I travel to Sao Paulo last December and I stayed in this hotel. Originally, I booked another room but, due to availability, I was offered a higher class one. It was awesome. The bed was really big and comfortable. The room was spacious. On the down note, the hotel has no alarm clocks and the recepcionists sometimes forgot to wake me up. I was afraid I couldn´t be awake early. The breakfast was very good, not as good as often the brazilian ones are. Shout out to the people in the Front Desk,... Read more

We booked into the hotel two days ago and have another few days to go. It is basically a travelling salesman hotel. It is tired looking and smells mouldy. The wifi is poor and the breakfast is really basic. Given that you can get hotels of far better quality for the same or even less nightly rates, this was a poor choice by us - based mistakenly on the spruced up photos. It goes to show that often booking for one night, giving the flexibility to move on if need be, is much the wisest course.

Good room, silent, good bathroom, good breakfast and efficient staff. I was given flexibility for the check it too! Internet wifi works very well. Front desk is kind and speaks very good English. Have not used restaurant or gym (just one night). Look no further!

The hotel is very well located, very close to Paulista avenue , but it is very expensive, the breakfast is not good, juices are all artificial, and ...cheap... also the rooms are not very clean. The staff is nice and polite.

It is a very conveniently located Hotel in Sao Paulo. The rooms are good and comfortable but can be brightened up a bit. The staff was very nice and cooperative. They really helped out despite the language barriers as I reached late in the night. ( Most of the English speaking staff is on duty during the day). The food was very good.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Loved the reception staff, very welcoming. The breakfast was varied. I had little difficulty communicating with the staff in English. The room was spacious and neat. I would recommend this hotel!

Great hotel. The workers are superpolite, it's well located, reasonable price considering the area, and the decoration is clean and functional (I suffer with tacky decoration, and that was not the case). The problems are the internet connection, which is really slow, and the air conditioner (no hot air).

Grand Plaza is a nice and confortable hotel. It is well located near Brigadeiro subway station (within 300m or so) so access to it is quite easy and aparently safe. Staff is friendly and were able to help when asked. There is a buffet breakfast included, and food was fine, as well. Apartments are a little outdated. Wi-fi is free up to to 512k speed (wich is ridiculous) or payed by the hour. Would definetly stay again. As in July 2016 there is a construction site on the left site of the building.... Read more

Extremely relaxing stay in pleasant surroundings. Breakfast excellent. Check in was easy and room service very good although coffee pots need to be larger for the cost. Staff excellent and cleanliness of room excellent. Will stay again.
