We stayed in the Belmond for three nights and it was simply amazing. The hotel is just beautiful and the service was perfect. The hotel can arrange everything you need, it really make your journey to see the falls much easier. The restaurant is also very good. After a long day, we enjoyed the pool and the staff was really helpful. This hotel is really the best option to enjoy the Iguazu Falls.

A real 5-star hotel, with beautiful views, fantastic rooms, great food, wonderful pool, impeccable service. You will want nothing more from a hotel. We were there for 2 nights, but wished it could have been longer. As it was in the national park on the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls, we had to take the hotel shuttle (most vehicles prohibited) to the park entrance to meet our guide for the Argentinian side of the falls, so there was a little extra time planning required. But that kind of adde... Read more

Stayed for a couple of nights having done the Argentinian side previously. This hotel is front and centre of the Brazilian side of the falls and they are right on the hotel doorstep. This is a 5 star hotel and the impression as you walk in is very good. I scored it down for two reasons, firstly the food looks great but I thought lacked flavour and also it is a pretty noisy hotel with heavy guest room doors banging all day and all night. Having said that the facilities are great, the pool, the gy... Read more

Hotel das Caratas is simply lovely. The staff are very helpful, the food is great, the rooms are charming.... One of the best points is that the hotel is the only one inside the National Park. This means that after the park closes and before it opens the falls seem like your own private place. It's magic! We were down at five am on our first morning and it was wonderful to see the sun rise. The sound of those millions of tonnes of water seems to resonate in your body. The buffets were really goo... What a lovely place. Your are made to feel welcome from the minute you arrive at the front gate and are shuttled to the hotel. The staff were courteous and attentive. We were escorted to our lovely room by the front desk staff which presented the room in a most lovely manner. We had a snack in the bar which was great and they had an impressive selection of Cachaca and offered my husband a free tasting of three different types which he enjoyed. The restaurant overlooking the falls was beautif... Read more
