This was my fourth consecutive annual business trip and I have no doubt that I will be back next year. The hotel has everything that I need for an enjoyable week long stay, from the catering to a well appointed room. The staff are as friendly and welcoming as ever, more so than on my early visits.

I like better hotels when I travel and this one did not meet my expectations. It was comfortable but I would not come back again. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about suggesting places to go or things to do in the area. I was expecting to have better beach access but the area is not designed that way. I would suggest staying elsewhere or traveling somewhere other that Belize City.

Our 3 night stay was enjoyed with a large comfy and clean room overlooking the waterfront. Hotel personnel was very helpful and sincerely friendly. It's wonderful to see so many young people working together and striving to please the hotel guests. The pool was clean and refreshing. The several bars and restaurants served great food and drinks. A good deal for sure.

A group of six of us stayed here for a friends trip for the weekend. The rooms were nice and clean and the service was awesome. The only downfall was the food from the onsite restaurant. It was horrible and it took forever. I ordered soup as an appetizer and the surf n turf for the main course. It took almost an hr for the appetizers to come out and I never even got my main course. I would've given this place 5 stars but the food really lacked. The outside bartender was very nice even though w... Read more

If this hotel is the best Belize City has to offer I have second thoughts of coming back. The hotel is NOT near a beach or interesting tourist attractions. The elevator was out of service when I checked in. The wi-fi went in-op for about ten hours during my stay and (some of) the hotel staff seemed bothered when I asked about all the above. I asked one person behind the front desk if there was a microwave oven available for my popcorn. She said there wasn't one. Now I know amenities are not top... Read more

The Good - most of the people who work there (with the exception of a few staff members) were extremely nice and accommodating; I called down for ice and the operator offered to have someone bring it up to my room :-). Dirifina (sp?) our server was pleasant and professional. The Bad - The elevator was down during my stay, so I had to schlepp my luggage up 3 long flights of stairs. No refrigerators or fans in my room - in fact my room was very bare bones, the only amenities were the tv and the c... Read more

The room was so clean and the view was absolutely amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very relaxing. We had a couples massage and it was definitely worth every penny! Highly recommend a trip to Le Petite Cafe. The coffee was some of the best ever and my husband and I are coffee snobs (LOL). The pastries are to die for. Service at the poolside bar was poor as they would put the beer on the counter for an order and it would sit there and was warm once it arrived. Beer should be CO... Read more

Check in and check out was ok, no issues. Front desk staff were very welcoming as usual. I had a room by the seaside, the room had a very strange musty smell. I was only there for one night, so I did not complain. Some of the towels in the room need to be thrown away. With a room price of 285US per night, I do not expect old and dingy towels. I ordered breakfast to be delivered between 6:30 and 6:45am. It was delivered at 6:55am, with the coffee coming a few minutes later. The food w... Read more

The Radisson is easily the best hotel in Belize City. The sleeping rooms are nicely appointed, the staff is outstanding, and there are several restaurant options onsite. Our first day in town, we had a private group dinner in one of the banquet rooms. The "Belizean Beauty" buffet selections were absolutely delicious, and the presentation and service were wonderful. Banquet manager Jessie Martinez was truly a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson and will gladly re... Read more

Probably the best alternative in Belize City. A very comfortable hotel. Great location and good facilities. I consider their food to be more on the average side. I also felt the staff was not as friendly as I remember (I have come to this hotel many times). But overall, I think this is the best alternative in Belize City.

So I recently stayed at this hotel. The location is great, cause you can walk to the marina, and tourist village. Additionally the hotel offers a lot of nice amenities. Minus the room service tray that was never picked up, the only concern was the vibe in the pub. Some of the staff weren't very warm or inviting. Didn't really feel as welcomed as you'd expect in a hotel. Then again maybe it's because I spent four days on the island, where people seemed a bit more willing to engage and even ... Read more

This is a very good Hotel by Belize standards. It was easy to find, it would have been great if it had a beach, but the room was clean and the property was well maintained. It was just a little expensive for what it offered.

Excellent choice for business or pleasure trips in Belize City. Facilities were found in excellent condition. Staff focused on serving customers the best they can. Ready to help. Really good experience. All expectations were complied. Location is really close to travel by boat to the islands (Around three to four blocks away. Easy to walk).

I wanted to visit the Radisson to see if this would be a hotel I could stay at in the future when visiting Belize. So I went to have dinner there at this restaurant. I ordered a drink and meal for my first go round. It was great. The music was great inside with a great view of the ocean. The waitress then asked if I wanted a second drink. I requested a watermelon margarita. Seconds after sitting the margarita down, it was pouring down the table right onto my foot (see one of the photos). So I we... Read more

I've never written a bad review in my life about a hotel. In fact, I've never really had a bad experience ever. When we landed our shuttle was 40 minutes late. We had a tour to go to so we were in a hurry. Then Despite calling and asking for an early check in the day before, when we arrived this was denied and the staff didn't care. No one was helpful. No one cared. We were offered the gym showers to freshen up. We were told our suitcases would be safe. When we returned from the gym they were in... Read more

It's located in a nice place and it was recently renovated. There are three types of rooms. All of them are pretty good. The restaurant has a pretty decent buffet and service is just fine. It's close to the sea and to the cruise dock where you can visit by leaving your ID at the door.

Ok for just one night. We arrived late night and flew next morning to San Pedro. It is fine for that, althought a little bit far from B Int Airport. Its better if you are flying from the National Airport. The rooms were mostly clean and the beds were ok for one night. Nice view. I gave it a 3 stars, because I been to other Radissons, and and this one is not at that level, I thoght it would be a little nicer. Maybe its because it is Belice City and eveything is simpler.

Stayed here August 5-7 2016... Due to hurricane Earl my girlfriend and I spent 2 nights in Belize city while waiting for the next available flight out. The Radisson has many positives, but many negatives as well. The room was beautiful, food was good but restaurant and bar service is HORRIBLE. The staff at baymen's tavern ignores you, notices your presence and continues side work. Over and over and over again. We booked a room here at the very last minute because of being stuck in Belize due to Hurricane Earl. Thank goodness, we made this last minute decision - it was one of the few places in the city (probably in the country) with a generator and the restaurant had food! The waitress serving me a hot cup of coffee, the morning after the hurricane, lost everything in her home. They even had a pool open (even though we had to walk over a tree), which was a godsend for our kids. While a scary experience... Read more

We stayed at this hotel when our flight back to the US was cancelled due to Hurricane Earl. The staff was friendly and very concerned about the safety of guests during the storm. Last year we had a great experience at this hotel, but this year we were put on the other side of the road, in what they call the "Villa" section. It's a 5-story place, the rooms are smaller and there are no refrigerators in the room. To get one put in is USD$10 per night. They said the Villa has cheaper rooms, but we still paid US$200 per night. Be sure to ask if you're going to be in the Villa, and be prepared if so. What was rough about it was that Ft.
