An excellent property in a great location near city center and there are a lot of restaurants and cafe in walking distance. Very helpful staff. The hotel puts a lot of emphasis on personal touch - Welcome drinks and cold towels were served. The receptionist escorted us to the room and gave us a brief introduction of the hotel on the way up. The rooms were definitely worth going for with stunning design and amenities, spacious and very clean. The room service was good though. We ordered a burger ... Read more

Both my husband and I truly enjoyed our 3 day stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The room was cosy and spotless clean. Loved the shower with good water pressure. Transport was no problem to get to many tourist attractions. Would definitely stay at this hotel at our next visit.....

The decoration and atmosphere were fabulous, workout all the space great. Room was perfect with all needed amenities. Beds were so comfortable we melted into them. Swimming pool was relaxing. We live in Bangkok and visited PP for the first time last week. Chose Teav Boutique Hotel based on TA reviews and the location. I was upgraded from the regular room to the larger room (201), which I highly recommend. Bigger and a nice layout. But even the regular rooms are nice. The building was quiet - no problem sleeping and I'm a light sleeper. The staff were extremely and genuinely friendly - reminded me of how Thailand used to be before it was overrun with mass tourism and the locals becam... Read more

We are frequently travelling to Phnom Penh for business. We stayed at TEAV Boutique BKK for this time. It is very conveniently located at the central area and close to many restaurants and coffee shops. BKK1 is a very prime business area where many premium businesses and shops are established. It is a safe area too. It is also within short walking distant or by Tuktuk to a couple shopping centers and attractions. The room and bathroom are both good size and clean. Room are modern style and com... Read more

I cannot say a enough good things about our stay at Teav. It was our first time to Cambodia and the team at Teav made it so special. They helped us with sites to see and made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel itself is well designed and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much. Love and light to you all.

My first impression of Cambodia was a good one. I am writing this review 5 months on after having been in Cambodia traveling and working but the Teav Hotel and the assistance given me there by the receptionist Mr Sim really made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Sim especially explained all my options to me about good restaurants, reliable tuk-tuk drivers, and all those questions one has right at the beginning. The Teav also was just a beautiful relaxed little hotel in the midst of a very busy... Read more

The operations manager greeted us at breakfast each morning to check on our day and activities, which as a really nice touch. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. the rooms were fabulous, roomy exceptionally well appointed with a fabulous bathroom. The dining area and bar overlooked the swimming pool, so it was nice to be served breakfast at the pool.

Stayed at the suite for a week. Nice little boutique hotel strategically located near BKK1 near Burger King on Street 310. Staff are very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make the customers comfortable. On the down side the suite rooms doesn't have storage cupboards or shelves, which would definitely help those who stay for more than just a day or two.

We stayed here for 2 nights in April, the hottest time of the year and in our group we had 5 people, 3 rooms in total. We ordered a taxi from the airport and they sent a little 5 seater sedan which was very hard to fit 6 people (including the driver) plus all of our luggage. We had 4 of us in the back and suitcases stacked on top of us. It was very hot. The hotel was overall quiet and the sleep quality excellent. Our room however was like a sauna when we arrived, which was horrible after the... Read more

Stayed here for three nights at the end of June. This is a small boutique hotel equipped with everything you need. The reception staff warmly welcomed us and gave us pointers about what to do where to go - this included being given an annotated city map. The room was of a good standard - we had a room facing the main road so was a little noisy in the morning. The room was spacious with a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet with toiletries provided for you. The bed was big and comf... Read more

Every one of the staff was extremely nice and friendly and helpful! We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded is to a massive room with kitchen, living room, and terrace overlooking the pool, and with beautiful flowers on our bed upon arrival. We had the same dependable our driver since airport pick-up, sightseeing, until airport drop-off, he was great. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for three nights in July. The convenience is a real attraction. Close to some excellent restaurants, within walking distances of the Royal Palace and riverfront....if you like walking in the steamy conditions!!! The room we had was very large with all the conveniences you seek on a holiday in a city. Comfortable bed, air con (that works!!!), very good wi-fi and TV services. Bathrooms with a great shower and large stone bath....obviously water is not in short supply here - the... Read more

The staff were really what set this hotel apart from a lot of the other hotels we've stayed at. From the moment we got to the hotel they were super helpful without being intrusive. When we had a miscommunication with a driver we had booked the staff stepped in to ease communication and ended up booking is another driver who was there in fifteen minutes in a really luxurious car. Breakfast was simple but really nice. Instead of a buffet they simply cook to order which ensures that everything is ... Read more

