Centrally located and within a couple of blocks of the Sonle Sap, National Museum, Palace, local markets and surrounded by any amount of restaurants makes for an ideal three star stay. It does have its own in house restaurant which is also very good. Relatively recently, within the last five years, the hotel has had all its rooms upgraded and a lift installed. Clean and tidy including washing the street out front every day gives it an elegance that is lacking from those in more rubbish filled st... Read more

I stayed here 4 nights,in 2 different rooms. At this budget you get all that you need from a Hotel that is within walking distance all the major attractions. The Hotel Staff couldn't be faulted in their service. I would stay here again and recommended.

I understand that the early check-in is based on availability, but the staff was rude while telling us this. They rudely said NO breakfast (buffet) for weary travellers even though the breakfast came free with the room. They said it was for the next day even after we explained that we were in town only for a few hours and that we won't be in the hotel the next day. Finally after calling Agoda and demanding a refund, they gave us a (supposedly upgraded) room after 4 hours and breakfast. The room ... Read more

Air conditioning not so good in cheaper rooms, tried swapping to a non deluxe room due to being a solo traveller and trying to save some money but unable to find a standard room with air con that worked! Breakfast good, hotel very near all the sites, restaurants, river and for the amazing Wats. Lots of Motos and twk twks outside hotel willing to take you out for the day - haggle away, well worth it, they're all so knowledgable on their history and sites.

I was charged twice after I had cancelled one booking and then rebooking it again a week before I got there. After I had been asked for cash on arrival and querying that but paying it after being being told it was correct I went to my room and checked my bank account over the internet.THe money had been withdrawn so I had paid twice. In addition to this incompetence, or whatever it was, the staff were also rude.

A short and hectic 2 days but a comfortable stay at the Angkor International Hotel contributed to a memorable experience in Phnom Penh. The hotel was nicely located downtown close to a night market, and a short walk to the riverfront, the Central Market and some other places. The facilities at the hotel was adequate. The staff was friendly all round. My wife and I arrived on an early morning flight and despite the official check-in being 2pm, the reception was kind enough get our room ready ... Read more

Luxury room is really nice and not too expensive! Recommend! Also there is very good Italian restaurant "Trattoria Dell' Arte" on the same street, love the smoked salmon and pizza! It's also not far from the riverside, so it's very convenience to travel around. they also offer different kind of good activities at the reception. Lots of choice!

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and will definitely come again. Rooms are well equipped for a short stay, staff was very helpful and the location is very close to the riverside with lots of restaurants and also to the attractions of PP. The hotel Spa is also very good.If you are not looking for luxury is the best place to stay in PP.

Was here for 4 days before we head to Siem Reap. Good points about this hotel is : ‚?†Walking distance to Night market, restaurants and Bars ‚?†money exchange just across the road ‚?†clinics and pharmaceutical and 2 4hrs clinic 15mins by tuk tuk after midnight. ‚?†warmth hospitality ‚?†Breakfast starts 645am to 10am Can be improved : ‚?†no ironing board and iron service ‚?†toilets light are too dim and no floor mat in toilet as it can be really slippery after shower ‚?†no water flask for hot w... We had a night flight back to the states and just needed to stay here for a night before our flight. The staff were great, and they watched our bags after our check out time, which gave us freedom to hang out at Aeon Mall all day until our taxi picked us up that night (which the hotel arranged for us). My only complaint was that shower head was broken, and we had to prop it just right to get a nice shower without holding the showerhead. Other than that, my wife and I had a great experience!

The hotel is close to the river and market and plenty of different and exciting eating places. The hotel is very simple without any luxury. The bed is okay and the bathroom can be used without problem. There is a smal TV with not so good quality of signal in the room. Due to the country's lack of proper infrastructure the electricity and the Wifi connection can be disconnected in several hours a day. The smiling cleaning ladies are very properly and thoroughly. The staf at the front desk are... Read more

We stayed at this hotel from 02.08.2016 to 04.08.2016. Budget rooms with minimum standard facilities. Location in nice and very near to main activity centers. Breakfast just ok. Wifi connectivity was average. Reception staff was helpful and co-operative.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We got upgraded so the room was larger. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was ok (nothing to save about but did the trick) room service was excellent. It is conveniently situated. Easy to get to central market and street 51 (bars). Would stay here again

Stayed in this hotel because of good reviews. Terrible choice. In my opinion, not suitable for ladies especially if traveling solo. I ended up sharing room with my friend while her husband took my room. Not a good neighbourhood too. Luckily it was only an one-night stopover.

Can't really say we received a warm welcome on arrival but at least they were expecting us. Room was basic but knowing what we paid we weren't expecting the ritz. Air Con worked but safe deposit was locked on arrival and we didn't do anything about getting it sorted Main issue was the windows, although it was nice to get a view of the street and what was going on it really sucked to hear everything. There was a wedding or celebration of some kind which started before 6:30am both mornings and th... Read more

The hotel was very central but my room reminded me of a large, empty storeroom ...nothing like a bedroom although it did have a bed, but that was all! Oh, it also had an en suite ...very basic! The hotel was very central ...and breakfast was also extremely basic ...in all, basic!!!!!

All seemed amazing from the outside, decent priced rooms and nice restaurant onsite was very attractive. But, after we checked in, things changed, in our room, the window had a rather large crack in, the safe did not work (even after requesting help), the room had a damp smell and the shower was not only not working, but the wall bracket had been snapped and not fixed. The only good things about the hotel for us was the breakfast (included in the price) and the fairly fast wifi for Cambodian sta... Read more

Ants everywhere in the bathroom! First impression terrible. I approched the reception with a huge back in my back and no one even ask ig I needed help. The receptionist was not friendly and then he could not find my booking so I waited for 30 minutes at the lobby. The room was quite spacious but there were ants on the sink. Breakfast very basic, not even cereal! Customer service is bad specially at the reception. No smiles!
