I use it as my city base every time I'm in PP, checking in and out every few days or so as I visit other parts of the country. Clean, tidy and efficient. It has recently had new leadership and the changes I have noticed in 4 months are many. Lights (mostly) work, WiFi is now exceptional. Rooms are clean, staff are happy to help. The carpets in the corridors look a bit tired but I know you cant do everything at once. My biggest worry on my first stay was that a lot of the rooms have no natural li... Read more

Got all the modern equipment but always something doesn't working. Small room. Pay more to get deluxe room but it pretty much as same as budget one. Air con is worse than a fan. Room is warmer than on the street. Tired of change room again since we see it won't be any different. Good thing is the location and the room is clean.

Rooms are adequately set out and staff are more than helpful. Very comfortable bed and have everything you need in your room, for a stay in the city. Just a few minutes walk to the riverside and market. Would recommend this hotel to anyone having a stay in Phnom Penh.

Good budget hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh. A short 3 minute walk to riverside and a bunch of good restaurants. The rooms are clean and fresh, has daily cleaning, good wifi and an okay breakfast. Close to laundry, ATMs and minimarts. We stayed here twice and had a good experience both times. We were in fact upgraded to a more luxurious room the second time because there was some problem with the booking.

Perfect place for a short stay in phnom penh. Room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well air conditioned and very comfortable. Good location. Very happy overall, especially with the low price of the room. Would visit again.

I spent one night at City Centre before catching a bus to Vietnam. I arrived at around 7pm and no one was there for me to check in so had to wait around. I finally checked in and was taken to my room. I had a standard double room which was very small. There was a wardrobe with 3 hangers, a bathroom with shower, double bed, fridge which was empty and turned off, small TV and kettle with some tea/coffee. The bed was soft but only had a sheet so I was cold during the night because of the air cond... Read more

The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The air con works fine. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. For the price, it is good value considering its location. All in all worth the stay. The internet could work a bit faster. It took half an hour to load trip advisor.

Used this hotel for my first visit to PP. Easy for the taxi to find from the airport. Quick check in with pleasant staff. In a quiet street one over from the bar street. It's only a 2 minute walk from the river. Lots of places to eat around and all sights within walking distance. You will get hassled by Tuk Tuk drivers the minute you walk out the door. The room was spacious. The bed comfy and the bathroom clean. The to had a full selection of western channels. The wifi was no problem. It's ide... Read more

Stayed here for a night before we went to Siem Reap. The hotel is small but the location is good. Only few blocks from night market, pub street, and also huge park near the river. Tuktuk driver always stand by outside the hotel. For those places you can walk, but to go to central market it will need around 10 minutes drive by tuktuk. The room is small and had private bathroom inside. The tv channel has a lot of options and the room is quite. Hot water was super good, a lot of electricity plu... Read more

The hotel is a short distance from the central market and the riverside making it ideal for travelers. The family room is spacious and great for a group of friends traveling together. The included breakfast was also nice.

I spent a night with my co-worker in this hotel when we visited Phnom Pehn. The main point of this property is staff and location. The staff there were very friendly and attentive to all details. My friend and I were warmly welcomed and the check-in process was fast and easy. And what I loved was the location. We can access to everything easily such as restaurant, Mekong River, Night Market... Breakfast service needs to be improved and I found that it was very slow. We was waiting for almost ha... Room was very small, but ok for value. Location is good for bars, if you like a few drinks! Also just down the road for good places by the riverside for breakfast / lunch. Wifi not brilliant in the room, better off getting a sim card if your phone is unlocked.

We stayed here both times we were in Phnom Penh. The wifi worked well and the hotel was in a great location. We walked to the night market every night for dinner. There are a few very enthusiastic tuk tuk drivers hovering just outside the door who ask every time you leave if you need them, but because of the hotel's location we only did once when we wanted to go to S21 and the Killing Fields. Make sure you select the option with breakfast included if you want that. They have a good selection o... Read more

If you‚??ve stayed in a Tune Hotel you‚??ll be right at home in one of these rooms, only the bathrooms are a little bigger. We used this hotel twice during a recent stay in Cambodia. The first time was while we were traveling from Siem Reap to Kampot the second was an overnight after traveling from Kampot on our way to Battambang. We‚??ve had better rooms in the past and I‚??m sure we‚??ve had worse, but it does take some though. The Tune Hotel at LCCT Kuala Lumpur comes to mind as something wor... Read more

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. There are many restaurants and bars around. And it is close to the Great Palace and museums too. BUT: 1. We paid around $20 per night and it was totally not worth it! 2. The room was so tiny that we could not open our small luggages. 3. The air conditioner in our room did not work properly and the temperature reached 30 degrees C. We have been offered a new room, but the air conditioner there did not work either. Moreover, in the bathroom there ... Read more

We arrived early in the morning from Siem Reap by bus, and directly went to the hotel. We were lucky they can let us check-in earlier. Hotel location is very strategic and near to many interesting location like National Museum, Royal Palace, Sisowath Quay, Central Market and bus station. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby the hotel. Tuktuk easily available at the hotel lobby.

I had been there for three night. Good breakfast close to riverside, centre market sorya mall all within walking distance. Everything is fine. This is a non smoking hotel. I'm a smoker got to run up and down for smoking if not USD 25 per night if you smoke in your room.

Great location in the middle of town (Bars, restaurants, etc galore), just a few blocks (5 min walk) from the Mekong riverside promenade (Short and interesting walk to the Palace). Small elevator gets you to levels 1/4. Always a taxi and/or Tuktuk in front of the place. Complimentary breakfast is fine, and can be enjoyed on the outside terrace, or inside, although you can skip the $2 beers, as they are $0.75 next door (and pretty much everywhere), if not less then $0.60 at Happy hours.
