We picked this hotel for river views and sky bar BUT our first impressions were quite bad, we could barely communicate with reception (which isn't there fault but we had high expectations coming from siem reap and it being the capital city) they couldn't provide us with information on local attractions eg killing fields, museum etc. It was a long process with lots of phone calls to ask for a taxi into city, hotel is way way out of town! Felt like we were only guests at hotel! Our junior suite r... Read more

Pre-booked via Expedia, we ended up staying less than half of the nights we booked. It's a $5 each way tuk tuk ride from anything. Only one staff member spoke English, I tried 5 times to ask to speak to the Manager, to no avail. Ripped sheets in the bedroom, a ripped-out speaker left on the bedside cabinet, leaky shower, some sort of machine that turned on every half hour, noisily outside the balcony, to name but a few. The Sky Bar is derelict, and has been for some time. The buffet breakfast... Read more

No big deal for us, except that they basically had all the lights off in the place. I am guessing that was to conserve electricity and save money? Whatever the reason, it made the ... Read more

Good low cost 4 star hotel. Too far from airport. Excellent view from riverside open rooms. Lot of choices in morning complementary brakefast. Poor room service. Hotel staff is courtious but very little English speaking knowledge. Daily needs items are expensive in hotel premise shop.

Not only is so far away from downtown, but the people in the hotel barely speak english so it is very difficult to get any information. The breakfast that is included is so poor. The same every day. The bathrooms are terribly finished and they do not even turn on the lights in the lobby. I wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel.
