Are you looking to get away from the busy tourist circuit? Do you want to get back from long business meetings to a welcoming environment? Do you need to work with lots of space and wind up at the Gym or the pool after a long day or early morning? or do you want to hit the shops or grab a bite out of the hotel? or do you want to grab a great meal indoors? Either way you will not be disappointed. The hotel has close access to the Metro Rogier and if this is what you aspire, then Sheraton Hotel Pl... Read more

Entering the hotel it looked ok but going to the room I began to see tired dated rugs and furnishings. 208 was my room; facing out front was nice but they are doing a big metro subway project right out front so for now the view is construction. The room wasn't cleaned. The bed and linens were nice; the bathroom has all amenities plus a make up mirror which I appreciated. Lighting in the room and bath is poor. I asked the maid for a non slip bath mat and she went out of her way to get it for... Read more

Great location, but what made the stay extra special was the concierge service. Everyone of the guys at the desk were most helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we knew where we were going, made excellent restaurant recommendations and were just down home friendly.

I had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel recently, made so most importantly by the exceptionally courteous and well-trained staff. The location is within easy walking distance of the lovely botanical gardens of the city, and also a reasonable walking distance to most of the great landmarks of central Brussels, besides lots of shopping (and the Station-Noord). Of course this hotel has all the standard amenities that one would expect from a Sheraton, and for me, that means that they do have the... Read more

Clearly the hotel hasn't had an upgrade in a very long time. The windows looking out on the Place were grimy. The bathroom was awful--water taps which wouldn't turn all the way off without threat of injury, shower temperature which varied only between scalding and freezing and nothing in between, toilet paper holder falling out. For a Starwood Preferred Room on a Starwood Floor, this was really inexcusable. And at the front desk when checking out, I received an apology but nothing more. I will m... Read more

Stayed here for a long weekend. Staff were always willing to help, polite and spoke excellent English. The front desk answered all questions and queries from the moment of check-in to check-out with genuine warmth. Good location, about 15-20 minutes walk from the Grand Place and near bus, metro and tram stops. Wifi is available in all lounge areas and if you're a "Starwood Preferred Member" (free membership) then you can also get free wifi in the bedroom. The club bedroom was clean, large, comfo... Amazingly average hotel staffed by amazingly below average staff. The hotel is a typical Government city hotel with high prices, low quality and poor staff training and management. I suggest that Starwood should review the hotel for service and quality and I suspect they may need to review the management agreement. The hotel rooms require a good makeover and I suspect it has been many, many years since anything has been done to update this hotel. The staff, perhaps it could just be Brussels ... Read more

The hotel was very lovely and the room is very comfortable. Nice and clean. The bed was in pristine condition. The staff was very helpful and organized and breakfast was fabulous with a lot of variety. The area seems to be fairly good but as a lady, I definitely wouldn't suggest walking around the area by yourself at night. All in all, great hotel.

Our family of four spent one night here before our flight home. We could have stayed much closer to the airport, but we wanted to see the Grand Place and experience a little bit of the city while we could. The hotel is easy to find and is right across the street from a large shopping center. It is also an easy 10-15 minute walk from hotel to the Grand Place. Our check in was easy and the staff were very welcoming. Since we booked directly with the hotel our wifi was free. Our room was a co... Read more

Place was a great stay. Food was nice and had all you needed. There are no refreshments in the mini-fridge, however vending machines are available near the elevators. You can use your room key and pay upon checkout. Best part was the bed, I slept like a bear!! Internet was ok. The air conditioner will get cool and comfortable. Would stay again.

I was a bit taken back as to how tired looking this hotel is. Let me start with the positives, the hotel location is excellent, their rooms are large and the bed very comfortable with lovely chairs to sit in and read. What I did not like about the room (club room) was a very dated bathroom, with a shower in the bath, and the weirdest feature of the coffee station being in the bathroom. The hotel has not kept up with the times, no laptop or USB, charging points on the desk and wi-fi needs to be p... Read more

The location is great with shops, restaurants, and huge shopping mall just across the road. Underground and train station at walking distance. We stayed in Club room which was huge for a family of four with 2 king size beds and sitting area. You also get access to club lounge where you can have complimentary drinks, snacks, and sometimes sandwiches all day. In the evening for an hour or so they also do hot snacks like rolls, chicken wings etc. Definitely worth paying extra for the club room. ... Read more

Let's start with the good. The breakfast is really good. They have a machine which automatically squeezes oranges into fresh squeezed orange juice. It's fantastic. You can also get coffee in larger cups than the typical European thimble. Also, the rooms are big and it's a short walk to the grand place. On the negative side, my room was warm and the shower was almost uncontrollable in volume and temperature. Finally, the lobby is a bit dark and outdated. But overall it's a decent place to... This Hotel is located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel overall was average. Rooms were clean and spacious. The service was good. The gym on the 30th floor was great. If your looking for an average hotel with some good amenities this hotel is good value for you're money.

A typical Sheraton, which is nice after the small rooms so frequent in Europe. The staff was friendly and caring, with great service all around. It's not charming, but that was okay the rooms are large, the bathroom is big, and the location, at the end of the pedestrian street, is right next door to the metro. Thumbs up!

We stayed in a family suite consisting of 2 bedrooms, a huge living area with desk, dining table and tv area. There was also a kitchen consisting of hob, fridge and sink. You could actually live here...if you were very rich although considering the amount of space we had it was good value for money. The room was on 26th floor too so great views across the city. The furniture looks a bit old, but I loved it absolutely. The kettle in the bathroom really helpful. The bed is fantastic - pillows are wonderful, blanket is great! Never slept better in the hotels. The large room size and king beds make this hotel a good stop for travellers expecting American type accomodations rather then the smallish European style hotels. The club services are excellent and the food at the club and main breakfasts are excellent and plentiful. The club breakfast area is a bit quieter than the main breakfast area.

The only good thing about this hotel is its great location, otherwise, run! Air Conditioning sucks and some rooms have no window that opens. Wifi is charged per day! Who does that anymore? Even 2 - 3 star hotels offer it for free! Breakfast deal at 20 euros per person, not worth it, sorry. Beds are hard, super uncomfortable. The hotel is worn out, it needs updating. To be fair, the personnel at the hotel is very nice.

Apart from all other reviews about tired building, no wifi, what really was a deal breaker for me was the TERRIBLE service. Staff at the restaurant and the bar avoid eye contact in case you ask for something. Make u feel like an inconvenience. Club room/ prices are a sham as the club is now shut and you need to get your free drinks from the bar on ground floor but the free nibbles are on the first floor. I visited this hotel for the weekend. It was a pretty good experience. Great spacious room with a brilliant view and very helpful staff. Great location. Clean rooms. I would stay at this hotel again. The only downside was that I had a friend meeting me and I wanted to give them access with my room with my spare key and the reception staff were being slightly too officious about it.

Hotel is very tired but this we expected. Bad news though, no restaurants were open on a Thursday night. Our only option was to eat in the Bar, although the food was very good and well presented we were not as happy as eating in a restaurant. Bit unnerving with soldiers and military vehicles on the streets outside the Hotels. Highlight was the visit to the Atomium and the park next to the Hotel.
