, Sap Tonle and Pub Street. The hotel rooms have a colonial, third-world feel to them - lovely wooden floors and 4-poster beds, with balconies overlooking beautifully verdant gardens and pool. And the staff (incl Mao SomEng and Noem Ai) were all delightful. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that the hotel is not close to other hotels, but this does mean that a trip to the main street is... Read more

This was the best hospitality and kindness we have experienced in our four weeks of SE Asia. Particularly one man at reception - we kept forgetting to ask for his name, but nothing was ever a problem. Our rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and on the day we left at 4.30am to see Angkor Wat, we were given takeaway breakfasts which we thought was really sweet. The pools is really dreamy too. The only downside for us was the location - but to be honest it ended up being a non-issue. The h... Read more

We arrived @ 10am the morning, the staff provided us a breakfast, tea and fruits. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but after our meal everything was ready for us. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute tuk tuk ride from Pub Street and the old/market. It is off a busy active street with a large wet market. The location is very quiet and a very nice property. The staff were very friendly and did every thing to make our stay enjoyable. The free breakfasts were very good and the restaurant serviced ... Read more

Very nice boutique hotel, clean and peaceful with very kind staff who made our stay like home. The kids enjoyed the salted pool!!! Restaurant is fine with Khmer traditional food and more occidental. The rooms are spacious which is a good thing when you travel with children! Angkor Heritage boutique hotel is touk-touk distance from Angkor temples and the animated city center of Siem Reap. We had such a wonderful time!
