I was very happy with selecting this hotel. The pool is awesome. Staffs are awesome. Breakfast as well. Disappointed that the room supposed to be allocated for me wasn't available, so had to move into it only on the next day. But was alright to stay in bigger room for a night. Room was pleasant to stay. Bed was awesome. Looking forward to stay again.

I've visited a few times now, but only for food & drinks (can't comment on the rooms). Fabulous views over Independence Monument and the city towards the river, good food and drinks in a really nice setting. Pool is beautiful and we've repeatedly gone for group drinks when we've ordered canapes and sparkling wine.

For the first time i saw the photos on tripadvisor that I decided to order the room with balcony. The location is nice, not very noise like the river side area, also very tasty restaurants in this neighbourhood. Rooms are clean and very spacious, I enjoy watching the sunset on the balcony with my boyfriend, the Monument is just a couple of miles away, what a stunning view. Plus, the staff are very friendly and helpful, making my first Phnom Pehn trip a memorable one.

This is our 2nd times in Phnom Penh. The hotel which we usually book is not available for us and decided to try this new one because they have nice pictures.  We were greeted by the door staff whos very nice to help us with our luggage, quite a lot! Very nice lobby with beautiful pond design. Staffs are polite and always smiling. Our room is on the 5th floor with good view of the city. The food at the restaurant is nice but the swimming pool at the rooftop is super nice. The staffs also helpe... Read more

Located just near the independence tower. There is nothing to complain with the spotless room. Our room is with small balcony but in the low level. We ate 1 dinner at their restaurant food is good but would like to try other restaurants surrounding the place. The swimming pool is to die for!!! The service is good. Every staffs at front office were very helpful. We will definitely go back here.

The thing I like about the hotel is the hotel staff, especially Mr. Oung Ratana. If you have trouble deciding where to visit, you could totally ask Ratana for advise. He gave constructive advise and help. If you are a female solo traveler, I highly recommend you to take the tuk tuk outside of the hotel. The hotel staff know those drivers and it is safer to stick with the drivers they know rather than to hire a random tuk tuk on the street. After all, safety is always the number one important thi... Stayed here several times. Never disappointed. Practical rooms, though the cheaper ones are small. Well situated. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. And especially a top floor with a magnificent view, a swimming pool on top of the roof, good cocktails, and good food. Reasonably priced. The only problem is that some rooms are noisy, those on the side of some neighbouring bars.

I stayed there for one night and enjoyed the wonderful view over looking the mekong river, a sunset swim at the beautiful infinity pool and a night that only ended around 02:00 am a really nice hidden bar just up the small ally from the hotel's entrance. the price seemed fair, the food was not that good for its value but the room was lovely!

Stayed here for a week with 12 friends. Had a lovely stay. - Clean rooms everyday. Amazing friendly staff, they could not do more for us. Close to everything. Great cocktails. Food amazing and the rooftop pool is just amazing. Definitely stay here again.

I can not say enough great things about this hotel, the staff were very friendly always ready with a smile and greeting, the room was superb with a great view. The Elephant Sky Bar on the 7th floor provided great food and the view from the roof top was breathtaking at night. I was there for 10 nights and have to say that I would love to go back again.

I liked Patio for the location and pool, but the service is really really bad. You get the feeling the employees are miserable and poorly treated. I asked to speak with the manager and they said they didn't have one, which pretty much explains it. Seems like they are resting on their laurels and need to get it together...

I stayed at this hotel for the first 2 nights of my trip to Cambodia and decided to come back for my last 2 days as well! Fantastic view from the rooftop infinity pool. I could & did stay up here for ages at night. Loved that they provided complimentary yummy baked chips whenever you ordered a drink up at the pool. The tapas food at the restaurant was amazing for dinner, I ate here a few times. The 2nd time I came back to stay here was after getting out of emergency hospital with bronchitis ... Read more

This hotel was very clean, had great wifi and a gorgeous infinity pool on the rooftop. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a great map indicating tuk tuk prices. There are tuk Tuks waiting outside the hotel on hand whenever needed. Word of warning, if you are NOT a couple, the glass door to the shower has no outer door so you can watch each other bathe and dress! The breakfast was not great, but the service poolside was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for our first two nights in Phnom Penh and will most definitely be back. The location is super central, walking distance to great restaurants and super close to the bar/food/cocktail scene of Bassac lane. The rooms were great and bed super comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool offers a great view over the colourful rooftops of Phnom Penh. Last but not least, the staff. They are probably some of the most helpful, happy, smiling attentive and competent hotel staff I have ever co... Read more

We stayed for three night as part of our tour. I would highly recommend it with very friendly and helpful staff, great amenities and location. There are many excellent restaurants nearby which are easily found using trip advisor. The pool is a great place to cool off after a busy days sightseeing.

