We stayed three nights at the end of May on our way to Amsterdam. The hotel itself is very good but it is a bit far from the city centre. There is no shortage of taxis though. I have never seen so many cabs in one place. There is public transport available if there is no strike. The cab fare to city centre in heavy traffic was 18?. There is not much to see around the area which is old residential with lots of corner general stores. The hotel is very good but if I came again I would stay closer... Read more

We travlled from London to Brussels South by Eurostar and stayed stayed here for 1 night. If you are looking for hotels in Brussels Central or near Grand Place, this is not the hotel. However, hotel is only 1 train stop from Brussels Central Train Station, and you can find also Metro and tram nearby to whatever place you want to go. Room is big, clean, good sound insulation, really good shower water, and good wifi. You can actually walk from train station direct to hotel without going out of sta... Read more

We stayed from Sunday to Thursday and it was our 30th Wedding Anniversary on Tuesday we were upgraded to the 7th floor when we mentioned this. The rooms are modern ,clean and comfortable. The staff were all very professional, friendly, smiley and helpful. Arriving on the Eurostar is simple. Getting into central Brussels is 3 stops on the Metro number 3 or 4 to Bourse. 2.10 Euros each way. Short walk from the metro to the glorious Grand Place. The hotel was very nice (we had a luxury room) the staff were friendly and accommodating but as a tourist, unless you're arriving by train, it's not in a great location. Pity really, but then I guess you'd be paying a lot more closer to the main sights. Great sleep, no noise at all on the 7th floor. Very nice shower, very good breakfast and light meals in the bar. Wine in the bar was over-priced however. We didn't sample the restaurant.

Hotel directly at the station Midi. Only a short distance from Grand Place via a 20 minute walk or 5 minute metro. Seamless check in, provided with drinks vouchers for being an Accor member. Fantastic room with city view, comfortable and spacious with all the facilities you could require for a stay. Comfortable beds, very quiet and peaceful. Room service extremely fast too. Breakfast was a little expensive at 28 Euros but the selection was amazing. Keep up the good work!

We were on honeymoon and visited Brussels for 2 nights. As soon as we checked-in, we realised this is going to be the best stay ever. We were upgraded free of cost because the receptionist came to know that we were on Honeymoon. Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, mini-bar and bose speakers! This hotel is all about its convenient location inside the Brussel's Midi Zuid rail station complex. There are hotels with more character and style, albeit higher rates, and others better located--if a Grand Place/tourist or central business district location is a must. However, if you are going to be travelling by rail or air, this is super convenient, especially for early flights and trains. I'm a business traveller on the move frequently and often early, so the Pullman Brussels was perfect.... Read more

The rooms are clean, modern, new and comfortable (but not very big). The service was very good and the breakfast amazing. It is literally next to the station and it has a taxi stop in front of it, that makes your life easier. The Wi-Fi was great. I miss more options in the minibar. There is a natural orange juice machine in the breakfast that is great.

Perfect location at train station. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel faultless. Will be back. Only improvement concerns the hotel putting a E200 euro hold on my account for 5 days , for I think security purposes. At the end if hols (which was paid in full in advance ) this put me overdrawn on my account. Also not a reflection on the hotel but there is a city tax of E8 pp/pn . But overall I loved this hotel . At risk of not leaving it for my stay.

What a nice and quiet difference to the loud and multicultural Gare du Midi just in front of the hotel doors. You already feel good arriving and the open and round checkin desk further transports opened. Rooms small / efficient, but nice and modern, but: no window to be opened :-( ... Prices also okay if you book advance via portal.

We checked in very early and were accommodated without any issues, room was spacious and clean. Free movies made a nice touch as well as the free minibar (no alcohol included). Breakfast is good (great selection by European standards). Wifi is good. Rooms are nice and modern - well-insulated from any noise outside and a quiet air con system. A really smart hotel situated adjacent to the Gare du Midi, but peaceful and quiet despite that. Check-in was quick and we were in our 9th floor room within minutes. The room was large, modern and comfortable with the facilities you'd expect from a good hotel. A 20min walk to Grand-Place. Excellent value. Car Parking under the hotel is in a QPark and is not subsidised.

Fantastically located hotel - right at MIDI station, means that you can get off of Eurostar, Thalys ICE, or the airport train and walk into the hotel without leaving the station. The hotel build quality, cleanliness and exceptionally good staff make this a 5* hotel, let down only by the fact that there is no swimming pool. - but there is a gym. Its the only place that I stay in Brussels and can be surprisingly cheap. HIGHLY Recommended

It's about a 2 kilometre walk to the city from the hotel, along some interesting roads. The roads straight out of the station are a bit rough (like near almost any main railway station), but they become increasingly trendy as you approach the city centre - so don't be put off. The hotel itself is great - you can easily access the station without even having to go outside. The restaurant was quiet but the food was lovely.
