It is a very nice hotel. Modern, comfortable and nice rooms! Breakfast is great, a lot of things to pick from. Also very well located and concierge was very helpful in guiding us on restaurants and others services.

I have stayed here several times for business and have been satisfied each time. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The shower is above average. I would score the ability to keep light out during the day (important for day-sleepers) at about a 7 out of 10 - something for the hotel to work on. I, like some of the other reviewers would recommend asking for a room away from the elevators which are a little noisy. I stayed here for just one day on my way to Rio de Janeiro. My impression on this hotel is very clean and efficient. It is located at the center of business district and also near to Fine art museum knd other touristic attractions.

This was my first time to SP and I came to this hotel from my travel agent. The hotel sent a great driver to meet me upon arrival at GRU and back again..Price and quality of service can't be beat so don't waste time with unber or taxi.. Excellent location for a stay in Sao Paulo, very friendly staff. Good view over the city. Rooms are clean and modern. Save street, Metro and a supermarket near by. Air condition don´t work very well. Many minutes of waiting for the elevators.

I write this with a pleasant heart. The staff of this hotel are EXCELLENT. Claudio at Concierge is brilliant. He is very professional and very detailed at explaining things. The guys at check in are warm, friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant staff makes one feel that they love what they do and love people. Nice staff, glamorous hotel, perfect location. A lot of people who might be unfamilar with sao paulo or nervous about going there, this hotel is in a great, safe, beautiful location. The food and bar service is excellent and the roof top bar is amazing

Excellent service! Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff made a beautiful hotel a perfect for our quick stay. A nice note with a fruit platter waiting on our arrival, Ipanema sandals left by out bed for us to keep and an absolutely delicious breakfast buffet were just added luxuries that we enjoyed. Oh, and the housekeepers are amazingly thorough and helpful!

Very comfortable stay. Room was large and very clean. I had a great city view. The concierge and front desk were very accommodating and helpful. I would gladly stay here again. One weird thing ... there were no electrical outlets near the bed, except built into a drawer. I unplugged the clock and removed the entire drawer so I could charge my phone/alarm nearer my bed. Just something to be aware of, but definitely not a big deal!

The front desk, the concierge staff works perfectly any time. I like to be there 3/4 times a year and i have the feeling to stay in a friendly place even if the courtesy is at the top. The manager take care about any word you say. Simply perfect.

Stunning luxury hotel in the garden district which obviously prides itself on warm and efficient service. The kind and helpful staff puts one instantly at ease, and their attentiveness to detail was provided with care rather than hustle. Excellent traditional buffet. Steps from Avenue Paulista, the must-see MAPS museum, and the Sunday antique and craft markets.

I have stayed in many upmarket hotels in Sao Paulo and around the world, but the Tivoli is up there with the best. Our room was outstanding, the linen is the finest Egyptian cotton. The shower, well I don't have words to do it justice. ....more like a powerful massaging waterfall. The breakfasts are just the best. This is a luxury hotel, as such you get the usual perks, such as being in a nice neighbourhood and comfortable, large rooms with a good view. The breakfast is also quite adequate. Nevertheless, the primary reason to be in a hotel is to sleep, and the elevators of this hotel are extremely nosy. Luxury hotel with great location, excellent service and rooms are modern. Breakfast is also good. The major downside was that the elevator was slow and it seemed like there was an issue when we were there but it is probably fixed by now.

Everything was great with the exception of a minor update or cleaning needed to the flooring in the room I was in. Carpeting seemed a little dated, overused with a few noticeable stains here and there. Otherwise, 5 stars all around. Thanks.

Excellent hotel at a great location, the only slight shortcoming is shortage of elevators in use, making it necessary to reserve some extra time to get to your floor or down to the lobby or other facilities.

I was at Tivoli some years ago. I chose the hotel for its position, close to the Italian area and close to the shopping area reachable walking! Room was very spacious, clean and fantastic view on the city. Excellent breakfast, professional staff... To come back ??

Received the corner room, 19th floor, with spectacular views of SP. However, elevators are a real problem. Only one was available during my stay so I needed extra time to go up and down. Overall, great place and location.

Visiting São Paulo for the first time and my option was to choose a brand that I already know, so I opted for this hotel. I was impressed from start since arrival. The lobby is one of the prettiest I have seen, the service is also very high standard. We talk about a five star hotel...I personally would expect everything to be on the exceptional side rather than ordinary. Tivoli was a luxurious villa for the Roman emperors. In Sao Paulo Tivoli is luxury at a good price for weary travelers. Located near the Museum of Modern Art, the hotel is beautifully furnished. The beds are supercomfortable. The restaurants and food service are among the best.

I had a nice room, far from the elevators. Room stocked with snacks and nespresso coffee machine. Alcohol available as well. Good touch and prices not too high for a hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, renovated, clean, well-designed, including the bathroom. It seems that I missed the switchboard for the aircon, which turned on regularly at night. Nothing major. Housekeeping did a very good job, e.g. turndown service. First trip to Brazil and Sao Paulo. Looking forward to returning to the city and the hotel sometime soon. Hope to see the Biennial on next journey, as well the countryside. Only one substantive suggestion: it would be helpful if the hotel offered convertible plugs for standard international electric cords.

I stayed at Tivoli for a week for a business trip and it was one of the best overall experience I ever had in a hotel throughout the world. I travel a lot and I must say I'm not someone to be pleased very easily. Great location, very central, lobby is beautiful (modern but warm, kind of a zen feeling), staff is super friendly, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Very nice for business and more ! We have very good time. Services at the reception was excellente. the bar is very nice and peaceful. And the organisation of our reception for business was nice. The hotel is just perfect. The rooms are big, very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and even if you stay only for one night, they already know your name. They give you the feeling they really care about you by asking how your day was, or informing if something could be better in the room. This is 5-star hotel and they behave as such. People are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel also is willing to take your experience to the next level. Breakfast was close to perfect. Even some minor improvement opportunities such as mini bar replenishment, and a slightly wrong order from the restaurant did not impact the overall impression. Congrats management.
