Arrival was instantly relaxing. Our room had a balcony looking over the beach out to sea, a splendid scene to wake to. Staff was friendly and helpful, easily got bookings for snorkeling and inland tours - which may or may not be available depending on weather or demand. Breakfast got uncompromisingly familiar -- more variety would have been welcome.

Good location. Not right in the town but close enough to walk to the outskirts and still gain access to a variety of places to shop and eat. The staff was great and provided us with golf cart rental with gas! Our room I think may have been the small version, we did have a queen bed and a small fridge. Don't expect the bar to have snacks at any given day, but not to worry walk to the left and find the BEST food for lunch and dinner (Delicias and Karens), looks like your tool shed but classic Isla... As a family group we had 4 rooms...All were immaculate and as described. You can pretty much throw a rock from any room and hit the sea. It is that close. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable, shower hot, AC worked if wanted or open your windows and let the sea breeze fill your room. Internet always worked and was at good speeds for Belize. The continental breakfast is just that, coffee, juice, toast and sweet breads. There is a place right a... Read more

We truly enjoyed this quiet little resort! The staff were wonderful, the resort is kept spotless and the view was amazing. We had such a relaxing time here and can not wait to return. Elliot the manage is a lovely young man who is most helpful with booking trips, golf carts, any information you may need. Carla our room attendant is a such a friendly lady and if you need anything she doesn't hesitate to help. The morning breakfast is all fresh fruit and squeezed juice. The rooms are small, but ... Irma and Elliott really provided some great customer service. I stayed there a few years back and had some issues with the internet but I was told the old system had been upgraded and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the new internet really was. I was really impressed. The rooms are very clean and the facility is incredibly safe. Everyone that I've come in contact with that works there has shown incredible professionalism without being stuffy. The prices are some of the best on the island.

I came here with my husband and another couple. We were impressed with the view our room and most other rooms had, especially at the price. It has a nice beach and cute thatch roof bar and is in a great location. The rooms were nice and made up each day. Most staff was not very friendly or helpful at all. Elliot was the only one that greeted us with a smile and gave helpful information. The continental breakfast wasn't very good and consisted of only toast, pastries, fruit and coffee. We would h... We stayed here in October, 2016 and had a pretty good stay. The rooms were very clean, as were the grounds. The small pool was great for a mid-day cool down dip. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, as well. We even met the owners and they were great too. The negatives. Like Most places on Ambergris Caye, the seagrass makes walking into the water daunting, lots of seagrass in piles on the little beach (very small since the hurricane). The rooms were beautiful, with good AC if that ma... Read more

... however, 24 hrs after arriving on the island we were in the SP ER, as I was being casted for a broken left patella (knee cap) sustained on the "black ice" of the concrete surrounding the resort pool (no horseplay was involved). Our 8 night stay was a bust! After finally arriving home to Ohio I emailed MR asking for their insurance company name so a liability claim for out of pocket medical expenses could be filed.Terry sent the name of their agent at RF&G Ins Co. Two weeks later, this agent... Read more

Yes it is a intimate resort hotel that covers the basics well. Clean comfortable rooms with a great view and a nice beach front. I would also add that our room had the best bed we slept on during our trip to Belize. While we were staying they were rebuilding the Bar/service area damaged by the Hurricane the month before. They also had at least two rooms being remodeled so I am sure this affected our overall experience but it was still a pleasant and adequate experience. The staff was friendly an... Read more

I stayed here one night while on business. The room was clean and had quality fittings thru out. The pool was small but fine for size of hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided which was included in price of room was basic but enough to get your day started. Hotel was located a bit out from the center of San Pedro and you would need a taxi to get into town. Overall a good hotel if you are seeking a nice place to stay without the noise of being in the town.
