We stayed at Teav for a total of 4 days in Phnom Penh and the services was excellent. We looked at several hotels but we chose Teav because of their rating and it wasn't exaggerated. The bartender Vannak gave me the exact drink that I ordered without much explaining, whatever customers want or need, these people will go out of their way to please you! The receptionist Naran and Sim gave us all the useful information when we went out, they even told you how much the tuck tuck fares should be so y... Read more

This was a great hotel located in the expat precinct with a bunch of great restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and really helped us have an enjoyable and safe trip in Phnom Penh. They offered great advice and pointed us towards whatever we needed. Their in-house tuk-tuk driver was amazing, and really helped us on our stay. Shun the tours and go with their driver to all the sights. The rooms are super modern and clean, the bed was a bit uncomfortable but nothing to dissuade a sta... Read more

We stayed here for two nights, it is well presented and clean with our room being of generous proportions. The staff very friendly and breakfasts tasty. The pool looked inviting, cleaned each morning, but we didn't use it. Loved the decor as well. It is located amongst a number of restaurants, including some fast food outlets, including a Starbucks next door, so eating out is easy. It cost us about $5USD in a tuk tuk to get to the river front area, so not bad in terms of access to other pa... Read more

Staff were friendly and helpful, organising transfers and tuktuks around the city. The hotel is in a good location. The bed was comfortable, the room clean with good air con. We had to run the shower for a few minutes for the hot water to start. Not a big deal, we found the same thing in almost all the hotels during our 3 weeks in Cambodia and Laos. Our only problem was when we first arrived, we had a couple of cockroaches in our hand basin which we managed to kill. We found a few more coming ou... Read more

Great little back street hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff who are always around when you need anything. In house food and room was great. Location is spot on to be walking distance to sights ( palace, water front etc ) and also the great bassac street. Top tip: check out The FCC third floor bar on the waterfront around 5pm for a chilled beer overlooking the river as the sun goes down.

In my 2nd trips to Phnom Penh city, I stayed here again 2nd time as I had wonderful experience at the first time, I thought I would never change the hotel. It was still wonderful stay again. The hotel is just beautiful, has a very tranquil feel. It's really a world away from the hustle and bustle and madness of city. The hotel staff are just WONDERFUL. Service with a smile and from the heart. Very attentive. When I asked for some instant coffee in my room, I expected a pack of 3-in-1 coffee an... Read more

This was one of my favorite stays in Cambodia. The place is small and intimate which makes accessing the pool or attached restaurant very easy. Despite the small size of the hotel itself, our room was very large and had a wonderful bathroom - like one of the coolest bathrooms in any hotel I've stayed in. The staff is exceptionally friendly as well. No complaints - great place.

It is a very nice and clean hotel. Staff are very attentive and responsive, they tried out their way to make our stay brilliant. Location is best, very easy to move around by walking and easy connection to many places. Traffic is crazy in the city so I really appreciate being here where is near plenty of choices of restaurants and coffee shops, Burger King, KFC, Carl J and Gloria Jean are at the corner just few steps from the hotel. Cambodian, Japanese and Western cuisines are being around the a... Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TEAV. The hotel is running very smoothly. The staff were fantastic, very well trained and charming. They accommodated our needs very well, especially as we had our toddler with us. The hotel is beautifully appointed, positioned nicely . The journey on the hotels own Tuktuk is very enjoyable. I would say this hotel is more of a boutique artist hotel and not a city hotel, and it is nice to be away from the hustle and bustle on central with still easy access to it. Th... Read more

The room was spotless, staff friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault the place. I didn't eat there asides from breakfast, which was good, so can't comment on the restaurant. The hotel is in a really nice part of Phnom Penh, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around (especially near the monument there is a fabulous bar area). I would certainly stay here again if visiting PP, and happy to recommend it to other people. There are hotels closer to the main attractions, but transport is dirt ... Read more
