We had a good stay at the Salita. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can help with anything you need. The worst we could complain about was the bed was a little too firm for our liking. We travelled as a group of friends and all enjoyed their stay. Will stay here again

Really good for the price in Cambodia, the rooms vary in quality. The first one we had on the 9th floor which was a Superior room, really nice size and clean. The second room was a Deluxe room on the 5th floor, again clean and good size but there was a problem wiyh the shower/bath not draining. Staff were all really lovely and the free brekkie was great. You can get reliable tuk tuks from the front desk as well. š???

I booked a room here, but when I arrived they didn't have any rooms available. They were supposed to have some rooms set aside for Expedia/Hotels.com but they sold those rooms when they were not supposed to. If you have a booking here, call ahead to make sure they have not overbooked.

The Salita Hotel in Phnom Penh was ideal for our needs. The hotel is run by Seyha who speaks excellent English and was very helpful. While the hotel is not in the central hotel area it is still easy to see to visit the major attractions in the city; from our room we could look out on the rooftops and see daily life in the street below. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we were able to make tea in our room. Laundry service was very affordable too. The a/c worked efficiently which was very ... Read more

I stayed one night with my hubby. The room was good, it has bathub, big window to see the city view, and all standard facilities in the room. Breakfast buffet style. The restaurant is on the top floor and has the nice view. Smiling & helpful staff. Location is in the heart city center. Street food is just a minutes walk from the hotel. Near from independent monument and Royal Pallace.

Stayed 2 nights Sep 12-14, 2016. Room and towels were very clean, very comfortable double bed, full amenities in the room, complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water daily. Stayed on the 7th floor, so had a good view of the city. Breakfast on the 10th floor (gives 360 degree view of the city) require you to take a flight of stairs from the 9th floor where the lift stops, something to take note of for elderly guests. Breakfast was simple but adequate, mostly local fare, top up was quick for the... Read more

The staff are all lovely at the hotel, the rooms are nice and kept clean. It is quite far away from the main attractions so definitely need to get a tuk-tuk to anywhere you want to visit. The food at breakfast is constantly filled up but not sure rice would be my first choice for breakfast. Had room service a few times and it was lovely and staff were great!

Stayed with a family group and found the hotel to be clean with good service. The hotel was great value and has a nice breakfast room on the roof. The hotel was modern and the rooms have a good view of the city. The breakfast was nice. Perfect for a visit to the city.

The room we had was a good size and came with all the standard mod cons. The staff here were really helpful. Especially the receptionist who phoned the bus company that were picking us up after they were more than 15 minutes late. It really helped put our minds at ease. The area around the hotel has some great food places and coffee shops and it's within walking distance of the genocide museum. The main part of Phnom Penh is a fair walk but tuk tuks were only $3 each way. And Salita hotel have... Read more

Price/quality is very good, the room is nice clean. Breakfast and dinner at the 10th floor overlooking downtown Phnom Penh. 15-20 minute from most places with tug-tuk Ā«Ā depends on traffic, avoid around 8am and 5pmĀ Ā»

Just stayed here for a night. The check in was real quick and welcome drinks were served on request which was just a small 100ml of juice in a plastic glass. But the staff was really very helpful. The rooms were huge in size but had old fashioned look. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast on the top floor of the hotel, the view was mesmerizing but not the food. Options were limited and not so good. Atleast for us. Overall a basic hotel. Other hotels could be considered in the near by area.

After travelling overnight by bus, we were eager to check in early. We paid extra to check in early with the unimpressed worker and were directed to our room. We were given a room with two single beds, after explaining this isn't what I booked we were given another room with no apology and no offer to help with our luggage. 30 minutes into our new room the power went out completely and a burning smell went through the floor. Once again we were moved to a new room with no apology, explanation or ... Read more
