Beautiful rooms with all amenities, beautiful place and a lovely refreshing shaded pool. The rooms with private pool are definitely worth the money in the low season. Don't go for the cheapest room though, which is attached to the reception area and sort of like a closet! The location is perfect, the breakfast is great and the service is friendly and mostly fast.

This hotel was our little oasis from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh, rooms were big and comfortable, the balcony by the room was a good place to chill, and the service was great. Breakfast was served pool side and it's enough to start your day. Location is perfect as well, just a short walk from several famous sites. Would definitely recommend this place!

Firstly, this hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly, the pool is amazing and the breakfast was delicious. My only problem was that the room I got was directly off the reception area. Literally, the reception area was 2 meters from my bed, which made me feel like I had zero privacy. I would return to this hotel, but not accept this room again!

This hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, considering it's located in the heart of Phnom Penh city. The staff are friendly and adequate. The pool area is great. The free breakfast and restaurant are quite good. I booked a room with a private pool, and it was definitely worth the extra money. Taking a private dip in the pool whenever I wanted was a great luxury. I would also recommend the cocktails. Order them via room-service. Just remember to grab a towel before you open the door. We had an excellent time when we stayed here in May. Rooms were lovely with great air conditioning which was a must when visiting at this time of year, tasty food and great cocktails. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and a real oasis in the middle of the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We would defiantly stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. Thank you very much we really enjoyed our stay with you.

Blue Lime was an excellent hotel for many reasons. It was clean, the decor and ambiance were perfect for a casual relaxing atmosphere, and the service was attentive and friendly. I got so much for the price. I picked Blue Lime because of it's location (right next to the palace and National Museum and walking distance to many other shops/restaurants) and the fact they had rooms with private pools. Having our own pool was amazing, especially after being out in the heat for a few hours. The entir... Read more

Centrally located walking distance to all of the activity on the river front and to the Royal Palace, Blue Lime was a great place to stay. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool complete with cabanas and well appointed rooms. Delicious breakfast was served made to order, poolside. we stayed there for one horrible day the place was so terrible the facilities are dirty and rundown with broken electrical fixtures all around the place, its a fire hazard and very unpleasant hotel. the staff were so badly trained and down right rude we left before the night was done. first the rooms stank of mold. the place seemed to have never been cleaned properly. the staff told us children couldn't use the pool after looking at the pool closer it was so dirty I wouldn't think of swimming in... This hotel is totally ok. Nice room, nice pool area, nice staff. But nothing stands out. Some minuses: In a very small street, taxi had difficulty to drive in front thus we walked with our luggage. High walls around the shady pool, which made me feel a little bit imprisoned. No elevator and steep stairs - ok for us, but nothing for older people in the heat. Fried rice had ran out for breakfast, which was disappointing as I looked forward to have it. Pluses: Huge bed with big mosquito net. Shower... Read more

No escalators/elevators and their stairs is really steep. But good thing they have someone to carry your luggage for you. Their pool area is my favorite part, makes me feel like i'm in Bali! Haha. š??? Their free bfast is good too. The area outside is quiet, tho you still have to walk to the main road if u wanna get places, and it's pretty traffic. T... Read more

Stayed two nights and enjoyed the pool after a lot of travel around Cambodia. The room was very clean albeit a bit awkwardly designed. We had our daughter with us so requested an extra bed, which I suspect was the reason for the rather odd room layout. The staff was helpful and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was a bit blah but the reasonable price made it worthwhile.

For context, location is most important to me when it comes to accommodation as I spend most of my time outdoors. I've spent 3 nights at this hotel and I'm in my late 20s. Location - off a main road in a quiet side street next to another hotel. On the main road there's a couple of street food places and cafes. Major tourist attractions (National Museum, Royal Palace, Night Market, Independence Museum, S-21, etc.) are all within a 30min walking radius and everything is like on a circle around t... Read more

Blue Lime is an adults only hotel with a chilled vibe. The focus of the hotel is the shady, cool pool surrounded by loungers and curtained cabanas. With the small number of restaurant tables and bar nearby the area always has company and people relaxing the day away. We had a room in the main building which was unexceptional in size. Very pleasant little boutique hotel, we stayed 2 nights and found it very pleasant. As usual for Cambodia the bedroom door had big gaps but we found by putting a towel on the ground at the door it dampened down the corridor noise considerably. No bugs in the room either and sleeping with a fly net over the bed gave us a great comfortable sleep.

Stayed 31st October to November 2 2016 (two nights). The hotel is located somewhat centrally between private residences and not so clean surroundings. The National museum, restaurants and some shopping are within the walking distance. The rooms are big and aesthetics therein attractive. The staff at the reception are polite and helpful. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant. Instead, food is served from a pool side bar and that somewhat limits variety and quality of food served. The foods ... Read more

Very sophisticated bar and restaurant in the large city of Yangon (RangĆŗn). The night we were there a famous mixologist/lady bartender was preparing wonderful drinks. The food was very well presented and delicious bar food! Very nice atmosphere and ambiance, I recommend this place for a nice time!

