Infrastructure of hotel is good but if you are looking for a minimum service level in your vacation period this is not the place. For instance, when having lunch or dinner it is often that waitresses do don't pay attention to serve you. You are by yourself.

It was the first time that i went to an all inclusive and we really enjoyed it with my family. We are from Buenos Aires and we were to the Iberostar of five stars. The place was very collorfull, opened and full of water source. We stayed near the principal swimming pool, wich there were many games and activities. I won a day spa for two peoples in a dancing game with my partner, the activities manager Fauster Reimao, and obviously he gave it to me and also gift me 3 more for my family. We love i... Read more

The hotel is amazing and the staff are incredible! Everyone is kind and all of my requests were met with a friendly smile. Steps from the ocean with two pools--one quieter and more relaxing, one loud and fun with activities.

It's expensive but you have it all. Incredible weather, beautiful pools. Many offers to eat inside the resort. Only thing to be careful are the gourmet restaurants, awfull food. They don't know how to cook gourmet. Many choices for leisure. Great beach with warm water, and with few people. Rooms are big and good. Don't forget to visit Tamar project and Praia do Forte village

As great as "Iberostar Praia do Forte". We stayed in room called "suite Junior" that was in front of the beach. Its a little more expensive than the stardard but it worth it every cent. The food is amazing, and you can have dinner in another four different restaurants beside the regular one. About this four restaurants, I recommend the Japanese first, and after it, the Mediterranean one. You will find better drinks and beer (heineken) on the Lobby Bar and Havanna Bar. The Havanna Bar was my f... Read more

The hotel is amazing, with 3 very nice swimming pools with different environments. It is huge and very well maintained. Service and staff are nice, always up to help. The standard room is ok. Big and comfortable. Baby bassinet available, very nice fan that was perfect at night because was very silent. But we had 2 cockroaches, 2 different days. It is a perfect hotel to go with kids, they have a playground and 2 play rooms for babies and toddles. They also have babysitter service. The worst with... Read more

Great location at a wonderful beach. Very nice climate and the hotel buildings are nice. Service is below expectations, as it lacks friendliness. If it had better service I would rate it 4 stars. Five stars would not comply to a large family resort.

A really nice all inclusive resort.Good food , good service and a great kids club. Our 4 year old boy just loved to spend time with the staff from Kids club , they made all effort to make kids having fun. The only bad thing is the cleaning staff. Our room was ok at all times but we saw some empty bottles left on the ground for days..... We do recommend all travellers to ask for a room at the building number 2 that stays between 2 pools and near main restaurant.

Well, first off let me qualify that I loved it here and had a great time. There were 2 huge conventions while I was there, so they let me use the other resort too (Iberostar Praia do Forte) which was a relief. The good stuff - great beach, amazing pools with swim-up bars, more food and drink than you can handle... The bad. Well nothing specific, just that it's not 5-star. It's a good 4-star and shoudn't pretend otherwise. The quality, attention to detail etc. that is expected from a 5-sta... Read more
