This hotel is in a really good position 5 mins from grand place. Lots of eating places round about and near to many places to visit. The hotel is one of the better ibis hotels the rooms are big and the bathroom is separate to the bedroom. Looks like they have recently been re furbished. The breakfast like all Ibis ones were good lots of choices and all you can eat. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Brussels. It provides good accommodation and it is located within 5 minutes walk of Gare Central Brussels and about 15 minutes walking distance of the EU area. The metro station is also located close by.

Located on Agora Square, this is very close to the Grand Place and everything that you came to Brussels to see. It is a businessman's hotel. However, some great rates can be had with a last minute booking. The staff was very accommodating. There are great eateries all around Agora Square. The accommodations are a little small by USA standards, but we only need a room to sleep, shower, and change clothes. It is very clear. It has A/C and an elevator. Only about a 5-minute walk from the Central Tr... Read more

Really excellent location, just a few moments to Grand Place and nestled amongst the bars and cafe's Typical Ibis, all fine but nothing amazing. Clean and functional. Rooms are small but its not the kind of place you would spend hours in the hotel anyway. You are paying for the location. Thought it was a little mean that you have to pay to use the toilet in the lobby whilst in the queue to check in. Excellent breakfast, really excellent !

Location can't be beaten. Breakfast was superb. Triple rooms are comfortable and bathroom looked renovated. Front desk staff was nice, specially the girl from Spain. Several restaurants across the square if you'd prefer breakfast some were else. I'd stay here again!

Great location, walk 5 minutes from train station ,Central station, 5 minute walk to Grand Place and St. Michaels, nice clean room, good breakfast, good security, all this said so many times in reviews. Just want to give you my opinion, I would not hesitate to stay here again. We really enjoyed our two night stay, staff very helpful, computers with printer available for use. Unless you want a five star hotel with all amenities thinkable for you, you will not go wrong staying here.

First time in Brussels and stayed for three nights. Hotel's location brilliant and can not be more central. Staff friendly and helpful. Yes it is budget hotel but good beds and pillows. Room was on the top floor with lovely view of the rooftops which we really liked. I haven't booked it with breakfast but there are plenty cafés, eateries and takeaways including golden arches establishment to satisfy sophisticated kid's taste. Brussels itself felt miserable but it's just me. Went by Eurostar a... Read more

The location in the centre of the old town is perfect for exploring. The usual ibis comfort is there with the fantastic beds neat modern finish to the hotel, etc.etc. There was nothing bad about our stay everything was OK, but the location pushes it up to 4 stars.

This felt a bit like living in a dorm - it was bare bones and no frills. But, it was clean, well-priced and is in a great location. It's a 3-minute walk to Central Station, which is where you can get the subway or else regional trains to other areas in the country. In my case, it's also where you can get the Hop On/Off tour bus (which is a great way to see the city without expending too much energy). It's also right in front of Agora Square and about a 4-minute walk to the Grand Place. I ... Read more

Here a short time after bombings and the tourists had deserted Brussels! If you want a well run comfortable value and convenient hotel then this Ibis is for you. Close to the historic centre but also close a vast range of restaurants and bars so much choice. I'd stay again

Toiletries like vanity set were missing. Also the hotel do not provide slipers. No fridge in the rooms. I have paied for breakfast, but some of the courses were already finished at 8:30 in the morning and a supplement was not put instead in due time.

The hotel location is perfect, close to central station, close to Grand Place and all nearby tourist site. If you spend all the day outside, then it is a good choice. The bed is comfort and large enough, but the room is too small for me. I have no space to stay except lying on the bed. I didn't open the window, but can still hear the noise downstairs. But that didn't affect my sleep since I was very tired. The breakfast is good as other reviewers said.

Walking distance to the trains, grand place, comic museum, restaurants and shops. There was a bath tub in our room, which is unusual for an Ibis hotel. The bed was less comfortable than other Ibis hotels in Europe.

I rented a room at a flat in Brussels and upon arrival it do not meet my expectations. So around 1:30am I roamed around until I stumbled upon Ibis Hotel. When I got my room and saw the gorgeous view I had, I was very happy my Airbnb rental was a bust. The staff here is friendly, warm. The breakfast standard fare. I think you get more they what you pay for. I will definitely book this hotel next time visit Brussels. Not to mention they are located near The Smurfs statue. My favorite cartoon from ... Read more

Great location within an easy walking distance from the train station Brussels central (my estimate would be 300 metres) and many restaurants nearby. Very friendly check-in and fast and efficient service. Good value for the price of a twin room. Please be aware that rooms are on the small side but provide quiet and efficient air conditioning and comfortable beds. Good fresh pasta restaurant next door.

Excellent location. Functional, clean, comfortable hotel. Bathroom recently renovated. Room small but enough for two adults and one kid. Quiet. Nice and very pleasant breakfast. Very basic services but enough for a short stay/city trip. I found it excellent for the price.

The staff in this hotel were very helpful and friendly. Fidji on reception was extremely helpful on check-in and during the stay. Room serviceable and clean. Breakfast was good value for money. Short walk from Central station and Grand-Place and many of the tourist attractions you might want to visit. For anyone with problems with hands (like arthritis/rheumatism), would suggest taking own soap, as it was impossible to squeeze the soap out of the dispensers. Also, no Kleenex in the room. If ... The biggest selling point of this excellent hotel is the location. It is a 100 yards from the Grand Place, on a square off the main square. So despite being right in the centre, the room was very quiet in my room on a higher floor. The room itself was smart as chains go, with a decent bathroom and good air con. The hotel also has a bar which is pretty characterful by hotel bar standards and has some table and chairs on the square itself. Whilst not the cheapest hotel in the world it represente... Read more

Great location, in city center. About 20-25 mts from Brussels Midi station. Also has a next door train station (Brussels Centraal) for trains to Bruges and other locations. Reasonably sized, very clean rooms (presuming one doesn't spend too much time in the rooms). Great price point - 100-110 euros incl city tax. Breakfast is optional (has quite a few good eating joints in the vicinity). Would recommend for short stays if you want to be close to city center.

Ibis off Grand Place is certainly a place to be if you like the vibrant life of the old Brussels, without having to pay more thant what you expect to have, a typical IBIS room, with plastic glasses, without refrigerator, but a good space, a good bed, and the possibility to have an unexpensive breakfast with eveything ! A good oppportunity, and you are at 5 minutes of the central railways station, direct to the airport, and at the same place ok for the subway. What more for a happy stay ?

This hotel is the perfect blend of location, affordability, and comfort. It's located just steps off of Grand Place--basically as close as you can get (and you can even see Grand Place from your window if you're at the front of the hotel)--and it's updated with modern amenities, yet even with all of this, the price is extremely fair! I loved having a view of Grand Place and the lively street outside our window. We stayed in room 332 facing the front of the hotel--there was a little street noise,... Read more

This hotel is located literally within a 5-minute walk from the Brussels Central Train Station, making it an ideal base for exploring other cities in Belgium. My experience has been very positive: this hotel has excellent customer service, clean rooms and reasonable breakfast. Rooms are air conditioned, and street noise should not be an issue despite the hotel facing a busy city square.
