Large and spacious rooms. The bathroom was not clean at all with a unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was old, very noisy and not very effective at cooling the room. Average breakfast served in a large dining room, making breakfast a pleasant experience. Had to take a 15 min tuk tuk ride to pubs and nightlife areas at night since the area of the hotel was not save to walk at night. Staff are very helpful in getting the tuk tuk.

Stayed here in Feb 2016 while travelling through Cambodia. The location is very close to the Central Market and there are some good restaurants within a minutes walk. If not, there are always tuk tuks hanging around outside that can take you anywhere for cheap. The room was very clean and I have no complaints at all, mine viewed the centre compound which was just concrete., but when travelling how much time do you spend in your room. The breakfast was very good with quite a large selection. Over... Read more

The staff were helpful and tried hard to please. Getting laundry done was a big help. The room was big, but there were too few pillows and no reading lights. The breakfast was dismal and the coffee undrinkable. The location was fine and walking in the environs seemed safe. Tuktuks were able to park in front, so that was convenient. Know where you are going and ask how much before getting in.

I was there with a group. The hotel is in a drab area but close to the central market, it's only saving grace. The entire hotel is run down and seriously in need of refurbishment. Everything worked, but only just. There must be better options in a city of this size. The breakfast was like the hotel - in need of a makeover. The coffee was disgusting but then good coffee is hard to get in Cambodia.

The hotel is in need of a facelift. The room was big, good bed and bathroom but somewhat rundown. The linen and towels need urgent replacement. The cleaners need to do a much better job i.e the shower curtain was very dirty and the carpets have not been vacuumed for a long time. It also seems that smoking is allowed in the rooms as one of our friends complained about it. Friendly staff at reception. The hotel is near to the market but otherwise not much happening in the area. The breakfast was a... Read more

This hotel was booked for our group. It was on a unattractrive street facing some very old apartments. The corridors were sauna like. The room was large and adequate but had a very strange control console that one had to control lights and TV from. The air conditioner worked thank god as it was stinking hot. The breakfast was ok. I did not get sick and the staff were kind. I was able to get my laundry done for $1.50 for a kilo. The location is too far from the nicer area of town which would be n... Read more

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel as the staff are friendly and for the rates paid, its clean and functional. Been visiting this hotel for the past 4 yrs and i must say the last experience left me not wanting to come back. Happened during the checkout when i tried to settle the payment of 70 USD usinga 100 dollae bill i got from the bank 2 days ago. The staff informed me that they do not accept it as it was dirtier than normal. Not torn was noticed on the bill. In the end i had to ask... Read more

This hotel was not centrally located but the choice was part of the tour. The staff was friendly and very responsive. The hotel was far larger and more spacious than any of the Southeast Asian hotels I stayed in. With that said, it definitely needs up dating. The breakfast buffet was spartan in comparison to other buffets on my tour.

The staffs are friendly and the room rates are reasonably price. The room are clean and tidy. However, the furniture need some refurbishment as they appear to be old. I have been staying in this hotel since 2012 on yearly trips to Phnom Penh. Buffet breakfast was provided as part of room charges and it was okay. I would recommend this hotel to any visitors.

The lobby appeared to be the only commom area and at best it was basic. Breakfast was in a large old fashioned room but although plentiful was not appealing. The room itself was large, had a comfortable big bed and bath-shower ensuite. However, the room reeked of stale smoke, the cleaning lacked attention to detail and the towels were worn. The hotel is passable but could be so much better, it's highlights as is typical of Cambodia, are it people: the staff were lovely, great bed, big rooms, ... Read more

This hotel offered quite basic facilities, but had everything needed (including air con) and was clean and tidy. The rooms were a very good size. An excellent choice of buffet breakfast with a chef to prepare the eggs as required. Laundry service was good value and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities although they seem a little dated in places. The area it's situated in is not the best, but it is in east reach of the central market on foot. About 15 minutes from the Royal Palace by taxi.

Nice clean hotel. Situated at one of the busy street. Easy access to public transport. However lack facilities like restaurant that opens for all dining. Spacious room. Good aircon though a slow start. Spacious bathroom. But it requires some repairs especially the tap holder. Slight rusty kettle in the room but manage to replace it with the management. Mini fridge lack power.

Stayed as part of an organized group. This hotel was the one we least enjoyed. The room was very big, a plus but looked very dated. Had to get maintenance in for the a/c when we arrived in room, Took them awhile to figure it out. Was located close to central market. Free breakfast was ok. Omelettes made on demand which was nice. Strong coffee but that is the norm in that part of the world. Friendly staff. Our biggest complaint was the smell that permeated the whole hotel.

Short and straightforward feedback - I don't recommend staying in this hotel. The hotel is super old and stained, there is a terrible smell of damp all over, the bedding and towels are old and dirty. The area is not particularly pleasant as it is located near the market. The breakfast offers little continental food. Stay away from this place.

The room was clean and noisy facing the main street (where the entrance is). Linens were clean but a bit stained and the fridge did not work very well. The location is about a 20 minute walk (1.2 km) from the river where the National museum, Royal Palace and many restaurant choices are located. Breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing special. Very average.