What we liked: a nice pool, a good restaurant with reasonable prices, friendly staff, the quiet environment (the hotel is in a small side street) What we did not like: most of the pool and surroundings are in the shade durng most of the day Also, we had booked a room with private plunge pool. In the end we never used the plunge pool as the main pool area was quite nice.

Phnom Penh itself does not feel a safe place for a westerner, however this hotel was a nice escape from the haggling market traders and tuk this. The rooms are spacious and modern and the breakfast was very good. The highlight is the pool area! Great location too for anyone wanting to see the city sights!

This is a wonderful oasis in the heart of the city. If you want to be close to the Royal Palace and Museum but don't want the noise of the city traffic, this hotel is a great option. I loved the service! I'd be relaxing by the pool and the bartender/server would come by and ask if I wanted anything; they had a small set of tuktuks that guests can use with set prices so no haggling needed; I even had them arrange for a wonderful massage at Bodia on my behalf. The rooms were clean and nicely decor... Read more

Stayed here in the middle of November for 3 nights and loved it. We had room with private pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a lovely treat to come back to after sight seeing in PP. Staff were all very friendly and rooms were big enough and very clean. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel when returning to Phnom Penh

Our arrival in Phnom Phen was a culture shock! The roads are teeming with vehicles of every description and progress to Blue Lime was turgid and frustratingly slow, however when we arrived we found an oasis of calm in a city of contrasts. Blue Lime is a fairly compact hotel, but this gives it a personal feel, the staff quickly get to recognise guests. The rooms are well furnished and attractive, with everything you might need, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary water, toiletries, mo... Read more

This hotel has a lovely pool area, but unfortunately due to its positioning in the middle of sky rise buildings you don't see much sun. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was that the floor tiles look a little tired. The staff are excellent and the food at the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Gorgeously decorated hotel, with a fantastic pool and excellent staff. The rooms are clean and functional; a quirky mix of concrete and wooden features. Enjoy drinks and snacks on one of the beds by the pool before hitting the hub-bub of the city.

A lovey little hotel in the middle of the town. Within easy walking distance to the local town. It's a modern hotel with a nice pool, although I did find the room to be a little bit dirty around the edges. But only being here for two nights I could make do with this. Don't go for the hotels option of a taxi to take you round to s21 or the killing fields, our taxi driver threw a tantrum when we asked to be dropped off in town rather than the hotel. Stick to the tuk tuk drivers outside who are a l... Read more

Loved this hotel! Service was great, room was so quiet for being in the middle of town! Great for walking to just about anything! Had the room right next to the receptionist desk on floor one and it stayed so cool we did not have to use the a/c, super quiet. Pool and surrounding grounds are a haven!!! Must stay if you are going to Phnom Penh!

It is a matter of expectations! I was disappointed, after reading the reviews I was expecting to find a jewel. One that has experienced in Vietnam 3 star boutique hotels will find the Blue Lime an average outdated hotel. I stayed in room 18 two nights, a Double room with small patio on ground floor, it is a worn down room that needs modernization, with no cupboard or shelves to unpack, a chipped tile floor that leaves you wondering whether you are stepping on cracks or dirt, and only one elect... Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities. Bedroom is very clean and well maintained. The location is great, central but down a laneway away from the street. It's very peaceful and relaxing, a nice retreat from the urban life of Phnom Penh. Breakfast and swimming pool is perfect!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel has a nice layout and I especially liked the privacy of the pool. Too often you will book a hotel with a pool only to discover it's right out the front or not as advertised. Definitely didn't have that problem here. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The staff were very friendly and the complementary breakfast was a nice extra. Location wise you're smack bang in the middle of the most popular tour... Read more

We got a room with a private pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The complimentary breakfasts at this hotel were great. The breakfasts included a pastry, fresh fruit and a warm dish that you could select from the menu. The only reason that I give this hotel 4 stars is because the beds were a little hard, the water for the shower could be warmer and I wish the rooms had a little bit more color to them (they were mostly white). That being said, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Blue Lime isn't the best most amazing place you'll ever stay but it's pretty great. The private pool is the real winner, something it'd be hard to get at this price elsewhere in the world. The location is great, really central and with excellent food options nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious though not fancy, the bathrooms are good and we had no issues with hot water. Breakfasts are generous and the wifi fast and consistent. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds are too hard, t... Read more

A real mixture! Great location up a side alley (so little or no traffic noise) just behind the National Museum and close to the Royal Palace. Superb poolside lounging and dining area, surrounded by trees, foliage and subdued lighting. Excellent staff who try hard to make your stay a pleasant one. Our room however was very disappointing, as was the standard of presentation of the floors upstairs with dƩcor and doors that gave a cheap impression. Our room was very basic with no wardrobe or drawer... Read more
