Service very good, even with the problems occurred, were very solicitous. My reservation booking was for a queen size bed, but they gave me a room with two beds and did not say anything. I had to complain to change. Then I went to a room that the air conditioning was broken, had to turn back at the reception in order to make the switch. I had upgraded to a honeymoon suite, just OK and I would not pay additional price for it - not worth the price. Also the wifi in the room did not work, which has... Read more

Very simple rooms, bathrooms seem to be old although they are not, nice breakfast and better designed public spaces/entrance area. Very friendly staff. Weak internet connection. Good value for money overall

The best thing about this hotel is the location, in the middle of the city and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also, the architecture of the main building is great, it used to be a house and was built in the early 1900s. So far so good. The front desk staff was friendly and even though our room wasn't ready when we were told, I wasn't really bothered by that. We had paid for an upgraded, large room and there weren't that many to start with. When we finally made it to our room, I wa... Read more

The hotel has a beautiful architecture and it has a PRIME location, which is the best atribute of it. The staff are friendly but clearly they lack professional training. The rooms are small and poorly designed; the desk did not even have a lamp. Most important, the gym needs to be IMPROVED urgently. For a hotel that even has conventions, this is the most important amenity nowadays. I would stay there again because of the location, but the property has to be improved.

Staff used to be kind, but not really professional. In my last stay I must recognize it had improved a lot. Restaurant is still kind of slow and during breakfast, as the hotelit was was full, it was very hard to get some assistance. Apart from that, location and architecture are great. Bathrooms could be renewed, there was mold in the shower box area, not pleasant to have a bath there. Minibar made some noise during the evening.

Amazing attention to details. Even the smallest requests were noticed and addressed immediately. I asked for lactose and gluten free breakfast on my reservation and they had a variety of breads and lactose free milk - and knew I was the client that had requested both Although rooms a bit small, my clients loved the choice.

The hotel is so well located and the staff is so kind that this is enough reason to stay there. Additionally, breakfast is well served (a bit messy when the hotel is full), accommodations are good (although the design of each room couldn't be consider as a design or boutique hotel) and towels (yes, towels!) are too small and cheap for the type of hotel that is selling itself as a design hotel.
