My daughter and I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our visit to Cambodia. It is such an Oasis in the midst of a busseling city. Close to the local attractions and quiet on the inside. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit (given we were not afraid to scurry in front of Tuk Tuks, motorbikes, and cars). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here at the Queen Grand Boutique! While they do not provide complimentary airport pick up they did help us arrange a fair priced trusted driver for us from the airport, the staff was very happy to help, just ask. The hotel is an oasis in a busy city providing air conditioned restaurant downstairs that had a great breakfast every day with good staff! The rooms also had reasonably comfortable beds, air conditioning, coffee making facilities, safe, hair dryer and ... Read more

This was a good experience for our stay in Phnom Penh. Nice clean rooms, good food from the rooftop restaurant, the breakfast was also very good. The rooftop provides a pool, sun beds, towels, bar/restaurant and also a spa. We spent one of our days enjoying the pool, spa and restaurant. We were so pleased with our stay, that we decided to come back and spend our last night in Phnom Penh before flying home in this hotel.

Hotel is lovely with a modern yet traditional feel. Our room was spacious and clean. The happy hour cocktails in the rooftop bar were good value. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The toiletries in the bathroom were slightly lacking for me (no soap for the shower. There was shower gel but no wash cloth and no body lotion. Maybe it's a girl thing!). Our room was not a very quiet one but unless you stay in the country there is going to be noise.

The room was pretty decent and spacious with a balcony that could sit 2 single-seat sofa and a coffee table. It was chilly in the morning as the area of the balcony does not get shone by the Sun. Hence you will not get a tan. It feels wonderful to just chill and drink outside at the balcony. Not much of a view since the opposite is the shophouses. Pretty happening after 6pm (local time) as somewhere is blasting the stereo of old cambodia-feel music. Plenty of tuk-tuk outside hotel so transport i... Read more

I stayed at the Queen Grand Hotel for two nights for business trip. The staff are very nice and kind. The location is near the major sight-seeing spot, and it is easy to take the Tuktuk outside the hotel. The room I stayed is big and clean, and very quiet at night. The most important of all is that I really feel comfortable when I sleep. For breakfast, they have both eastern and western style, and you can choose all if you are hungry. Notice: i didn't see the shaver when I stay, but they of... Read more

Very nice accommodation in a good part of Phnom Penh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to improve our Khmer language skills as we helped with their English. The atmosphere at the skybar and spa is great. Breakfast is excellent with great choice in air conditioned comfort. Highly recommended.

Hotel was modern & contemporary, staff polite and always on hand to assist. Room had large comfy bed and coffee/tea making facilities, shower was huge. Breakfast was good, hot food was made to order (ie bacon, omelettes etc) Hotel was round corner from Royal Palace and National Musem, walking distance, however there is an abundance of tuk-tuks outside hotel to take u anywhere. We booked the Killing Fields & museum through hotel - service & price good with knowledge of reputable company taking ... Read more

This hotel is just what you want after a long flight. It's clean, relaxing and centrally located in Phnom Penh for the sites. The Kings Palace & river are nearby. There's plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool deserves a mention, whilst small it's an oasis of calm away from the chaos and heat of Phnom Penh.

Stayed here during the Water Festival in November. Due to the location of the hotel, all the surrounding roads were closed which made it difficult to access the hotel. This is not the hotel's fault but guests should be aware if considering staying in this location during festivities. Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were also very friendly. Buffet breakfast was okay with extra complimentary Asian and Western meal choices. Unfortunately our room was right on the end and got very hot durin... Read more
