I wasn't expecting much, so it was a nice surprise to find out it was quite comfortable and in an excelent location! I had a problem with the auto check in but the lady at the front desk kindly helped me and everything was OK. Would stay again, no doubt!

We stayed one night at this hotel. It was very first time for us to check-in through machine. And it was cool. Luckily, machine has worked and if hasn't, there is still somebody ready to help you. Rooms very very comfy and quite even it was in city centre. Recommend.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, but there's nothing special about it either. This place redefines basic service. It has very minimalistic approach to furniture and utilities. However, the hotel is clean and close to the city centre. If you don't spend too much time there, it's a good place to stay.

1. Hotel with poor customer service. The same hotel staff walk passed me 3 times for different days without even look at me. This is very rude. 2. They charge for everything including extra pillow. This is unacceptable. 3. No late check out allowed. 4. Confused instructions end up one staff raise his voice and shout at me. They need to learn how to respect their customer and talk nicely to customer. This is the basic requirement for hotel staff. 5. They need to learn how to smile.

Stayed here for two nights in early September. Hotel is very conveniently situated for Metro stations with links to Eurostar, central shopping area, plenty of bars and restaurants and the Grande Place. Rooms are quite minimalistic but are clean and comfortable. Bathroom was more like a wet room but there was plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bedroom was small and compact and might have been a squeeze for two people. I was using it by myself. Free wifi provided. Automatic check ... Read more
