After reading a lot of reviews here I was sceptical about this hotel........ After arriving very tired from the Airport as it was a nightmare..... taxis taking long etc , I arrived at around 21.30, tired, hungry and needed a shower and a comfortable bed, I found this guy very well English speaking at the reception, first impression very clean and modern furniture.... He explained to me all the details...... then I was hoping that what I read was wrong and guess what yes it was.... the room was p... Read more

Lovely little hotel in a great location for everything central in Brussels. The room was average size, clean, perfect for a weekend break. The staff were so lovely and helpful and spoke perfect English. The bathroom was a little small, but this was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice little hotel that lives up to its standards of three stars. Central location close the biggest shopping street. Breakfast was a bit boring: no fruits or vegetables what so ever. Rooms were clean - we unfortunately did not have a view of the street, but the almost nonexistent backyard. We were here three nights, the second day our room was not cleaned, so we had to go down and ask for more soap and shampoo. Beds were comfortable, pillows sucked. Bathtub was nice but the water pressure ... Read more

Me & my partner stayed 2 nights in the Queen Anne & overall we enjoyed our stay! It was a pretty standard hotel, we were on the 5th floor, room 503. The room was average size, bed was very comfy but the pillows were rubbish! The lift & stairways were dated but they did say they did say there were being decorated. The receptionists were very helpful & polite. Breakfast was pretty good, bread, toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, juice, tea & coffee etc... The hotel is in a great location, 10 m... Read more

Good: Very polite and helpful check-in staff. Our room was clean & bright with a comfortable bed. Close to the central tourist attractions. There are very reasonable priced restaurants very close to the hotel. Bad: If you arrive by car it is very difficult to find a park to un-load your bags in the street. The public car park (‚?¨15 per 24 hours) is 200mtrs down the road from the hotel. The hotel lift was old & tired.

First of all, u get what u paid for. And that's a lot. Booked a single room which was on the 5th floor.. Tiny room, old fashioned tv, single bed. Tv did a good job, bed was comfy . The bath room good for shower and brushing teeth. Women may have some little problems , for men it was good. Good location, behind the hotel I found a parking lot for free. Close to old town , by feet not more then 15 minutes. Recommended place .

This hotel is very simple but does the job. If you're looking for a hotel that is fancy and big, this is not the one for you. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep, this will do. The staff is very friendly and speaks excellent English. There's free wifi. It is located in the center of the city so most of the attractions are a walkable distance from the hotel. Price is great too. Overall great service; I would definitely recommend!

Location is very central , price is quite cheap for such location. Breakfast can be better. Wifi is not that good , coverage is weak in some parts. The bed is clean , the rooms is very small , for two people is not that comfortable to stay there. The score is high mainly because location/price feature.

We stayed here only for 1 night and it is ok, the room is super super small, the bathroom as well, and there is no air conditioner but Brussels is not a very hot city so there wasn't a big issue there. It has a good location and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is cheap, clean, quiet, has free wifi and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's also close to Brussel's center, with many shops, restaurants, and metro stations. But the good parts stop here... The rooms are very small and very frugal - no safe (wow, I didn't expect that!), no fridge, a tv from the previous century, weird packets of shampoo, etc. The room had an actual key (remember those?) and I was warned that if I lose it there will be a 200 euro fine! At least the bed was ... Read more

The room was on the small side, but perfectly sufficient for 2 people for 4 nights and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is buffet style and contains coffee, teas, juices, a selection of cereals, several types of bread and pastries, jams, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon. There is good, strong free wifi available throughout, ask at reception for the password. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. The location was our favourite... Read more

This is a good base from which to explore Brussels. A short walk to the Grand Place and other notable sights. Good price. The breakfast buffet got very busy at times and there were not really enough tables though.

Reasonable hotel. Cheap price means small rooms with limited facilities. Nice comfy bed which was good. In a decent area half way between brussels nord and the old town, about a ten minute walk to each. Close to a few bars and restaurants though it is in a more expensive area so the bars and restaurants are quite pricey. Overall would stay again.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Brussels with a good breakfast. We spent only one night in the hotel so there is no extensive experience for me but for this purpose this hotel was a very good choice.

Great location- 10 min walk from Grand Place. Local area quiet - as a solo woman traveller I did not feel intimidated or worried about walking to or from the hotel at night. Staff very friendly and more then willing to help. Rooms are small but this is perfect for solo/business travel. Bedroom & Bathroom very clean. Will definitely be returning at some point.

The main attraction to this hotel is its location, it is very central with a 10 minute walk to most attractions and metro stops if you wish to go further afield. There is a theatre straight across the street which had lights projected on it in the evening the weekend we were there, it was lovely to watch. The rooms are small but they are clean and have everything you need, good shower, and we stayed for the weekend and they were cleaned on the Saturday morning. The staff are fantastic so helpf... Very nice and kind reception. The recepcionist helped me with the laptop they have for custommers. The hotel is not in the centre, but easily reached from there and from the North Station, less chaotic than the central one. The room was enough for one person.

I stayed her with my mum for two nights. For such a reasonable price, I could not have asked for me. Firstly, the location is super. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from Brussels North train station and then less than ten minutes to the Le Grand Place. C'est parfait! Secondly, the staff are lovely, really helpful - Fabio and Octavin. They happily made us tea and coffee. We arrived very early after getting a 6.30am flight and even though check in wasn't until 3pm, our room was ready at 12 noon... Read more

Recently returned from a lovely break away in Brussels as a surprise from my fiancé which we stayed at the Queen Anne Hotel. First things first, it's a lovely central hotel opposite the theater and in a quieter neighborhood with ideal access to all tourist sites via foot or metro. You do get what you pay for, and for us it was worth it. Its not 5 star luxury but the room was lovely and clean and decorated well plus the bed was comfy and ideal after a day sightseeing. The bathroom was clean and ... Read more
