Stayed here as a break from the river which is one block away. Great hotel for $20 a night. Small no frills room with great a/c, w/c & tv. Close to all the action. Night watchman is comforting touch as is the English ability of all the staff. I really enjoyed the location amoughts all the nightly mayhem that is Phnom Penh but you can isolate yourself at the Indochine ll or dive right in. Restaurant attached is a great place to watch the daily activity of locals and tourists alike. They also offe... Read more

Rooms are large and clean. Right by the river and central market. Friendly staff. Breakfast is average but provided with the room charge. Walking distance to most major attractions. Felt safe as there is on a frequented street and they had security sitting there 24/7.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic - close to the river, lots of restaurants, and the night markets, but the hotel itself was pretty poor. I stayed for 3 nights, and my room wasn't serviced at all, the shower was a complete joke - there were two switches - very hot and very cold, and there was no in between, and nothing was replaced ... I almost ran out of toilet paper ... The bar fridge wasn't plugged in and the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properl... Read more

Location location location. I am here two nights, just got in last night, and while there is a red light over my bed and a warning against child prostitution on the wall the truth is that this is a very workable place. The staff is very nice and helpful. I just polished off a most simple and quite delicious omelet. After the heat and oppressive humidity of yesterday afternoon's arrival, this morning is breezy and sweet, and the nearness of many of the major attractions beckons. I've not yet take... Read more

First off, this hotel is not a 5 star by any stretch. But it offers value for money for the following reasons: Great location just one block from the Riverfront and many bars and restaurants. The sheets and towels are changed daily and rooms are clean. They also supply soap, shampoo, toothbrush and paste. There are 2 computers downstairs with free internet access. I do not know if they have wifi. The cost of my small room was $20/night for a double bed with fan and air con. They will deduct 3 do... Read more

I have stayed here many times both as an individual and as a group and each time it's been great . The staff is always very attentive to each and every need. The location is great and right alongside Boulevard where all the action takes place. Plus, breakfast is excellent.

I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed here over the last few years. I don't go anywhere else. The rooms are plain - but who cares when you're asleep? The staff are very helpful, and the restaurant food is excellent. The charity I operate for think I'm a total expert on Cambodia, but I got most of my info from my friends at the Indochine 2.

I've stayed at Indochine 2 many times and my latest visit was for 3 months. I love this hotel. It's only a minute walk from the Riverfront so it's a great location and actually better than being on the Riverfront as when I walk out the door there is a more relaxed feeling. There are plenty of restaurants and bars only a couple of minutes away The hotel has all the things that are important to me such as excellent in-room wifi, an extremely comfortable bed, and a nice hot shower. The aircon w... Read more

Firstly, I have been going to Indochine 2 for over a year now and have just finally decided to write a review. I have never stayed that in the hotel, but always come for an afternoon Iced coffee with sweet milk and a meal. Usually I'm with a couple friends and we enjoy just watching the action as it is on the corner of a fairly busy intersection with regards to foot traffic. When I eat, my meal of choice is panang beef. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly. If a... Read more

Rarely does one find great value combined with an excellent location. Indochine 2 is a reasonably well maintained hotel in the middle of Phnom Pehn's entertainment district. It is walking distance to bars, great restaurants, The Central Market & Tonley Sap River, bringing river front dining & the piers from which river cruisers depart, into play. All rooms have air (some also a fan), small 'fridge, reasonable ensuite supplied with soap & shampoo. Serviced daily including 2 bottles of water. Best... Read more

Loved this place, in the center, nearby everything, and clean rooms. That's all what you need in Asia! Also breakfast was good...travelled 3 weeks in Cambodia and this was one of the better hotels (services from the people who worked there). Also the breakfast girl gave me great tips to fill my last day in Cambodia.

The restaurant serves great food. I never had better lok lak or massaman curry! They have a nice small terrace outside. Close to the river, and right in the middle of nightlife. There's no swimmingpool. This is more a hotel if you travel with friends.
