Good rooms, balcony rooms especially good. Central in PP so in easy reach of most attractions by tuk tuk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Down point was getting stuck in the lift! Lovely view from the roof.

The hotel is very far from attraction and very inside the street. Not much shops and stall nearby the hotel. Need to take cab/tuk tuk to go anywhere. The hotel price is affordable but not recommended. can pay cheaper amount for the hotels in main town. The rooftop bar was nice and cheap though..

After a horrible experience at the Phnon Penh airport (rude Staff, who just don't care) myself and my colleagues (7 of us from South Africa) were glad we found the Green Palace Hotel. I was amazed at the friendliness of the staff - they were just awesome and helpful, especially Leng Lin, Lous Reakey and of course the gentleman who served us dinner at the Sky Bar. The facilities especially the Sky bar are world class, and the food was delicious! From the airport you can easily get there by taxi ... Read more

We didn't stay here - they don't have a pool - but we joined the gym for a month (a good deal at $45 per member of a couple) and tried out their Sky Bar, which doesn't even come close to eclipsing "Eclipse" at the nearby Phnom Penh Tower. Drinks are over-priced and the view is limited, given the concrete walls around the rood, rather than the glass ones at "Eclipse". There's no escaping the heat in Phnom Penh. This place really needs a pool.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice and spaciously comfortable and the amenities are aplenty. There is a spa, salon, cake cafe, restaurant, fitness centre and bar all within the hotel. There's no pool here but we're fine with it as we rarely use the hotel pool. The hotel also has a tuk tuk permanent stationed outside with reasonable rates which makes going places around the city much easier. Great value for money

I stayed here from Sept.16 - 18, 2016. On 17th, I left hotel at 8 AM and returned by about 5 and again went out for dinner at 6.30 PM and returned by around 8.30. Later that night, while packing up, I discovered that US $120 was stolen by someone from my suitcase. Although I gave a written complaint, nothing has happened so far, to my knowledge. So my advice to likely customers, keep your valuables with you and do not leave them in the room. The rooms in this Hotel are not safe places for leavin... Read more
