A bit expensive but otherwise excellent. Very clean, perfect views. Other problem is that it is always full. Breakfast is on the expensive side. I feel if breakfast had been included in all room prices the pricing would have been just right

It was my second trip to Brussels and the personnel of The Hotel did their best to make it perfect. One of the best hotels with the most exciting views over Brussels. Everything is proper and elegant. A very rich choice of dishes and pastry for breakfast with lots of fruits. A hall for breakfast with a garden behind the window - an inspiring and relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic location - very close to all sights and shopping streets.

Very Nice decoration and overall quality. The restaurant is too small for so many guest. There was no place to have a seat and the waiters did no help. Quality of breakfast not worth the money. I would return as the room is perfect but I will not use the room service anymore (high prices for a snack) nor will I take breakfast again in the hotel, unless you go at 6.30 in the morning or after 9.30h.

I have spent one night in this hotel during my business visit to Brussels. The location of the hotel was excellent by being in the heart of the city next to the premium brands. I've stayed in the panoramic suite which was spacious with a large toilet. The setup of the room was very good and relaxing. The food served at the lobby was excellent and the breakfast buffet was limited.

The room was very nice, however, it was rather smelly. The impression is that the air conditioning filters have never been changed. In addition, there did not appear to be any effective ventilation in the toilet. This was very disagreeable.

A great business or holiday hotel right in the heart of the city. Staff excellent and the rooms are modern, large and clean. Nespresso machine in the room and a selection of free drinks and water. Highly recommended as a good base hotel ideal for the sights and the good shopping area.

My son selected this, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. Basically mid-block between two metro (subway) stations. I arrived very early (after overnight flight) and they gave me a free coffee in the lounge while I waited for less than an hour for my room. Nice clothes shops in the surrounding blocks, and a nice cluster of local restaurants about 1.5 blocks away. The room was large, for European standards, and modern and extremely comfortable.

Unjustifiably expensive even for the middle of Brussels. Especially expensive for car parking. Conference facilities very good. Restaurant was closed on Monday evening, just before the conference, which seemed a bit odd when there were so many people around. One of the receptionist was quite rude on check-out, not what I would have expected.

Due to the fact that I often have to be in Brussels for business, The Hotel is my starting and endpoint during these days. In the past I had some minor issues, but I must say you always will have a nice stay. The rooms (mostly upgrade as a regular guest) are one of the nicest in Brussels center, even compared with the 5 star Sofitel. I normally skip breakfast, but I must say take your time to do so. The shower is of a very high standard. The only problem is the security issue in Brussels. This... Read more

A really nice hotel that feels like luxury from checking in onwards. Our room was good but not huge, well equipped with most things (no iron , though I am sure one would have been provided on request) some nice touches including free limited mini bar, a small shop on site wasn't well stocked (no sweets) but overall really liked staying here

Stayed in March as I had meetings in the centre. Easy hotel to find, close to the centre. Nice sized room, very clean and spacious, with a good mini bar. No noise at night and a very comfy bed! Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice, very nice. If you need a good value, clean and relaxed hotel in Brussels, stay here!

This hotel has great service! The mini fridge in the room is free (you can have the water, beer, bar for free). Also, they have a very nice lounge on the 24th floor with great views of the city. They have several types of alcohol, again free of charge, in the lounge. The service is fantastic; our room was a bit cold and they brought us a heater. Very friendly staff and overall such a great hotel! Definitely recommend this.

This hotel has a fashion oriented decor, the views are spectacular and the location couldn't be better ( in an upscale area of the city close to everything ). I stayed just for a night but I wish I could stay longer to enjoy the beautiful room. It seems to be a bussiness type hotel, so no tub, and the bathroom has no privacy as is open to the room without walls. Given the opportunity, I would stay here again.
