Our room was large and airey and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the bombs went off during our visit but we managed to explore everything on foot . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are ready to help at any time, they are friendly and all speak English well but try to understand broken French. No area is ever a good area near main stations but we had no problem. (We were, however, entertained by a punch up of taxi drivers below our window in the morning but they disappeared and di... Read more

I had the opportunity to spend one night in this hotel before catching an early TGV at the Gare du Midi. The hotel is ideally located just across the street from the station. When checking in, I have been told that the room I had booked (1 large bed + 1 single bed) was not available and all they had was a room with 2 single beds. The receptionist demonstrated no empathie and just told me that this is all they had. I really do not like to sleep in such small bed and do not see the point to specif... Read more

Just stayed, I liked it quite a bit. I was on the 5th floor and the room was quite big. Decent bed, decent shower, decent tv. Very nice wifi. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast -- well stocked, good items, good breakfast space. Included (at least with my) room. Staff were nice and efficient, the hotel has a nice bar airy lobby bar/cafe for meetings/work/snacks, etc. And good location if you're around the train station. All in all a very nice stay.

Turned up late after a long meeting day. The only room left is a smokers room that look like a hospital room. It simply stinks from cigarette. Really unpleasant experience after a long day work. What's the point of doing advance booking if they don't keep a decent room?! The room is very basic and depressing. I am sure it is possible to find something better in Bruxelles. Only book if no other options.
