The Radisson is the nicest hotel in Belize City, unless you stay at a B&B. I would suggest calling the hotel directly for room reservations, as our rooms were not on the waterfront face, as reserved, but facing the pool. I would also suggest that you ask the hotel to turn on the air conditioner before arrival.

Firstly I have to say that the room service staff are excellent here. We were both sick when we arrived and room service was amazing especially when you can't leave your room. The room was adequate but not by any means luxurious considering the prices the radisson charge - we paid ?177 per night. The shower was a bath/shower setup and pretty basic. The rooms are not worth that money. There was a balcony but it is shared with another room...which is not great if the people staying in the othe... Read more

Last year we had a great experience at this hotel, but this year we were put on the other side of the road, in what they call the "Villa" section. It's a 5-story place, the rooms are smaller and there are no refrigerators in the room. To get one put in is USD$10 per night. They said the Villa has cheaper rooms, but we still paid US$200 per night. Be sure to ask if you're going to be in the Villa, and be prepared if so. What was rough about it was that Ft. George rented out the 5th floor fo... Read more

Whenever I need to spend a night in Belize City, the Radisson is my top pick for many reasons. Located directly on the beautiful Caribbean Sea, I take lovely walks along the seaside where there is always a breeze off the reef. The pools are the perfect place for me to relax after a long day of travel, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food at the poolside grill is delicious. I have stayed at this Radisson over a dozen times and each time my room has been so very clean and comfort... Read more

We booked a room here at the very last minute because of being stuck in Belize due to Hurricane Earl. Thank goodness, we made this last minute decision - it was one of the few places in the city (probably in the country) with a generator and the restaurant had food! The waitress serving me a hot cup of coffee, the morning after the hurricane, lost everything in her home. They even had a pool open (even though we had to walk over a tree), which was a godsend for our kids. While a scary experience... Read more

While displaced during Hurricane Earl, the staff at the Radisson went above and beyond to make sure the guests were safe, accommodated our every need (to the extent they could) and did it with a smile. A very positive experience overall! You would be in great hands to stay here.

We stayed at this hotel when our flight back to the US was cancelled due to Hurricane Earl. The staff was friendly and very concerned about the safety of guests during the storm. They were very communicative and accommodating during our stay. It was evident that they cared about the staff, guests and property. I would be very happy to stay in this hotel again, and hopefully, under normal circumstances.

Stayed here August 5-7 2016... Due to hurricane Earl my girlfriend and I spent 2 nights in Belize city while waiting for the next available flight out. The Radisson has many positives, but many negatives as well. The room was beautiful, food was good but restaurant and bar service is HORRIBLE. The staff at baymen's tavern ignores you, notices your presence and continues side work. Over and over and over again. One pool is open due to the hurricane, and they decide to do loud power washing at 2 ... Read more

I give this hotel an excellent score, because their room service staff was efficient, quick and made sure we got exactly what was ordered. Thank you for exceeding our expectation on this trip. The beds were clean and we had a nice view of the Sea, which we cherished everyday.

We stayed here 2 nights before heading to San Pedro. We had a beautiful view and the staff was very helpful. Even dried our clothes that had gotten wet during a layover at no additional charge. Be sure to go to the roof top for an incredible view.