This is a small boutique hotel right in the hustle and bustle of the city. We took a taxi from the bus station, itā??s too far to walk. You enter the hotel through a long corridor, where thereā??s a reception area, bar and small restaurant, along with the swimming pool which is open air. The rooms are clean and modern, the only slight issue is that there isnā??t much storage space or anywhere to put larger cases other than the floor, but itā??s not a big deal. We had breakfast both days, and it ... Read more

Our stay here was amazing. The level of customer service we received here is beyond superb. The staff do absolutely everything in their power to tend to your needs and their level of politeness is like no where I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. The people of Cambodia are truely the loveliest people I have ever encountered and on this factor alone I would highly recommend staying here. As for the hotel itself, the location is ideal and walking distance to a majority of the major attr... Read more

Located close enough to most of the highlights the city has to offer. Others just a short tuk tuk drive away. We stayed here for 2 nights which is fairly enough to get a good picture of the city. Nice pool and very helpfull staff at the reception, bar and breakfast. Rooms are clean en spacy and are nicely designed with art. tuk tuk service for s21 and choueng ek (killing field) recommended. Save yourself the hassle of street tuk tuk's. We would definately recommend this place to fellow travelle... Read more

Our recent stay here was the highlight of our Asia vacation tour. The staff (and they know who they are!) was super amazing and so helpful. They are a credit to themselves and the management team should be very proud! The hotel is very funky and very nice! The breakfast was yummy, as was the evening dinner we had there. We used the spa at the sister hotel, few mins away by tuk tuk - everything was no hassle. The staff made our stay a memorable one, thank you so much! I will be back next yea... Read more

The staff were very friendly and were available to help with any thing you required. The meals were good, rooms clean and well appointed. There was a tuk tuk always waiting at the front entrance and the staff would tell the driver where you wanted to go so there was no confusion. There is a bar, swimming pool and restaurant near the reception area.

On arrival we were presented with a traditional khmer scarf (krama) each and a most welcome refreshing drink. The staff were the friendliest and most charming of all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam and Cambodia. Room was very large although ours was a little dark. The pool was a great place to escape the dust and traffic and, on a night of thunder and lightening, we decided to stay in and had a very good meal (and enjoyed the happy hour half price, ultra-cheap cocktails). When you check in hopefully you will meet Ms. Navong. She is efficient and always smiling. The entire hotel staff rates high marks. Location is excellent but a little heavy on American franchisees. Local coffee shops all over the place. Depending on the type of food you want start by asking Ms. Navong. She knows everything.

We chose this hotel because it was convenient to other family members, but would go out of our way to stay there again. Rooms were clean, the bed superbly comfortable, the plumbing all worked faultlessly, and the breakfast, included in our room price was always beautifully cooked. Circumstances did not permit us to sample their other restaurant offerings Service, in arranging things for us, printing boarding passes, arranging airport transfers, etc was friendly and efficient. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we left it was like we were part of the family in the hotel. One of very many boutique hotels in Phnom Penh, but with a great sense of style. The minimalist design carries throughout the hotel, and is really striking. The foyer is open to the elements from the side, and there's something very special sitting at a table in the bar by the pool (which is also the hotel lobby) while the rains come down. The staff are friendly, the WiFi is very good, and we even got a free update to a small suite. The bar/restaurant is fairly small (the right size for th... Read more

We absolutely loved our stay at Teav!! Not only are the staff incredibly friendly, but the hotel itself is beautiful, incredibly modern yet traditional cubic architecture with concrete floors and bathroom. We stayed in one of the 9 rooms on the first floor (12 rooms in total in the hotel) which was spacious, extremely clean and equipped with fresh towels and toiletries every day, it had a beautiful balcony with two chairs that overlooked the pool and was just wonderful. Went along with my husband for his business trip to Phnom Penh. He usually stays at Teav due to its location, many foreign eateries nearby e.g. Carl's Jr., KFC, Costa Coffee, Gloria Jeans, the pizza company and domino's pizza and more. Minimalist design, not many rooms as it's a boutique hotel but good and sufficient. Its breakfast is superb, again sufficient and filling, very contented. Their hazelnut coffee is good too.

I loved this hotel we stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. The room was clean and spacious super comfy beds. The hotel staff were all lovely always smiling and happy to help. However i think the pool is a little random being open in front if the bar restaurant and reception area i would have felt awkward going for a dip. But overall lovely stay and lovely hotel

The room was spotless, staff friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault the place. I didn't eat there asides from breakfast, which was good, so can't comment on the restaurant. The hotel is in a really nice part of Phnom Penh, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around (especially near the monument there is a fabulous bar area). I would certainly stay here again if visiting PP, and happy to recommend it to other people. There are hotels closer to the main attractions, but transport is dirt ... Read more