Be prepared to indulge in relaxation during your stay here. With all the accommodations to have a completely comfortable stay, you can get so much out of your time at Patio Hotel. My favorite part was the rooftop pool??an excellent view of the capital, peaceful music, and food/drink service is just what we needed after a full day of exploring Cambodia. The full body flat cushions are poolside so when you're ready to get in, the pool is at your fingertips. After a refreshing swim, a massage on s... Read more

Tucked away down a little alley, this hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean accommodation and great breakfasts. When we arrived our room wasn't ready so they put us in another smaller room to wait and relax. Then about an hour later, they let us have our bigger room. Tried to walk outside on the Main Street only once. Way too bust so take a tuk tuk anywhere.

We stayed here for three nights as part of our Peregrine Cambodia Discovery tour. I would highly recommend it with very welcoming and helpful staff, great amenities and a terrific location. Although there are tuk tuks waiting outside the hotel on hand whenever needed, there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. Located near the Independence Monument, and walking distance to excellent cafes and restaurants. Tuk Tuks were always available outside the hotel for longer trips - however, you could still walk to the Riverside and Royal Palace, if you had time on your hands. The staff were lovely and the open air restaurant on the 7th floor had great views of the city. The roof top infinite pool was fantastic at the end of a hot day.

It has been a while since I last stayed at Patio and if anything it has become better. A lot of positives: well-designed comfortable rooms, great rooftop pool with views over the city, pleasant open air eating area just below the pool. On top of this is the very friendly staff who go out of their way to help with anything they can. Add to this the central location - it's hard to go wrong staying here. As for the negatives: none at all.

We loved this little hotel in Phnom Penh. The location is near all the embassies and consulates, so everything nearby is a little overpriced, however you can easily take a $2 tuk tuk wherever you need to go. I??m not normally one to have meals and drinks at my hotel, especially in another country, however we couldn??t get enough of their special of fresh, fruity, and delicious drinks that came with canapés as you overlook the city. The service was phenomenal, the rooms were clean, and the roo... Read more

On arrival wasn't too sure as hotel is down a side street and reception quite dark. However this is a great city centre hotel in a good location. The rooftop infinity pool (open til 11pm) restaurant and bar all offer great city views. The food is good and all the staff are very helpful. The turn down service in the evenings was a loverly way to be welcomed back to the room. We were not aware of any street noise during our stay and we were on the 3rd floor. It's not on a busy street. We booked two rooms for a family of 5, having read details online. We chose the Patio because the rates seemed reasonable enough, the rooms looked OK and the rooftop pool was an attractive option. When we arrive and turned down the alleyway, our hearts stopped for a moment. We needn't have worried. The hotel staff provided a warm welcome and we immediately recognised the facilities from the online information. From there on, everything just got better and better. We spent 4 nights here and found that the area has so much to offer. There are lots of close by restaurants to chill and drink. The upstairs bar offers great views of the city at night. The staff speak excellent english and a so helpful. The food is good here too if you choose to stay in. The rooms are clean and modern and the beds are firm without being too hard. This place would be absolutely perfect if they gave the inside of the (what would otherwise be perfect) infinity pool a really good s... Read more

We were impressed with the amount of amenities that came with a room at this price point. The modern hotel takes up a small footprint and is entered via a laneway. The room was spotless and the whole property features modern photographic collages, copies of which are available for purchase. The rooftop pool has little shade but my adult daughter spent a relaxing morning by the pool. Not sure I would take children up there as the railings would be very easy to climb over. The breakfast was fres... Read more

Nice hotel without being great. Our room was a lot smaller than it looks in the pics. Wifi was good, buffet breakfast was really nice and the view from the pool was great. Had to leave early due to the smog in the area and were not given a refund for the last two nights which was disappointing.

A++ to the staff and their exceptional level of service. Twin room I stayed in was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. The infinity pool was a relaxing way to end the day and the cocktails served there were equally as great.
