This hotel is in a really good position 5 mins from grand place. Lots of eating places round about and near to many places to visit. The hotel is one of the better ibis hotels the rooms are big and the bathroom is separate to the bedroom. Looks like they have recently been re furbished. The breakfast like all Ibis ones were good lots of choices and all you can eat. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Located on Agora Square, this is very close to the Grand Place and everything that you came to Brussels to see. It is a businessman's hotel. However, some great rates can be had with a last minute booking. The staff was very accommodating. There are great eateries all around Agora Square. The accommodations are a little small by USA standards, but we only need a room to sleep, shower, and change clothes. It is very clear. It has A/C and an elevator. Really excellent location, just a few moments to Grand Place and nestled amongst the bars and cafe's Typical Ibis, all fine but nothing amazing. Clean and functional. Rooms are small but its not the kind of place you would spend hours in the hotel anyway. You are paying for the location. Thought it was a little mean that you have to pay to use the toilet in the lobby whilst in the queue to check in. Excellent breakfast, really excellent !

Great location, walk 5 minutes from train station ,Central station, 5 minute walk to Grand Place and St. Michaels, nice clean room, good breakfast, good security, all this said so many times in reviews. Just want to give you my opinion, I would not hesitate to stay here again. We really enjoyed our two night stay, staff very helpful, computers with printer available for use. Unless you want a five star hotel with all amenities thinkable for you, you will not go wrong staying here.

Room was on the top floor with lovely view of the rooftops which we really liked. This felt a bit like living in a dorm - it was bare bones and no frills. But, it was clean, well-priced and is in a great location. It's a 3-minute walk to Central Station, which is where you can get the subway or else regional trains to other areas in the country. In my case, it's also where you can get the Hop On/Off tour bus (which is a great way to see the city without expending too much energy). It's also right in front of Agora Square and about a 4-minute walk to the Grand Place. I ... Read more

The hotel location is perfect, close to central station, close to Grand Place and all nearby tourist site. If you spend all the day outside, then it is a good choice. The bed is comfort and large enough, but the room is too small for me. I have no space to stay except lying on the bed. I didn't open the window, but can still hear the noise downstairs. But that didn't affect my sleep since I was very tired. The breakfast is good as other reviewers said.

Great location within an easy walking distance from the train station Brussels central (my estimate would be 300 metres) and many restaurants nearby. Very friendly check-in and fast and efficient service. Good value for the price of a twin room. The biggest selling point of this excellent hotel is the location. It is a 100 yards from the Grand Place, on a square off the main square. Great location, in city center. About 20-25 mts from Brussels Midi station. Also has a next door train station (Brussels Centraal) for trains to Bruges and other locations. Reasonably sized, very clean rooms (presuming one doesn't spend too much time in the rooms). Great price point - 100-110 euros incl city tax. Breakfast is optional (has quite a few good eating joints in the vicinity). Would recommend for short stays if you want to be close to city center.

Ibis off Grand Place is certainly a place to be if you like the vibrant life of the old Brussels, without having to pay more thant what you expect to have, a typical IBIS room, with plastic glasses, without refrigerator, but a good space, a good bed, and the possibility to have an unexpensive breakfast with eveything ! A good oppportunity, and you are at 5 minutes of the central railways station, direct to the airport, and at the same place ok for the subway. What more for a happy stay ?

It's located just steps off of Grand Place--basically as close as you can get (and you can even see Grand Place from your window if you're at the front of the hotel)--and it's updated with modern amenities, yet even with all of this, the price is extremely fair! Drove from London to Brussels to visit the flower festival at the Grand Place. The hotel is located five minutes away and public parking is available right next to the hotel. The room did let us down. The shower soap ran out and no shampoo was provided (this seems to be a growing trend with budget hotels) and as we were not expecting this we brought no shampoo with us. This IBIS is really close to the Grand Place and to most of the transport links. It is clean and the beds are really comfortable too! The staff are very welcoming and make you fell at home. The only issue is the 'left luggage area' - this is a chargeable locker area and costs about ?4 for a day (it is time based). It is not really very convenient to operate and charging guests for leaving some luggage whilst the see the town does seem a bit much.
