In my recent visit to Belgium, I stayed in this hotel. I found this hotel very good & overall support staff is also good. There is a supermarket adjust to hotel entrance which helps in getting all necessary snacks, Fruits & other items.

Actually, good hotel to stay for 1-2 nights. Very small, tiny rooms which are not very convenient for 2 people. But overall clean and tidy. And very helpful personnel on reception desk! I cannot comment breakfast as we didn't use this service.

Great central location - easy walk to main sqaure, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops. Rooms are compact but are clean. However noise from busy road outside and within the hotel itself is pretty loud.

Nothing really disappoints with this more than functional city centre hotel. Great location, comfy beds, quiet and 2 for 1 on beers on a Thursday night. Friendly and welcoming staff and a safe and reasonably priced car park. Only downside is ‚?¨30 breakfast for 2. Very expensive and there are some great breakfast places in town.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 6 years and find it very good for all the needs you may have. Location is a balance between staying close to the train station and Grote Markt. Free WI-Fi, fresh and tasty breakfast with variety of choices. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

So, needed a single night stay because the hotel where my group was staying didn't have a room for me for the last night. Stayed here. Location is very central. A lot of restaurants, bars a cafes close by. And as with all Ibis hotels - it is clean. The bed is very comfy. And the linens a clean and comfy :) The room is tiny! The bathroom was also very clean. But very tiny. And the shower - you guessed it - clean but also tiny. If you can get a good rate here, it will give you a clean place to... Read more

The hotel was well presented and the staff were polite. It is pretty central and the staff can offer advice on local places. The rooms size was fine for us, however even with the aircon on it did get a little hot. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Also it would have been handy to have a plug by the mirror as I could just about stretch my straighteners across. Further to this, the car park was handy and a decent price for the area, but it is really steep and the mudguards on the car took ... Read more

Stayed in this hotel for three nights while attending a training course. The hotel is in a great location near the centre of Leuven. It is ideally placed for all the centrally located bars and restaurants. The room was fairly compact with the door hitting the bed when opened! I was lucky enough to have a double bed in my room but a colleague was unfortunate to get a very small single bed which he struggled to sleep in!! The breakfast was a buffet style which was good quality. Fresh scrambled eg... Read more

My first time at a budget Ibis - met expectations for this price range. Neat and clean with sufficient space for two people prepared to move suitcases onto beds for packing. No toiletries or in-room kettle or fridge which is a shame. Bed comfortable although the two separate little mattresses have a tendency to migrate sidewards and down throughout the night, and pillows soft but sort of lumpy. No in-room safe. Good free wifi. Climate control good. No noise issues. Didn't try breakfast given man... Read more

The room is very quiet facing the back of street. The bed is very comfortable medium hard. Nice view from 5th floor. Parking $ is right next door to hotel, small parking and room space. Breakfast $15 is ok with eggs and bacon; bacon was cooked like ham which is very soft and no fresh fruits. A great location, walking in minute to major attractions. The service is very nice!

Stayed in this hotel for our visit to the beautiful town of Leuven. We were attending the TW Classic music festival in Werchter headlined by the amazing Bruce Springsteen. This hotel is ideally located close to the beautiful squares lined with bars, restaurants and cafés in central Leuven. Rooms are small, but adequate and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good shower with shampoo/body wash supplied. We didn't sample the breakfast, available for a 15 euro surcharge, mainly due to the strength ... Read more

We stayed at this hotel in March and in July 2016. The things we like are 1. It's in a great place, a two minute walk from the picturesque centre of Leuven with the Grote Markt and the beautiful town hall. 2. We managed to get the stays at a extremely reasonable price on the Accord website. This time including free breakfast. 3. There is a small car park which has a secure door with an entry code however I felt the daily charge of 14 Euros was excessive. 4. The breakfast was ok, continental wit... Read more

Very outdated rooms with half-broken furniture and swollen flooring. Breakfast was really bad: refilling couldn't keep up with demand, bread tasted old. Superb location and friendly staff, but the bad breakfast means I will never again visit this hotel. Was in an ibis budget a few months earlier, which was good value for money. The budget hotel actually felt higher value than this hotel. Customer reviews are clearly not read: the reaction to my review ("I will definitely not visit this hotel aga... Read more

Hotel is very nice centered near the City Centre. Had a room with quiet view, although the airsystem in the bathroom is a bit noisy. Staff very nice. Hotel is good for leasure or business, where most time is spent outside.

The hotel was very helpful and pleasant upon our arrival. Our room was small but for a single traveler it worked out to be just perfect. Room was clean and quiet. The parking lot area is a little tricky but manageable. The location is great to allow for a short walk to many food and beverage options. I will recommend to others and definitely return.

The location is great, a few minutes' walk to the historic centre (Grote Markt, Oude Markt), botanical garden Kruidtuin. Rooms are small and basic, but functional and adequate. Bed is very good, which is also what they advertise with. Very friendly staff. Paid parking garage available, which is convenient because parking on the streets around the hotel is limited. Very narrow entrance to the garage, accessible with a code which you get from reception. Cost is 14 EUR per day. The hotel offers a... Read more

Nice hotel in Leuven. Reasonable value. Can be a bit noisy at the front with the drunken students. Suggest requesting room at the back. Bar has good selection of Belgian beers! Staff welcoming. Hotel as expected from Ibis brand.
