The Pantone Hotel was great. It's a bit outside of the city centre (e.g. about 25 minutes walk from the Grand Place), but I wanted something within walking distance of both Brussels Midi station and the Parliament, so it worked for me. There are plenty of really good restaurants close by. My room was excellent: clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom and I loved the décor (as the name suggests, it was decorated based on different pantone shades). The staff at the reception desk were helpful an... Read more

Attentive and friendly service, great cleans rooms, and amazing views from the rooms as well. Make sure you ask to see if you can get in one of the balcony rooms - definitely worth it for the amazing views. Not the closest hotel to the city centre, but in a brilliant area with a lot of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Will definitely be staying again!

With so many hotels in brussels it's hard to know where to start on your search. Start here! The staff were warm & welcoming. The room colourful & stylish but not too much. Great value for money too. Loved it.

A unique hotel in the center of Brussels with unique, colourful & fancy decoration. It is a different approach for sure! Nice/quiet surroundings, central, helpful staff. Adequate breakfast. Would recommend!

I had high hopes for this hotel as I am a big lover of Pantone. However, everything in the room felt cheap and grubby - the walls had marks on them and the fixtures were naff. The carpet felt old and dirty, the bed wasn't great. My partner didn't want to stay in it and was upset by the room. We didn't have a kettle in our room and there was no way of getting a hot drink in the hotel. The only nice part of the room was the toiletries. The location was okay. We will not be returning.

Saw on tablet hotels, their recs are usually spot on. Excellent rates. Basic rooms but still well equipped. Good neighbourhood near to the station and transport links. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an excellent sleep despite some street noise. Strong ac and windows that open.

This is a very nice small hotel offers the basics but the staff are so friendly and helpful that if I decided to return it will be just for them need to mention a very helpful young lady on the reception she comes from Portugal and is far as I remember her name is Daniela she is ever so good with excellent customer service skills couldn't be better very helpful and knows everything about Brussels she is and with no doubt a credit to this hotel also the young man who serves breakfast don't know ... Stayed just the one night. Didn't have breakfast as started at 7am too late. Very modern style in great location for good restaurants and short walk to transport links. Staff friendly and helpful speaking good English. Room good size and bright, but with blackout curtain great as faces west so lots of evening sun. Room very warm - underfloor heating on! Aircon just about coped. Bed soft and comfortable in clean and maintained room. Small table, free wifi and large TV, safe big enough for a lapt... Read more

Very modern hotel excellent price and facilities. Fantastic view from the room. We got the room we asked for. Near the station and close to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The only problem was that there isn't ventilation in the bathroom so it was very humid after each shower. I would definitely visit it again in my next trip

I arrived earlier then check in which is normally at 3pm but the receptionist Daniel was so helpful he took my suitcase from me because the room was not available yet at 11.40am understandable. He was also a font of information and I left on my start of my sightseeing in the city. When I arrived back at the hotel just gone after 4pm and it took me less then a few minutes to pick up my bag and get a lovely room allocated. The room 502 orange room I will definitely recommend because it is not t... Read more

I went before to the Metropole hotel (5 stars), without using the room service and other expensive services that that kind of hotel can offer and then I came to the Pantone Hotel. Believe me, for a third of the price, Pantone hotel is better! We choose an XL room (still very cheap), the room is big, at perfect temperature, smells good, easy to use airco, big windows, comfy mattress, perfect noise isolation, friendly staff, nice view from the large balcony, perfect bathroom. And above all, WI... Read more

I booked this hotel because of the Pantone concept. I love color and have been in the design industry for years. It is inexpensive for Europe, but lives like an upscale boutique hotel. The room had the best windows of any hotel-they open! Very nice bed and bedding. The best part of the visit was the staff. Antonio gave us a great recommendation for dinner, very helpful with taxi and luggage details. Very personable hotel with great attention to detail. The walk to the grandmarket was a lovely st... Located in a nice neighbourhood around 20 minutes walk from Central Brussels we felt very much at home at the Pantone Hotel. The area around the hotel felt quite safe and you are only around 5 minutes walk from plenty of shops and restaurants on Avenue Louise. Nearest secure parking garage is Q-Parking at Rue de Livourne 11, where we left our car without incident for 2 nights (?15 per night). Garage is less than 5 minute downhill walk to the hotel. Drive to hotel wasn't too bad with the aid... Read more

Do like this hotel for price-quality (probably stayed already 5+) but wasn't very lucky this time in room 201, next day bedbugs bites everywhere!! Send kind mail + called to follow up but no reply after 2 days. This should be better handled.

I stay here regularly, it is a place that proves that with a bit of attention to detail you can create a good place to stay without spending millions of euros on luxuries. The concept is simple, themed rooms in Pantone colours, and the same idea carried into every aspect of the place. It's pretty clean, and well maintained, the breakfast is good (but they do charge ?15.00 which is a bit steep). It's well placed for the European Quarter and lots of offices and meeting venues I need to access.... Read more

Well located just a few steps from the metro station and 10 minutes walk from a comercial center with supermarkets. The decoration is very cool and modern, the staffs are fantastics and they keep it clean and tide all the rooms. The only thing that you have to be aware is if you are sharing the apartment you must be ready for a little bit of noises, like slumming doors sounds. I would stay again over there.

The price for the Pantone was very reasonable, and it's a lovely hotel, and I really liked the bright colours. It was very clean also. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We had an issue with the air con in our room and when we phoned down to reception, a member of staff was with us within a few minutes. When they couldn't fix it, they put us in a different room across the hall, again within a few minutes and without fuss. The rooms were very comfortable and fairly spacious. One little pr... Lovely stay, comfortable beds, staff were pleasant. Good atmosphere. However pillows slightly uncomfortable. The shower also floods onto the floor and hair dryer was mildly warm, but no big issues for a short stay! Had good views from the balcony and very clean!

I have been coming to this hotel almost since it first opened. Each year not only does the ambiance and decor draw me, but also the friendly staff that even remember you and greet you. The rooms are modern and well kept up using the Pantone Color Matching System. Rooms are dedicated to color schemes right down to the linens. There is a breakfast room and bar in the lobby. If you looking for something to eat, that is no problem, since there are dozens of restaurants of all types and pricing withi... Read more

Stayed on this hotel for a night because I was curious about Pantone being branded as a hotel and surprisingly, I wasn't disappointed at all. My sister and I arrived past 12 mn, as we came from Charleroi Airport and the receptionist greeted us warmly. He said he's giving us the room on the topmost floor which has a good view of the city and has two big balconies! The room was well lit and brightly colored, even the toilets. Although there aren't much around the hotel, it is just 5 min walk fro... Read more

We were very impressed with this hotel. Being outside the centre it is quiet, which is just what we wanted, but it is just a 1/2 hour walk to get into the centre (Grand Place). The main shopping district is just 5 minutes away along with a wide variety of eating places. The staff were outstanding and were always very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is one of the best we have had with a wide variety of hot and cold food from fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, scrambled egg, bacon. The staff e... Read more

Was a good hotel, stayed in between games at the RWC On our brief trip out o England. Easily best value for money when I was looking for a place to stay and did not disappoint. Generous space, beds did the job and bathroom good size. No cramped spaces that cane to be common on our trip. Area was nice, a lot of food places up the road, and a short walk to the train lines.

A comfortable stay. I liked the Pantone color scheme of the hotel-quirky. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was not included and seemed pricey. Opted for a pastry on the run. Located pretty far out from the main city, not very walkable.
