My husband surprised me with a trip here for my 30th birthday. We had visited Cambridge Beaches in the past and he knew I really enjoyed it. We spent a good portion of time over by the pool since it was never packed and easy to get a seat wi-fi is a bit spotty but not a big deal. The property is well kept and has beautiful views, the restaurants are fantastic and they too have great views. We had massages at the spa which were nice, not the best ones we have ever had but still really relaxin... Read more

As soon as we arrived we were met by the manager. Check in was a really friendly welcome, especially as we were given an upgrade. Our beautiful cottage overlooked the sea . Service always comes not just with a smile, but a friendly smile. With two beaches to choose from without leaving the hotel, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, croquet and putting ( we didn't sample the gym) We were spoilt for choice. Every meal was a delight, fresh food cooked to perfection and served in such an elegant way... Read more

Cambridges Beaches is a top notch resort. The villas we stayed in was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful view of the beach - a bit cold to go in the water (we were there in December) but still nice to enjoy the view. The staff was superb - friendly and helpful - especially the reception staff and the people working in the bar and breakfast room. The resort is in a private, remote area so if it is "action" and nightlife you might want to consider a place in or closer to Hamilton. That sa... Read more

Great place to unwind. Excellent grounds, food, staff, and views. You feel like you are in another world here. There is wi-fi, but you aren't here to play on the internet, you are here to get back in touch. Plenty to do either on property or on a quick bus ride. You are on vacation, so make sure you slow down.

Our visit to CB was nothing short of wonderful! We were greeted with an upgrade and spoiled throughout our trip. The cottages (we had a water suite) were very comfortable, (and not cookie cutter) the breakfast was fabulous, as was dinner at Tamarisk. The staff were so sweet and attentive, and the views and beach access were spectacular. This resort is secluded (which we loved) so it is a taxi to the airport and bus/taxi/ferry into Hamilton or other areas. The only downside? A few fussy/rude gu... Read more

Double complimentary upgrade because they had a low census and we wanted quietness. Restaurant food very good; could have had a bit more gluten free accommodation. The indoor lap pool was very small but we made do. We will return!

Our two bedroom unit needed an upgrade. It was showing its age in many aspects, but the location was excellent... the Windswept cottage. The food was excellent, the waitstaff was friendly and responsive, but the off season made the main restaurant feel empty with no vibe. Some nights it was only 4 or 5 tables. Maybe they should just use the bar for off-season food service to improve the dining atmosphere in the evening? Taxi transportation was expensive and not reliable in terms of availability ... Our return trip to Cambridge Beaches Resort was once again everything we hoped for. We have stayed here several times because of their hospitality, location and the Bermuda feel we love at this resort. We always look forward to the Tamarisk restaurant, it is excellent. The chef at Chambrige Beaches has designed a dinner menu that is remarkable. But being greeted each morning and evening, and being waited on by staff that remembers our names, is real customer service! One of the things my husban... Read more

We booked for our 10th wedding anniversary celebration, and were horribly disappointed. So much so that we left less than halfway through. I've left it until now to review, more in sorrow than in anger, because after talking it over with my husband and relating our experience to friends, we agreed that it really was as unsatisfactory as we'd first thought I know they had had the hurricane a week or so before we went, but this place has suffered years and decades of neglect. Now, I'm British, I ... Read more

This is a beach-goer's paradise. We visited the country after a hurricane passed but that did not hinder us from actually enjoying the country. Basically there was a lot less crowd than expected and the weather was a bit cloudy and cold. Not the best weather but none the less the country was great. Cambridge has some wonderful beaches with great views and restaurants(pricey) serving the best. The staff were courteous and very jovial. The beach has some of the best views and are private. you can... Read more
