The hotel is simple but comfortable and clean. Being "express" you pay at check in and you have to buy the itens for your empty fridge but this make things much faster at check out. The room is large and everything works without problem. The fitness area is rather large and well-equipped. Breakfast has many options and products are OK. Service is friendly.

This hotel was one of those recommended by our conference organisers. None of us speak Portuguese and almost none of the hotel staff speaks English, so that was a recipe for disaster, especially if you can't understand how to use things in the room and the instructions are in Portuguese only. My colleague tried to order room service and the guy he spoke to told him, strangely enough, in English, that he couldn't speak English and so ring the front desk to order. Our group included non-native Eng... Read more

A simple hotel that offers comfortable rooms with a very nice bed. Kitchenette and frig to boot. The breakfast is included and the pool area is pleasant. Located next to some older well known establishments and going for half the price. For a quick business trip, I recommend it.

We stayed here for a week and must conclude that the people of the reception are friendly, but not capable to control the housekeeping crew. No matter how often they ordered the housekeeping crew to take action, they just aren't obbeyed. Which is really a problem for the cleaning is terrible, they do not remove used dirty items, and do not replace empty shampoo, dirty towels or even toilet paper. If requested to clean the room they say yes, but one has to asked many times again. Another anoying ... Read more

For one night only, we were looking for something clean, functional, beautiful and not that expensive and that was what we received. I did not like the breakfast and I got disappointed because they do not provide tooth brush. But for an Express kind of Hotel the stay was very pleasant. I do recommend.

I stayed her for four days. This is a basic hotel. Almost everything worked well, it was clean, and the staff were friendly. Room was good, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was adequate but not great. The location seems quite good; easy walk to some restaurants and a big shopping center.

This is a modern clean hotel that is near shopping and within walking distance of the monumental buildings. The airport bus stops about a block away. The hotel is very clean and the staff very welcoming. Our room had a small kitchenette and the rest of the room was good size. The breakfast room is on the top level of the hotel with some marginal views of the city.

I was here for two nights. I have had an amazing experience whilst here. The amenities are great, including pool, sauna and fitness center. The staff is pretty courteous and trilingual. They speak Portuguese, English and Spanish. I totally endorse this hotel.
