The hotel staff was really nice and for me customer service is very important. The hotel was for a great price and best of all the location was perfect. The only thing they could improve on is a better sign. I was walking all over looking for it and passed it twice before finding it.

We spent one night there, good value for price! Everything new, neat, friendly staff. Perfect location, very close to the Grand Place! They could have bigger shower towels, they were child size, and also better pillows... Anyways, I would return!

Stayed here for 3 nights in April. Had stayed before and was pleased to stay again. It is stated as a 3 star and that is probably fair. It is clean, comfortable and well run......what more do you really need. I never had the breakfast as there are so many options for this in Brussels, but I assume it was good as the breakfast room was always busy. As for the rooms. Flat screen tv with plenty of channels. Large comfortable beds, large bathroom with hairdryer and power shower. Free wifi. Would I s... Read more

We got a studio room in the separated condo building which is new and spacious. I think this building is newer and nicer than the hotel's building itself. The triple room was super clean with kitchen and a single bed in living area. There is a cloak room to put away your luggage too. Bed &b pillows were comfortable and new. The shower was big and very clean. At first wifi reception was very weak and some of our devices could not connected. A staff IT lady assisted us right away and solved the pr... Read more

We stayed in one of the apartments (room 412) which was across the road from the main hotel. Location was perfect, everything was on our doorstep. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of room. It is worthwhile to point out that is on a busy street so it can get noisy. This didn't put us off but may not be suitable for some people. Supermarket 2 minutes away was handy. Grand Place 2 minute walk away.

I'm staying in Rm 112 which must be at the back so no street view but nice and quiet. The hotel is not far from Eurostar and short walk or metro to business areas. Really nice area, very busy and many old buildings. Lots of eating places, bars and shops. Staff are very polite and helpful. Room was compact but clean and tidy. The free wifi is excellent. I'd definitely recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is great. It's minutes walk to the Grand Place, Brussels Central, the Mannekin pis, and shops and restaurants! The rooms looked newly renovated. It is clean and spacious. I only wished that there were better ventilations in the bathroom. It felt stuffy at times. There are still part of the hotel that are blocked off for renovation. The place is a bit hard to find. We also passes by the hotel since the sign wasn't that big or visible. The hotel is next to the Casino Gam... Read more

This was a great hotel. We only stayed one night but were very happy. Only negatives- the shower appeared to be leaking. Also- my pillowcase had stains on it. I found this quite disgusting. Please make sure linens are clean. Overall great hotel. I would recommend it. Location is wonderful as well!

Very good stay, friendly personnel, good location next to metro and tram stations, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Quite slow elevator, wi-fi signal sometimes not very strong. Definitely will stay again.

It's situated right in the middle of Brussels, close to all the bars, restaurants and shopping centres. But that comes at a price - noise. If you're unlucky and they give you a studio overlooking rue du Marché aux Poulets you're in for sleepless nights. Bars, pizzerias and kebab joints (do they ever close?!) will keep you company throughout the night. Despite the windows being double-glazed, they installed air vents which even when shut do let a substantial amount of noise to come in. I als... Read more

Didn't expect to have studio apartment for myself when I booked this hotel through booking.com but I did and it was brilliant. Room & Bathroom was clean and very spacious. Location is amazing. 20 minutes walk from Brussels Nord and 6 minutes walk to Brussels Central. You are also 10 mins away from the start point of both red and blue line hop on and hop off bus. You don't have to purchase breakfast with them as opposite to the hotel reception is a top ranked TripAdvisor recommended restaurant an... Read more

This is a great little gem in Brussels. I stay here every time now. It's simple and clean, and close to everything. If you go for the studio, there is a small kitchen and table etc., which is great since there is a large supermarket up the street.

Booked a 3bed room. Upon arrival we got the message that those rooms were already occupied. Instead they gave us a spacious studio/appartment with 2 single and 1 double bed ( a small one) It was very quiet, didn't hear a thing from outside. The studio was located at the back or in the middle of the complex Brussel square, at nr. 52. We didn't need to book for breakfast because we had a kitchenette with all necessary stuff in it. There's a Delhaize and Carrefour in walking distance. The hotel an... Read more

Stayed for 3 nights, we arrived at Central Station (Brussels got 3 stations - Nord (North), Central and Midi/Zuid (South)) and it's about 10 mins walk. Just our luck that it starts to drizzle (weather wasn't good for those few days) and we actually walked past the hotel without noticing. If you are coming from Central station, follow this direction... exit the station, walk towards the Rue Infante Isabelle until you see Best Western/Ibis, walk towards the shops opp the hotels, along into Rue Du ... It is a budget hotel in a great location for a tourist ( part of the walking city- so note a cab will not drop you off at front door) but the room is drab. They tried ( some nice touches) but something didn't work right. It was compact and well - ugly. No air conditioning. Stayed in room 110 and although windows, exposed to other guests able to enter if open windows. As women and child did not think an exposed room seemed like a good idea. A room on second floor and windows would be sufficient... Read more

Myself and two friends stayed at Hotel Saint Nicolas while visiting Brussels in June, we booked a triple room at the hotel. On arrival we were brought across the road from the reception to an apartment block, our room was actually a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the center of Brussels. It was perfect for us as it was an ideal base to explore the city. Overall I would recommend!

We booked this hotel in Brussels on the last leg of our European vacation. While it is out of the hotel's power, a heat wave has been following us around Europe, which temperatures in the 30s (Celsius). While the booking didn't say it was air conditioned, some sort of fan should be provided for hotel guests in that sort of heat. It was nearly impossible to sleep due to how hot and stuffy the room was (opening the window provided no relief). There was very limited hot water, which always left one... Read more

The truth is that is not a new hotel but I saw that they where doing renovation. Wifi everywhere the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean every day. The location is wonderful. Only 3 minutes from Grande Place and 6 minutes from Manneken Pis. In 2 minutes from the hotel you can do your shopping (clothes shoes souvenir chocolates...) very close to restaurants and there is also a grocery in the next corner. About the staff .. I was there the period that they attack Brussels airport so ... Read more
