This is an excellent hotel â?? best one we have stayed in for this kind of money in all of South America so far! More like a resort. Staff were great â?? helpful, knowledgeable and polite (apart from David, the receptionist who tried to flirt with me at check-in, in front of my husband, making us both feel uncomfortable and have a negative initial opinion of the place!). Very close to the water falls, with bus stops just out the front so it only takes 5-10 minutes by bus (need to catch number ... Read more

Hi, The hotel provides good value for the money. The best part is that the tour agency at the hotel can arrange a tour guide for you. His name is Pedro. He is a very nice easy going person and an excellent guide. He is English is good. Pedro took us in the morning from the hotel, drove us to the falls on the Argentinian side. We spend the day in the park, while he was guiding us there. After the park Pedro dropped us at the airport. It was the blast of the day! Highly recommend Pedro to anyone w... Read more

For independent travelers with own transport/car, this is a superb choice and I am glad we stayed here. It is 5 minutes drive to the airport, just a few minutes more to the national park entrance. They start breakfast early so that you can get to the park when it opens and enjoy the fresh morning air. The property is lovely, they really take care of it. Sprawling grounds, 2 pools, kept meticulously clean and both with fountains in them, a game room with fusbol, two billiards table and table tenn... Read more

Stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the magnificent waterfalls. Check in at the hotel was simple and we had a room on the first floor (203) with no elevator this was not easy with luggage. Our room was quite stark and lacked any ambience but was nonetheless functional with good WiFi. Breakfast was included and was a good buffet. The pool and other outdoor facilities are excellent. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. The menus are printed in white letters on a yellow background so almost imposs... Read more

Loved this hotel. Clean, modern; good location. Big breakfast and nice staff. What else can you ask from a Hotel, ha yes, and the price is more than fair. We stayed there for two nights, very close to the Brazilian falls and not far from the Argentinian side. We secured late check out with a small fee. Highly recommended!

Spent 3 nights here in order to enjoy both sides of the falls. As the price was very good I wasn't expectjng much but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, but what made this stand out was the property itself. It is more of a resort style property, with two big beautiful pools, tennis courts and lovely gardens that run into a creek to explore. Unfortunately being winter it was too cold to swim, but I'm sure in summer it would be perfect. Breakfat buffet is... Read more

We stayed at a property nearby but ate breakfast and dinner there for 2 days. Glad we did. The food is fabulous with awesome variety and top quality food and presentation for their buffet meals. Service is fantastic also, for one meal they specially prepared 2 vegetarian dishes for us (at no extra cost too) that were ample in their quantity and fabulous in taste and presentation. Pricing is a little on the higher end by Brasil standards (by the hotel appearance you'll know why) but well worth... Read more
