"We had a great time however they had a sand flea infestation while we were there, some people stayed in there room the whole time. It was horri.ble. We came home looking as we had severe case of chicken poxs. We had to get our Dr to prescribe a steroid and some prescription creme for itching. Everyone was absolutely miserable.
However the personnel made the trip-extremely friendly and very honest,left cameras,phone, kindle and other valuables out without incidence. The food was good but expensive. Wish they could of sprayed for sand fleas Cant say enough about the bartender, he's excellent."

"As I said in my comment of April 23 I went back during lobster season and had another wonderful time. Stayed for the entire week which was just the right amount of time over the Thanksgiving holidays. Coming back on a Tuesday had absolutely no lines at customs on the return. Again ditto on my above comments. Will be going back again."

"Wow! We went looking for the paradise we had found 15 years ago on our first trip to Playa Del Carmen Mexico. We wanted to capture paradise now that we are older and wiser and preparing for the rest of our days. We found our paradise in Ambergris Caye, San Pedro, Belize C.A. form the second we steped of the boat onto the island we aere greeted by our now freind and frequent stopping point. We ate there at least 4 times during our stay andit was always delicious and Lick's was the perfect place in the middle of San Pedro to suck down an Belikan Beer and watch the storm come in. Captian Morgan's retreat was the perfect blend of rustic charm and resort chique! We were one of the several couples there that week that bought in to the dream in the form of a timeshare. The Barrier Reef is 200 miles of marine paradise waiting to be shared with all that come and keeps the cruise ships out of this rustic little town where a golf cart is the main transport. The Palapa Bar was so much fun as well as Legend's bar, Kama Lounge and Fido's. All were a blast and we did not have a bad meal during the whole trip, including the awesome pizza we ordered to go from Captain Morgan's. Delicous. We will be back to Ambergris Caye and Captian Morgan's many times before we leave this planet. it is our new found paradise. "
