Great room with a nice view, modern, new and spotless. I used the concierge service, executive lounge, spa and bar and they were all very good. There are plenty or restaurants and bars in the nearby shopping mall so if you don't want to bother with taxis there is plenty of choice for lunch and dinner.

I stay at Hilton properties over 130 nights per year, and this property is my favorite globally. The rooms are gorgeous with fantastic amenities. I am an avid workout person, running about 4 miles per day and doing an intense one hour workout with weights The gym at this hotel is the best gym at any hotel I've ever stayed at globally. The front lobby staff was very professional, courteous, and thorough.

The perfect business hotel. Professional with a staff that is just the right level of friendly. The room was immaculate and tastefully done. The bed was so comfy I wish I had time to get more sleep. The restaurant wAs convenient. I had dinner there once which was OK, but not worth mentioning. Breakfast was good. Very fresh and great service. The view from the executive lounge was fabulous! All it takes for a large international hotel chain to go from a non-descript, cookie-cutter experience to something more unique and personal are subtle touches. The Hilton Sao Paulo staff delivered a handful of these personal touches in a way that few big hotels others do; its always helps make a long business trip a little more relaxing when the staff pay attention to the little things to make your stay more comfortable and welcoming.

I stayed at Hilton Morumbi a couple of times this year. Positive sides of the hotel include the friendly and competent staff, great view from the window (if you get the right room), gym with lots of appliances, easy access to a small shopping centre and a good variety of items on the room service menu. Unfortunately all this is a bit overshadowed by the fact that the rooms need refurbishing. The decor of the rooms is quite outdated and the furniture has definitely seen better days.
