Two lovely pools to choose from with day beds in the shade or lounges in the sun. With complimentary lime, orange or passionfruit before 6 around the pool. Great breakfast options pancakes, eggs bacon and pastries although portions are not large so you can eat a couple of options in one sitting. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms have a nice charm to them look for universal power board in the box provided as power points are limited. Complimentary massage. This hotel is a few buildings that have all been put together at different times. You don't feel at all like you are on a busy main road as it really is a tranquil haven it's very green and lush. We had room 8 this was in the old building our room had a terrace overlooking the front pool. You can tell it is old but it still had very good air con and everything you needed for your stay. Pool towels are provided at both pools. Normally you would think the food to be expensive in the hotel we didn'... Read more

We arrived early at 12 noon however the staff wasted no time in getting our room ready. When we saw it we were thrilled as we had our own private terrace bit as well. The breakfast was included and basically the chef would just cook what you wanted. You could eat as much as you like from 7 - 10 am which was fine for us. The service was also very good. The pools - it has 2, were nothing short of a tropical paradise! Saying that, there weren't really enough beds round the sun pool and as per... Read more

Great boutique hotel - great location, rooms & pools. The breakfast was also very good. In January when we were there the place next door was being renovated so it was a bit loud at times. There are two seperate pool which is nice but we still struggled to find pool chairs

We recently stayed here for 2 nights in a suite. The room was massive and had a lovely courtyard off the back. Beautifully decorated and the bathroom was modern with a great shower! The hotel itself is very charming with beautiful tropical gardens surrounding it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in room costs and was very nice. Location wise, it's a short walk to the Royal Palace and a nice stroll down to The Riverside or a cheap tuk tuk ride. Highly recomme... Read more

My room was huge, comfortable, decorated with Cambodian artifacts, and had its own large patio in back. Hotel reflects colonial period and has two pools. WiFi is fast and the grounds are densely planted with local trees and flowers. It is off the main streets, so it is quiet, but it is located directly behind the Royal Palace and near the National Museum. Other areas are accessible by tuk tuk. There is a small but adequate set of choices for breakfast and a small menu available all day in the re... Read more

It was so very nice to return yet again to my favourite hotel in Phnom Penh. As we often do we split our visit staying for 4 nights, then taking a trip to Kep before returning to the Pavilion for a few more nights. It is also lovely to be recognised and welcomed like an old friend by the wonderful Pavilion staff. Every year there are improvements and this year we found a direct telephone line to reception, a notepad on the desk and new clocks complete with instructions on how to reset them. It re... Read more

We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The Pavilion is a charming oasis of calm and beauty in the midst of the city. Our room was huge and well appointed. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast was very good too. Service was friendly and good. My only minor complaints would be that the hot water in our shower only lasted about 5 minutes; it appeared that the hot water heater was under the sink and quite small. Also, when I attempted to arrange our ... Read more

I stayed at the Pavillion for two nights with my daughter. The room was clean, well stocked with ammenities and the staff was so helpful and friendly. My suitcase didn't make it from the connecting flight, and they handled all the calls with the airport and got my bag to my room that evening. The atmosphere at the pool was amazing and relaxing. It was too cold to go in, but we ordered drinks from the bar and lounged on the beds with books. The location is great - close to the center (everyt... Read more

We stayed at the Pavilion for 5 nights in early December 2016 and it was the perfect haven during our stay in Phnom Penh. The hotel is in a quiet location in central Phnom Penh, a short walk to the Royal Palace, close to a number of the Embassies and right around the corner from the small shopping/cafe/bar/restaurant strip- Street 244. We stayed in a Suite (a lovely large room in the older part of the hotel) which was wonderful, atmospheric and totally charming. It was a very spacious room wit... Read more
