Great location, but no elevator, very poor breakfast and cheap rooms. For your money, they could deliver more. The reception looks really bad, giving you a very bad impression that the place could be unsafe. Wifi worked well.

The Moon hotel is a very basic hotel which was very clean and comfortable. There are definitely no frills but you get what you pay for so I would say value for the money. The breakfast is continental style but no boiled eggs which didn‚??t please everyone. The location is wonderful it's close to the centre and many different amenities. The train station is 5 minutes‚?? walk from the hotel. There is no lift so not good for anyone with a disability .This is a good hotel for people on a budget.

This hotel has the best location ever and the price is extremely good. The rooms are clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are very basic. The tv does not have a remote. The heating system is not that great. The shower and toilet are a bit small. There is free breakfast but it's very basic consisting of bread, croissants, cheese, coffee and tea. Good enough to start your day. But the highlight is the location!!! A few steps away you have the Galeries st-hubert and the grand place, ... Read more

First and foremost, the location is FANTASTIC!!!! It is literally close to majority of the attractions in Brussels. The Brussels Central Station is less than a 5 min walk from the hotel, which makes it extremely convenient. Other nearby attractions are the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, Delirium Cafe, etc. There are tons of restaurants to choose from and the area is very safe. The only faults are that there are no elevators, very cramp rooms, the heating barely works, the washroom has a weird smell... Read more

This is not a fancy hotel and may not have the biggest rooms, but it is located where you want to be! Its a block from the Centraal Station and right on the main shopping street. Its a block away from the Grand Palace and there are several restaurants just a few feet from the front door. The rooms are clean and functional, the decor is fun and funky, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and they provide breakfast in the morning. Who needs a fancy hotel? This place has it all. Perfect location, affordable prices, clean rooms and great staff! Highly recommended for its perfect location in the city center next to all touristic places and just 2 min walk to the Central train/metro station Basic breakfast, but you don't need more when all the gauffres/waffle shops and pastries are around your hotel

its conveniently located next to the main square, in walking distance from all the main sights of brussels. The staff were really helpful and solved immediately any issues we had (heating system didnt quite work in the room, but we were moved to another one immediately). the price is really low

Hotel is close to train station and bars and restaurants staff are friendly and helpful more like a hostel but well worth the money for location .stayed there in February and staying again in October no problems leaving your bags if you have a late flight home

Excellent location - breakfast included (no choice but fair) croissants, bread, cheese, jam, tea, coffee - i recommend it for a night or 2, don't expect much, we didn't stay in the room, we were out all day visiting the city, so acceptable for sleeping for 70‚?¨ (you mainly pay for the location not the service) - staff was helpful Wifi didnt work in our room - bathroom wasn't very clean - small room/hotel

Pros: Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean. Location. Simple but acceptable breakfast provided. Cons: No air conditioner, only a stand fan so its hot and stuffy during the summer afternoons. Overall: Pleasant place, no complains.

Location is excellent, easy to walk to main square, shops and restaurants /bars. Central railway station 5/10 min walk along with metro stops nearby. Hotel has stairs to climb up to reception on 1st floor. Room OK clean and comfy with no noise. WiFi worked perfectly. Pleasant staff and breakfast was OK. Croissants, jam, drink toast but not self serve.

I came across this hotel when I was visiting London, and decided to book it base on the location. The room was small with a small shower, but I figured I wouldn't be paying for the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. This hotel was however really close to Grand Place and convenient to walk around. It was also close to Brussels Central (definitely a bonus).

cons: Really a run-down place. Missing such basic things as lobbay and elevator. My room was really worn out and could have been cleaned better. Breakfast... well look at the picture and decide yourself. Difficult to distinguish tea from coffee. pros: great location, nice staff, free (shaky) wifi

Arrived late in Brussels without a hotel reservation. After asking at a couple hotels, we found the price of this one the most reasonable. The front desk attendant told us that for 90 EUR a night we would get the biggest room in the place (slept three people) and it had a big window and a tv. We paid cash and headed up to the room - we were so disappointed. The room had cracked linoleum floors, two small beds, a window that looked into a brick wall and no tv. We knew that it wasn't worth the pr... Read more
